My s-10 was in for oil/filter/lube. As usual everything went fine. I did have my radiator cap replaced and I haven't been able to get it off since. Might be the wrong one,not a problem,just something that needs to be checked.

I had an excellent car buying experience at Tenvoorde Ford. I stopped there as I first started looking at cars. The sales person that I first spoke to, Mike Bower, was helpful without being pushy. After I completed my research and was ready to buy I went back to Tenvoorde and worked with Charlie Cady. I had decided on a Ford Explorer. Charlie found the Explorer I wanted. I explained that we had a volume purchase where I work. I brought in the paperwork and the first price Charlie quoted me was lower than the work purchase plan. I researched the value of my trade in and the first offer he gave me was in the middle of the range I was expecting. I found Tenvoorde offered me great pricing on my new car and my trade in right up front. I am very happy with my new Ford. I also want to add that I've used Tenvoorde service for my previous vehicle and they have been great.

Everything went very well. The only thing I would like to have done differently was the tech made a comment on the paperwork that the tires were not rotated because the tread was worn too much and it was time to replace them. This comment was not pointed out by the service desk person. I only found it by reading the paperwork myself. I guess I would prefer to have that information told directly to me.

while searching for our 2015 Escape I came across one at Tenvoorde Ford on-line and emailed for more information and that I had a trade. The next day I was contacted to see if I had more questions on the Escape, after those were answered we moved on to my trade. The sales person and I text and called back and forth several times and came to an agreement and then arranged to meet the next day. When getting to the dealership I drove theirs and they drove mine, all was good and we started the paper work. Everyone we met at Tenvoorde Ford were very helpful and friendly making our buying experience wonderful, you can definitely tell they care about you with the attention to detail they all have and how stream lined the whole process was. Because our Escape was washed and detailed when we got there we were in and out in a couple hours and drove it home that day. Great job Tenvoorde Ford, and Thank You!

I brought my car in to get the works special, and either ended up finding a few more things wrong with it. My air filter was really dirty so they brought it to me so I could see and then asked if they wanted me to replace it. The only issue I had was that it took longer than I expected for my car to get done. I dropped it off around 10:30 and came back around 12 and it didn't get done until 1. So I had to wait, but I did receive a discount for having to wait. Overall, great service

I purchased as 2008 Ford Escape which I hoped would give me a few years of good service. I was informed that Tenvoorde Ford does a thorough inspection of the vehicle prior to putting it on the lot. Well eight months later, less then 3,000 miles of driving and two months after they did an oil change the little red wrench warning light comes on telling me the vehicle needs service. The service department at Tenvoorde was to "busy" to help me so I went elsewhere. They diagnosed the problem within an hour. The transmission was going out, oil pan gaskets leaked, front cover gaskets leaked and the tie rod spindles were shot. Needless to say their thorough inspection wasn't to thorough. I was totally aware that this was a used vehicle when I bought it but expected better from this dealership.

Tenvoorde did a great job with my Fusion. I am dissappointed with Fords warranty on my throttle body and They could not get it to duplicate and I had to pay money. It will be covered again if it acts up and they can duplicate the issue if the same issue. I am also disaappointed in Ford. I found out exactly what is covered under the Power train warranty. Doesnt make alot of sense of what is covered and what is not.

A few months ago I was in for an oil change. A woman approached me asking if I was considering upgrading. She said Tenvoorde was looking for vehicles similar to mine. She gave me a number to contact. I called the number, left a message and my call was never returned. I then came in several weeks ago looking for a 2014, thinking it would be more affordable. There was nothing available that I was looking for. I spoke to a sales person and manager, left my name and info as to what I was looking for and was told they would do a search and let me know if and when they found something. A couple days later, I received a phone call from someone who asked me questions about what I was looking for. I gave him the info. He asked if I wanted to finish a deal by this weekend. I told him that if the price was right, I would like to get it done. He said he would search other dealerships and let me know as soon as he found something. That call was never returned. I then went out of town and made a deal to purchase a vehicle at another dealership. The vehicle was ordered by the dealership and was due to be delivered 5/24. I was then told the vehicle was be in closer to 5/28. On 5/29 I learned that the vehicle was still at the factory and hadn't been shipped and no shipping date had been set. I returned to Tenvoorde and contacted Mike. Mike took charge, found me a vehicle and put a deal together for a 2015 model that worked for me. Mike's efforts and professionalism swayed me to do business again with Tenvoorde, something I swore I'd never do. The process of getting my truck fixed took 2 or 3 months. It started with communicating with a regional rep named Paul who directed me to contact Chad at your dealership. After a few failed attempts to reach Chad I opted to make an appointment online through that system. When I arrived at the dealership I was unable to find Chad and began working with Dave. The truck was looked over and a TSB was located that needed to be performed. Parts needed to be ordered and I was assured I would be contacted when the parts arrived in roughly a week. After a few weeks I spoke with someone in service who informed me Dave had switched to parts. I asked to have Dave contact me. Dave eventually emailed me and said I would be working with Chad again to get my service set up. Chad and I emailed and set up an appointment which I made sure to confirm with Chad. The day of the appointment when I arrived in the service department there was no record of my appointment and Chad was not working. Luckily Mike was able to contact Chad and confirm that I was supposed to have an appointment and then put in some time to make sure I could get my truck fixed. Mike was very helpful but every encounter with Chad was poor.

I purchased a 2007 Mazda6. Within 3-4 days of purchase I noticed a burning oil smell coming from the car, and transmission was slipping going into first gear. The service department was great from the first phone call-listened intently & had all my concerns ready to be checked when I arrived at the service department. Bringing the vehicle in I got a phone call within a day or two from the service department explaining that there were many/major oil leaks from engine and it needed a transmission. They explained they weren't sure what the sales department was going to do as the cost of repairs was greater than the purchase price of a vehicle. They were honest, friendly & courteous. I felt both the Service & Sales Departments were there to help me. The car was not worth the cost of repairs & would actually cost Tenvoorde more to repair than to junk/send to Auction. Yesterday I had the oil changed and a check-up for our Ford Fusion before we leave on a three week driving trip to FL. I also requested that our Weather-Tech floor mats be cleaned of the winter salt that is put on our roads in MN. Everything was done completely to my satisfaction and in good time. I have a Ford Explorer with 12K miles and the breaks began squeaking. Upon drop off I got the feedback, "FYI, this break pads are stiffer than "normal" pads and they tend to make more noise". I remained calm, but inside wanted to vent. The vehicle did not do that when I bought it, millions of other vehicles don't make a loud squeaking sound while breaking and I thought it was a line to cover your side, incase it would cost you money to fix it. At the end of my service, the tone was quite opposite. I was informed there was a lot of packed dirt in the pads, and they cleaned everything out. I was told I wasn't going to get charged, and the ticket would remain open for two weeks. If I didn't call back, he would assume the issue was fixed~and so far, it's been resolved. I am very happy I wasn't held responsible for a charge on my new Ford Explorer. Acura wasn't as customer friendly, and that is why I decided to shop locally at Tenvoorde Ford. I've heard you stand behind your vehicles, and strive to make your clients happy so they will return. If this type of service continues, I might never leave the Ford family:-) Thank you!

Once upon a time a young college student couldn't drive his car because it finally broke down to where the repair cost more than the car value. He was taken car shopping to a used car lot (not yours sadly) and he picked out the '06 Focus there. He loved, he drove it and it stayed reliable for the years he had it. Then he had to pass the old Focus off to his sister and get a different car to drive. A couple years later he got his classes finished and he got a full-time job. He then wanted a new car, he was split between the Focus and Fiesta. But when he went to the dealership and was told of the features of the '14 Focus and test drove it, he wanted it. The sales rep was very helpful and got the color he wanted and everything. He even got the local bank to help him finance it. He was very happy and the car held up in its first winter storm.Okay, I'll drop the gimmick. Everything was great, I would say that the process took awhile but it was worth it. Thanks for everything.

I have a Platinum package on my 2013 Taurus. Every single time I come in to have cleaning, etc. done (which I have already paid for) I am told it will take 2-3 hours. I need to 'rent' a car as I don't live in the area so have driven 30 miles to have this done and I'm not happy about having to pay for a loaner car, which is the least of the issues. Every single time it takes 5-6 hours! Now, I may need an oil change, etc. when I have this done because it is after all 30 miles away but they do know this when I get there and always it's, probably 2-3 hours. And it always is 5-6 hours. So, not only did I pay for this service, so no need to take 'paying' customers first, but I have to spend on a rental car and then I have to 'shop' for 5-6 hours, lunch, etc. I do not enjoy shopping or lunching, especially by myself. Had I known this would be the case, I would not have spent the extra money on the platinum package. I love Tenvoorde Ford for all other things, we have purchased another vehicle in the meantime but would never go for the extra anything because of the time it takes to get the vehicles serviced. The people are all so nice, but the time is just not worth what I've paid. I have to take a whole day off work and then spend extra money for the day. Not good Ford!

Though we are life long Ford customers and will continue to be and will continue to be Tenvoorde customers, even though there are other dealers closer. The relationship we have there is valuable. My only issue is with the Mustang itself. Though it is beautiful and has been a very fun car for my wife (a Red Mustang has always been her dream car) we have had a lot of problems with it. Its only driver has been a woman in her fifties and her driving has been mostly on the highway...in short, easy miles. I am disappointed in the number of parts we have had to replace.

Dave Welch, Steve Rogge, Laura Winkelman, Dave Holt and Deb Tenvoorde have always provided my with SUPERB support. I suspect other individuals at Tenvoorde Ford are likely equally competent. However, without going into excruciating detail, I am somewhat concerned about the product (i.e. the car) itself. The fuel pump on my Taurus failed at about 53000 miles. It appears to also have a seal-leak on the engine and possible failing control board (for the instrument panel). I find this to be of some concern, with the cost of repairs significant. My parents have an extremely well-maintained Crown Victoria that has required the replacement of 2 intake manifolds and failed transmission with less than about 70000 miles on that vehicle. These are expensive repairs that should not be expected on well maintained cars and at the mileage on those cars. My wife will need a new car soon. I suspect that when we shop for a new vehicle, we will be looking very closely at the warranties because repairs are becoming prohibitively expensive. Since I suspect that repair cost on all newer cars (regardless of brand) will be costly, we will likely be purchasing a vehicle with the best warranty we can find. Please understand that this criticism is of the product itself, and NOT the service provided by the Tenvoorde dealership. The surveys should inquire as to satisfaction with the product itself (i.e. the car).Again, the service support people have been been excellent. It is the product itself that is of concern to me and I hope you find this criticism helpful in some way. Feel free to contact me directly if you would like to discuss anything further.

i bought a 2012 ford focus. the only downside the warranty was expired the day i drove it off the lot in october. the hazard light switch does not work and no one checked it. they figured since the turn signals worked the hazard would also. and the problem is the switch not the lights or fuses. those were checked. when you go over a used car you should push all buttons and switches. there was no owner manual with it but that is nothing i can down load that off the internet. i asked for a 2 way auto start and only got one way but at least i can walk to a window and start the car/ i wanted a 2 way that would tell me the car started and would have a range of 1000 feet. other wise the service was fine i do like the car alot. would have liked heated seats too but sown the road., right now i cannot afford to fix the hazard switch. the staff did everything they could to get me information on the problem but there apparently is no option but to completely replace the switch. the staff did try

We have a F-350 that had a stalling issue and was not easy to find the problem. They contacted Ford direct and even had a Ford Engineer come out to the shop to help find the problem. It turned out to be a frayed wire under the valve cover. I am extremely pleased with their service dept and will be back in the future.

Good, I will take my pick up back there the next time I need a oil change. I think the Quick Lube part should coranate with the the part the sends out the notices that my pick up needs a oil change. They are one oil change behind in sending out notices.

I purchased a Focus back in 2010 and was very pleased with the sales person. I have used the service department for all oil changes since my purchase. The service department staff has always been friendly, done a great job inspecting the vehicle and informing me of any necessary upcoming work that is recommended. They have never been pushy to complete recommended work and rate recommendations according to importance.

Greeted warmly by name (I am a regular customer for The Works & Auto Butler.) As always, I was asked by more than one person if I needed a ride. Got a thorough explanation of what was scheduled including tire and brake inspection and tire rotation. Good coffee and granola bars in waiting area. Cashiers ware friendly and efficient making sure I knew of earned free oil change and rebates. All in all, the experience was all that I have grown to expect; excellent!

Brought my own synthetic oil for a fuel filter and oil change on my diesel F350. Miscommunication occurred and my oil wasn't used. They drained the oil they put in AND replaced the oil filter before filling with my synthetic. Happy with the resolution.

I had new towing mirrors put on my 2013 f150. And I had problems with my drivers door opening. Did a good job fixing the problem with my door. I was a little disappointed that I had to come back a second time to get it fixed. Thought being it was a new truck that you would have the parts but it worked out.

Couldn't find car in lot after work done, because lot location designation (on ticket with keys) was incorrect.However when I came back into the shop and said so, a very nice man went out (in the rain) and found the car and drove it to the front door for me. I really appreciated that.

My experiences there have always been great, although this last time I brought my 2011 Ford Escape in for an oil change and regular maintenance, I discovered a dent on my passenger's door and also scuff marks(paint chips) that were not there when I dropped my vehicle off. The service center did a good job when we brought the truck in to have the brakes checked. I had the truck in a week or two before to the quick lube and asked them to check the brakes and they said the brakes were fine. I drove the truck myself and knew there was a problem. A diabetic has to be careful shopping at Tenvoorde. I say this because the staff is so sweet.Buying a newer F-150 is a long process,but we were moved from station to station in a timely manner.I will rate your service department in the future.My recommendations to your dealership suffered when I looked closer at the tire tread on my 23k dollar truck. The front tires are questionably legal,and the rear tires are marginally legal.That is not right!

I went in to test drive differnt gear ratios on a new truck, I knew the trim I wanted just didn't know for sure the different feels of low and hi ratios. I delt with Darin Ennen, he let me test all the trucks I needed. I felt no pressure to buy that day, I shared I'd go home and sleep on it, talk it over with the wife. He was ok with that. That was on Saturday, I then thought it through all weekend, called him first thing monday moring with an offer, and he made it happen, plus got the accessories I wanted put on that day. I live 3 hours from the dealership, asked if he could meet me after hours as I work 12s. He did one better, and delivered the truck to me 3 1/2 hours away (I was at work) on the same day and drove my trade back. saved me 6 hours of driving and several thousand dollars over my local dealers. I highly recomend Tenvorde Ford in St. Cloud Mn, Darin will defiantly be getting my business again when it comes time to upgrade my wifes car.

Tenvoorde was great, I went there expecting a car to be shoved down my throat like they do at Kia of St. Cloud but that is not at all what happened. I talked to Darin Ennen, and he showed me the car I wanted at the price I was looking for. Darin Made the experience, I could really tell he didn't care about selling me a car he wanted to sell me the right car. Darin was there for me through the whole process, and he did what he could to get me the best deal. When I decide to buy another vehicle I will go back to Darin Ennen and Tenvoorde. Also, Coleen was very kind, patient and explanative when I was having second thoughts. I felt that she understood my point of view and she did not pressure me at all, she talked about both options and gave me good information. The car I bought was being called about the whole time I had it and there was a lady that would have bought it the second I decided I didn't want it, but the people at Tenvoorde didn't tell me that until after I signed the papers so it wouldn't affect my decision. It is the little things that they do like that. The whole team at Tenvoorde are nice, kind, and friendly and at the end of the day it is all about the cars and the relationships they build with people.

I've been a GM owner most my life, however, because of the salesman's (Andy) overall knowledge and passion for Ford, I have officially made the switch to a new F-150 and could not be happier about it. I recently sold my old car and needed to pick something up ASAP, and when I let Andy know this, he made sure we got in and out the door as quick as possible given my time constraint on that day (2/1). He went out of his way to get as much done as he could as we were on our ride up so once we got there, it would be a quick process. I am a 63 year old woman who appreciates people who treats me like a customer and not just a woman who doesnt know anything. I bought my 2008 sport trac here 5 years ago and been very pleased with customer service when i've taken in for service, so when I decided to purchase a new truck, Darin was more then willing to show me the trucks, let me take it home to see if it would fit in garage and when I wasn't completely satisfied with it he found me one that fit my needs. He helped me clean old truck out and was great in explaining the truck options to me. My grandboys were with me once and they even told me what a great sales guy he was. My husband called down to Tenvoorde on Friday night and Talked with Andy Maruska about some vehicles we had seen online and also in regards to trading our car in. He said to come Saturday morning and take a look at what we have. We did just that and found a great vehicle that we both love and were able to get a good deal on our trade. Mike Bower is an old school salesman. He practices the philosophy, "treat people right and they will come back too you". No games, no gimmicks, just straight talk from a guy that is going to treat you right even after the sale. I know from experience as my family and I have bought 1/2 a dozen vehicles from him in the past few years. My sister bought a car over the internet and Mike sent the car and the paperwork to them. She says it was the easiest car shopping she has ever experienced. I often do my homework before I get to the dealership. I let mike know what I'm looking for, the car deal I'm looking for and he will let me know if it will work or not. I don't have to play any of the car games and certainly don't get called and harassed. Like I said Mike is old school, he takes pride in his work and treats all his customers like family.

Last year 2012 I purchased 2 new cars. I came in just looking and Mike B. helped me look. I purchased a 2012 Ford Escape, after Mike answered my many questions about the car, in January. Mike never became inpatient with all my questions and searched hard to find some of the answers.Then I got to meet Kolin Miley and he was really up on the latest ways to finance and was very helpful. In Oct. I returned to Tenvoorde and much to Mike's suprise I asked to buy another car. When he asked me why "my only answer was I don't like it" Mike felt bad he had sold me a car I didn't like, and I assured him it was not his fault. I then traded for a 2013 Ford Edge. I had specifics I wanted on the Edge and Mike made many phone calls to track down the car of my dreams. He found IT!!! Once again I did paper work with Kolen, who is a very pleasant man. I feel I not ony came away from Tenvoorde Ford with two new cars, but I gained some very good friends in the process of it all. I had a Ford truck that I had purchased from Tenvoorde before and traded it at another dealer for a small SUV, but realized that I needed to get back into a truck and I went back to talk to my last sales person only to find out they had left and ended up working with Mike Bower as my sales consultant and he treated me with the utmost dignity and respect and was willing to go out of his way to find the truck that would fit my needs perfectly and he did just that! When it came time for the financing which is always frustrating no matter what I worked with Colleen Krisko in the finance department and she made the financing end a lot less stressful and painless! I was in a pinch because my last vehicle was rough shape and due to breakdowns I missed a few days of work, so I had to act fast. Darin worked with me to asses my vehicle needs and financial constraints. He did not try to push me toward a vehicle that was more than I could afford comfortably or the cheapest quick fix solution to get me back on the road. Once we came to an agreement on what types of features my next vehicle would need and the price range that I was working within he gave me his honest assessment of the vehicle options he had available. We worked efficiently and I had myself a new set of wheels with in a couple days. Moving forward not only would I start my next vehicle search with Darin but I send my friends and family his way as well.

I have been frequently frustrated over the years with car buying because I do not have good credit. With utter frustration I contacted Dan and he connected me with Colleen, who gave me the option to lease. It was the first time I have been able to go into a dealership and not have my credit dinged by numerous banks. I was amazed that they were able to help and get me a good interest rate. Great communication with sales person, Jared explained at great length about 'sync my ride'. Lots of room for five people. Sleek lines. Great cargo space. Great protection for children riding in back seats. Beautiful interior. Lots of room when back seats fold down. Fantastic mileage. Dan is so easy to get along with and goes out of his way to answer our questions and set up our vehicle for us. Dan was always patient and friendly with us. I thought he was honest and didn't rush us with our decisions. We will definately go to him for our next vehicle.Colin is very thorough, meticulous and uses common sense to point out the extra things we should consider when financing our new vehicle. He is a pleasure to work with and we enjoyed his sense of humor.The service department is also fantastic, friendly and so easy to use. I felt completely comfortable in either waiting rooms. I love the free car washes I get when I bring my new truck in or just driving by and stop in for one, how convenient for me.We are very pleased with our overall experience with Tenvoorde.

I have purchased 2 vehickles from Tenvoorde Ford and my experince was exceptioonal. I am a very busy sales executive and I do not have time to deal with the normal sales hastles with buying a car. I expect the best deal and will not tollerate the hidden or long drawn out sales tactics. Mike Bower was my sales guy and Kolin was my finance guy....No BS just straight up great deals. My last purchase ended up being a lease because it financially made sense....Great guys all the way to the top and best deals in town.Thanks

Had radio/gps/rear view camera put in and after using it for a short time I told them I was very unhappy with it and wanted it removed. They worked out a deal of an undercoat, windshield covering and the greatest of all, remote start, that I really love here in MN.
