The updated facilities look great! the sales men are always so courteous & professional! I am most satisfied with the educated service advisors that talk to me about my vehicle & its maintenance! I always trust their professional opinion and I am always satisfied with the work they perform! its always so easy and quick to make an appointment or stop in! Due to superior service and sales staff from Terry VW, I currently own 2 Volkswagens and wouldnt consider any other dealership for my needs. Being a female, I rely on Service Manager Buddy Davis to take care of my service needs. Whatever he says is needed, I dont question. When my daughter wanted to test drive a vehicle on their lot, I called Buddy for guidance with salesperson to send her to. Rodney Williams was waiting for her with vehicle she was inquiring about parked out front and the entire Terry staff made her feel very much at ease and took excellent care of helping her make the decision to purchase. While talking with Rodney, I also took notice of a beautiful white Passat parked out front and within 2 days, I purchased my 2nd VW. When friends or family members mention purchasing new vehicle, I make the suggestion to visit Terry before making their final decision / purchase. The entire staff makes you feel like family and no matter what your question is, they have the answers. Im truly a 100% satisfied Terry Volkswagen customer.

We have had a wonderful experience with this dealership, Terry Volkswagen Subaru. We purchased our first car from them 6 months ago. Due to the perfect customer service they displayed with our first purchase, after 6 months, we came back in and purchased another car. Their dealership made everything in the process so easy and enjoyable. Not just the purchase, but also the service. I must say that we were extremely impressed with their service department especially.The entire process was fast and easy. This is a dealership who truly cares about their customers!

I went to Terry Subaru/Volkswagen to look at some trade-ins that I saw online. The salesman, Opie, was on time, courteous and upfront about the condition of the three cars that I looked at. I decided to purchase two of the cars for my family. That is when they wanted me to pay 489.00 EACH for processing fees on cars that were priced less than 2500.00. Then, they ripped off valid inspection stickers to try and get repair fees. However, no mechanic was there, so the cars were sent to Midas. I was told over an hour later that each car needed 350.00 repairs (700.00 total). Some of the items listed did NOT need replacing. I took the cars, as is, to another mechanic. Both passed with repairs costing half what the dealer quoted.

I have been a loyal Terry Subaru customer for many, many years. It is a great dealership with an emphasis on customer service and satisfaction. I always purchase my vehicles from Nelson Harvey who is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about all of the Subaru vehicles. He takes as much time as is needed to answer any questions that I have about a new vehicle and to accompany me on a test drive. Vinay Machhi and Buddy Davis in the service department also are very friendly and professional. They greet me with a smile, always listen to my concerns, and answer any questions that I have about my vehicles. I live seventy miles from the dealership, but I always return there when I am ready to purchase a new vehicle. Terry Subaru was a great choice for buying my first Subaru!! Terrell Salmon took care of me and was very helpful. Steve is who helped me with the purchase of my car. I love, love, love my new 2014 Legacy. It includes majority of the options I wanted; the two it doesn't have I can live without. I love my back up camera and sun/moon roof ... I love my pearl white car, love the beige interior, love how smooth it rides... just love it. I enjoyed my experience with this dealership and I would refer this dealership to a friend/family member. I love Subaru's; they are great cars and safe. I am a mother of 2 so safety is what is first on my list when it comes to owning a car.

My salesman, Jorge Rodriguez, was very nice and attentive to my requests. He displayed very honest knowledge about the vehicle I chose. However, when it came to deciding the financial arrangements. the sales manager did not do a good job at explaining my options. Overall, I do like the dealership and the service that all the people have done for me in the past.

The staff at Terry is great! We worked with several different people over a couple of days, (including the general manager Mark and two salesmen Jay & Jorge,) and they were all very helpful and patient with us. Jorge was especially friendly and made us feel right at home. We were there for hours working on a deal, and we were glad to see that Mark was extremely patient and dedicated to working something out and making us happy. In the end, I leased a beautiful Volkswagen Jetta & I'm glad I went to Terry!

The experience here at Terry VW Subaru was great...very pleasant and professional. Jorge was so polite, kind, funny, and really put me at ease. He helped me understand what was holding me back and worked to get me in the car I truly desired. They even offered me an extended test drive...allowing me the opportunity to take the car home that night and drive it to work and back the next day. Being able to do that helped me understand more clearly what I wanted in and out of a new vehicle. I didn't feel pressured to make an impulsive buy, but felt valued...they truly worked with me to get me the perfect car...a beautiful Jetta!! I couldn't be happier and would recommend Terry VW Subaru to anyone who wants a great buying experience. I had such a good time, I even wrote a little bitty ditty!!! Jorge sold me my first Jetta Said, "You're gonna love it, I betta!" Was a little nervous, hard to part with that moolah... But he made it work, even said he'd do the hula... The ride was sweet, even better than I thought... Just gotta go with it...so, a Jetta's what I bought! Woot Woot!!! Toot toot... Yeah, that's what my Jetta gonna do when I pull out this dealership, boo!

My wife and I came to explore buying a TDI Jetta. We were assisted by Mr. Jorge Rodriguez. At every step Mr. Rodriguez provided outstanding assistance. We were a pain with requests to test drive several models, Questions about financing, procedure and warranty to name a few were thrown at him all of which he fielded very well. He is a consummate professional and an asset to your organization. Additional kudos to your Finance Manager. Very professional and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend either of the two gentlemen above. They made the sales process very enjoyable.

This was our first time to Terry VW Subaru. We were just looking for a reliable used vehicle. We had no idea what vehicles were available. Jorge asked us some questions and said he would be right back. Next thing we knew, he was out front with a 2006 Nissan Pathfinder. As soon as we saw it we liked it. It's a perfect vehicle for our needs and our 3 boys love driving it as well. We had a great experience working with Jorge and Rick.

We had the best car buying experience yesterday! Cory was genuinely friendly and listened to our needs for a car. We needed to purchase a preowned vehicle. The inventory consisted of high quality cars so it made our job of finding the right one very easy. Cory was completely knowledgeable and took the time to show us all the features of our car. When I moved back to Virginia almost 10 years ago, I began taking my Subaru Outback to Terry VW Subaru for routine maintenance and repairs. I have been very satisfied over the years with the service I have received and especially pleased with the courteous, professional,and knowledgeable assistance of the current Service Manager,Vinay Machhi. Vinay was the reason I chose to come to Terry VW Subaru when it came time to buy a new car. Knowing I have a service manager and service department I can count on after the purchase agreement is done is important to me . I had never dealt with anyone in the Sales or Finance departments at Terry VW Subaru before and was a little apprehensive as buying a car can be a stressful experience. I should not have worried. I found Steve Cabell, Sales Consultant, and Rick Norman, Finance Representative, to be as customer focused, experienced,and professional as Vinay. Steve and Rick answered all of my questions in detail and addressed my concerns and made my car buying experience hassle free. Vinay, Steve, and Rick all seem to be committed to excellence in customer service. What a great team!
