Buying a new vehicle can be tough in any market, I bought my first car from them over two years ago and to this day still boast about my experience with Texans Auto Group. My sales guy Jerry was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me as I searched their inventory for just the right car, we talked about the engine, and the success stories from his other clients. He never got aggravated with the 3 different cars we priced. The one I settled on was never in mind the first two days we were looking. The sales process, if you want to call it that, was friendly, personal, and informative as we discussed the details in full. I don't feel like I was sold but paired with the right vehicle, but the service continued on with high praises after the sale. You have earned my business in the future. THANKS again for the Great car!

My salesman was Jerry and he was fantastic; I am a person who detests "pressure salesmen". Jerry allowed me to decide my purchase without any pressure; he answered all my questions, walked me through all my options and was there every step of the way through my purchase. I am pleased with my Fusion and the excellent treatment I received from Jerry.

Jerry and his coworkers are the only guys I trust when it comes to buying cars. I've bought 3 cars from this place over the past 15 yrs. Never had a issue with either car. Just like to change cars every 5 yrs personally. My little brother bought 2 BMW from him. My girlfriend bought a IS250 3yrs ago still looks and runs like new plus my cousin bought a Mercedes-Benz from him just recently. Everyone who works there are down to earth. You basically give them your option of choices, price limit and they call back with in 24 hours. Never rushed and never going anywhere else because I always leave satisfied. 5 yrs now driving his 2006 Lexus GS300. Coming back soon for a New Tahoe. Thanks guys

I don't know where to start about a gr8 experience of buying a car Jerry Charles And Elias did everything needed to make sure I was taken care of. My idea of buying a used car was always negative, but these folks made it fun I was amazed with the whole process from the moment I walked to the car to the moment I signed my docs every single step was easy I thank you Texans auto group and will definitely refer my friends and family and everybody I know to Texans auto group you guys gr8

Great car shopping experience. I bought a used Honda Accord with low miles for a really affordable price. I was assisted personally by Jerry. He made the process easy and straight forward. I have had the car for some time now and it drives smoothly. I havent had any problems at all. I definitely recommend this place.

I was looking for a car with low miles for over 2 months going from one place to another and finding out that what i was being told is totally different from what i saw until i found Texans Auto Group, the only dealership that has over 40 used cars and trucks with very low miles. I was extremely impressed with every single car from the way it was detailed, the miles they had, the information provided on the stickers hanging on the cars, the professional sales staff that made me feel home, the process was super easy and fast i was in and out of the place in less then 30 minutes which was unheard off. i am extremely satisfied and i will always go back to Texans Auto Group and will refer all my friends and family to it. am in love with my car ...thank you Jerry

I submitted a credit application on their website and within 30 minutes they contacted me saying that i was approved. I ended up going there and the guys were so friendly, i signed all the paperwork within 20 minutes. They also allowed my wife to vacuum her car using their machines. Texas Auto Group Spring is a prime example of how car buying should be, Jerry not only got me a great deal on my car, but great monthly affordable payments even If it meant coming out of his own pocket in the end.. You can tell they were very genuine in the work they do for their customers, and are there to work with you no matter what financial situation your in . Loan Star Motorsports/Texans Auto Group is truly the best place to buy a used vehicle it makes you feel like you just bought a brand new car!! I had an amazing experience Jerry, the owner, is wonderful. Everything was super easy and quick he takes care of everything he can for you, and doesnt waste your time. He will take the time to answer all of your questions, and give you as much information as he has (I got a Carfax report for the entire life of the car I bought!). He only has vehicles with low mileage which makes it even more fun, since you have plenty of options in one place. Pretty much any kind of car, truck, van, sports car, SUV, crossover, etc., that you are looking for, he will more than likely have. He has 4 lots, so be sure to ask him what you want if you dont see it, and he probably can meet your needs. Also, they are all inspected and serviced, so you know you are getting a quality vehicle. They check the tires and brakes, and make sure you are making a safe purchase for your family. He is a very honest guy, and a family man himself not a car salesman just trying to make a buck. He wants you to be happy with your investment, and I very much am! I am definitely recommending all my friends and family go see him before going anywhere else. I shopped around, and there was no comparison you wont find anything with mileage that low, priced that reasonably, without sacrificing quality; not to mention, some cheese-ball salesman just trying to get a commission. The one thing is, though since they are such great prices for low-mileage cars, they go fast so go check them out before shopping around! A+++
