Terrible business with Tazel location. Run Save your Money!!!!Got a White Chevy Silverado a month later the transmission went out! I do state work so it was important I get it fixed. Called the dealer, got the run around about the Service manager being on vacation for 2 weeks. Finally spoke with a dealership manager who forsured me that they would help me. Long story short I repaired the truck total cost 1800 transmission rebuild. This is 2-3 weeks into having the truck. Come around to my first payment and I’ve called and called still no response from the service manager, the dealership calls me about my first payment before it’s due. I explained to them that I had been waiting for a call back after just trying to call 2 days prior, anyway they told me they would give me a call 2 days later. Woke up 1 day after the payment was due and the truck has been towed a day after my first payment was due.Spent 2k in down payment and also 1800 in repairs within a 2-3week span. When i finally spoke with the service manager she did not care at all and I could tell she was happy she got the truck back with a new transmission. She said she would offer to refund some of the tow cost from Austin to San Antonio “some not all” if I get caught up on my payment. 100% crooks I’m out nearly 4K and they offer 150 dollars credit! I’m sure this is how they do business and they way that truck held up I’d warn you before giving them a penny and a minute of your time! I’m reporting this company to the BBB and hope I can save someone the terrible back end experience because at first they were really nice but I see why!

Purchased a vehicle from them on June 17 a down payment of $1000 in a deferred payment of $1000 that would be split into two payments of 500 within a 4 week span my issue is I had the car for three days and it’s not working . WONT START. they sent a tow truck the following day . My car has currently been sitting in the shop since 12 PM Wednesday and no one can tell me what is wrong with it and no one has looked at my vehicle I have called numerous times since it has been dropped off there and I keep being transferred to voicemails or individuals who cannot provide me any information pertaining to my vehicle. this week coming up I am scheduled to pay $500 for the vehicle but I’ve only driven it three days so the amount of time that they’ve had in their possession compared to the amount of time I’ve had it in my possession is basically 3 days (less than 72 hrs of driving, may I add). I don’t see how this is fair and I was told to speak with a woman and try to call back and get the status of my vehicle almost a week later which will be this coming Monday it’s sad because the process was easy but now I’m questioning the outcome will be back for a update.

Go to Rafa I had issues with company at the beginning regarding some car problems. Very hard to talk on the phone but if anything go to Rafa and have her help you she is sweet and will take care of anything
