Called in the morning about a Kia Soul that they had on the lot, later that evening I drove up to them and had nothing but excellent service! The guys up here where awesome and I definitely will be buying from them in the future if I need another car! 5 stars all day

They literally wasted my time. He told me to bring $1500 for a down payment instead of $1000. I came up with the money. I get there, test drive the car (damages on inside that weren’t mentioned in the description; such as airbag.) When I got back, the owner was there and instantly told me that he’s not going to finance to me even with down payment (that they just told me would be fine over the phone before I got there.) He told me to come back when I have all of the money and can pay in cash full. He seems to lack profession and good customer service. I literally received a good amount of money when I got home which is amazing news! And now I’m gladly taking my money elsewhere!!!

I don’t know which one it was but one of the guys was so rude that he said that one car I wanted to look at would be “too much” money for me. He then yelled at me and said “how much money do you have?” After I responded he said “no you cannot look at that car is 1,500 difference from your budget”. I then asked if any of the cars were available to finance and he said “no”. Then I asked if they were all “cash cars” and he said yea and started speaking in another language right in front of me with his co worker which I thing is very unprofessional. Even though in big bold white letters it says “WE FINANCE” in the front of the building, apparently they don’t. Or maybe they do but only with certain people and when he feels like it. I guess he did not feel like being at work that day. Oh yea and he did not bother showing us other cars and was just sitting down on his phone. I thought a car salesman was supposed to sell? He did the very opposite of that.

My company bought a truck from here sight unseen and I was a little concerned at first with the random questions, we drive the truck off the lot and it was sold as is and at times this is a little nerve racking but it was a successful buy so far. Thanks guys
