I have a two years old car, yet it already accumulated four recalls, tree of them were software updates. I finally decided to let dealer deal with the recalls and was pleased with how friendly and attentive staff was. I was quickly greeted, provided with a brand new loaner car, offered starbucks coffee and fresh cookies. Later I dropped off the loaner and picked up my car, with clean interior and exterior wash provided for free by the service department, what not to like?

Our salesperson, Octavio, was extremely diligent but not pushy. I met Octavio about three months before buying our actual car. I originally drove an A5 cab but didn't like the color. I gave Octavio my parameters: make, model, age of car, acceptable mileage and color preferences. He checked in with me regularly and proactively called me when there was a match. He sent me photos & the car description and made sure that I was the first person to see the car. He also let me put a refundable down-payment on the car to hold it while the car was detailed, made ready for sale and we returned from a vacation. There was no pressure. He was terrific and I'm now in the car of my dreams.

It's time for the showroom to replace the cafe tables, and the seats were not especially comfortable, but otherwise, the experience was top notch.

Nothing beats the attentiveness, competence, and concern for the needs of the customer than the Audi Exchange: the best car experience I have ever had. Yesterday I dealt with Greg Wiens, Jason Burgess, and Ken Lewis. They treated me as if I were the most important customer they've ever had. And I'm not. I only drive an A4. But they act as if I have a fleet of S8s. That should tell you a lot.

Service would be excellent if the technicians would take care not to get grease on or in my vehicle at every visit. It's normally not a big issue but for a high end vehicle dealership. I would expect better care would be taken to ensure a clean car is returned to the customer after service is performed. Grease on the windshield, seat and/or the HVAC controls just don't cut it

David McCann was the best. He was very easy to work with and made the buying process a pleasant experience. I would definitely buy from him again. The finance department on the other hand was a totally different experience. We arrived at the dealership at 11:00 am and did not leave until after 5:00 pm because the finance department did not know what they were doing. They sent me one number to make a wire transfer and then questioned where I got it from. They made me feel as if I was being dishonest about the paying for the car, from the wire transfer to the check from my credit union. I understand being careful, but his reactions were over the top.

Just a little background of the situation...Monday late afternoon I was leaving my office in the western suburbs of Chicago to head back to the city where I live with my husband and 9 month old daughter. I left the office and my Q5 starting shaking and then died. I was able to turn it back on and pull into a Hotel parking lot not far from my office. The EPC light was blinking and the check engine light came on. From there I called the Audi Exchange and Miros told me to make sure I was in a safe location before doing anything and from there she gave me Audi Roadside assistance. I called them and then started the process of getting the car towed. After I finished with Roadside Miros called me back and helped me on the next steps of getting a loaner. Billy has been my contact for service so Miros gave him a download of all that happened and they coordinated getting a loaner to my house in the city Tuesday afternoon. Which you have no idea how grateful I was for that. With both my husband and I working and needing a car getting to Highland Park was going to be near impossible based on our work schedule but the Service Team came thru and honestly you have no idea how appreciative we are for not only scheduling a drop off of a loaner but to make it even better, Billy called Tuesday and said they fixed my car and they could drop it off in the city at my house. Again they saved us over 4 hours commuting time with a 9 month old who would not have been happy. This is why the Audi Exchange is the best dealer in the area. Thank you again!!! So in a nut shell I liked everything about my experience!! The team is reliable and always willing to help!

Overall the experience was everything that I could ask for and then some. Mario was extremely helpful and explained everything fully. In terms of the main interactions with Manos, I have nothing but great things to say about the experience. Manos did a great job taking me on the drives and explaining all of the features of both the A4 and S3 I test drove. His level of excitement and passion about the vehicles only served to enhance the experience and decision making process. He had answers for almost all of my questions and for things he didn't know he would state that he would check it out as soon as we got done with the test drive. He did follow up on all my questions and provide the answers. To me that's highly important as I would rather someone be up front and state they don't know the answers but get them as quickly as they can to insure that the most accurate information is given. Manos also did a great job helping me to weigh the pros and cons of the two vehicles. Also, the thing that I loved about the experience with Manos, Mario, and Shawn was that I did not feel rushed or pressured but welcomed and at ease. That fact made the whole car buying experience for me as I do not like salespeople to be too forward. After giving me the opportunity to think about the 2 vehicles, I informed them of my decision to go with the A4. After that Mario and I assume Shawn both went above and beyond in my opinion to help with the financing and work to match the rates offered by USAA which were slightly lower than those originally stated as available. Again, could not ask for more! On the night I picked up the vehicle, Mario and Manos were there and welcoming. When I keep referring to welcoming I mean that they were welcoming me as if I belonged and that it was as if I had been expected to join the Audi family from the beginning. Shawn did an excellent job walking me through the paperwork to finalize the sale. He made sure that all my questions were answered and that the info was accurate. After the sale was finalized everyone congratulated me again allowing me to enjoy the experience. Manos stayed late for about 45 minutes to walk me through the settings and all of the features of the vehicle including the dash's computer display. Anything he didn't know he made sure to mention to come back in on Saturday as there was an expert available to explain any features he did not cover. All around I can't say enough about the experience and the amazing service I was given by Mario, Manos, and Shawn.

When I arrived and pulled in, I was immediately greeted by a Service employee. He had a detailed list already of what my concerns were that I had explained when I called for my appointment. He also asked if I had any other concerns that were not listed. The courtesy that car was given to me was similar to what I drive which made it easy to use. In addition, having a tollway transponder attached to the car, was a nice touch, though I didn't need to use it this time. My telephone was also synced to the car. Most importantly, the car was washed and ready when promised the next day late in the afternoon. When picking up the car, again I was greeted and explained what was done. I had some technology questions and those were also answered. It is nice to have someone be able to spend time with customers, it helps keep them coming back!

My first contact was a late evening inquiry on your website. Immediately the next morning Kevin Douglas called with specific information about availability and a discounted internet price. He was personable and offered very helpful information about the car before referring me John Costello. I spent a lot of telephone time with John who made my choice to purchase the car easy. My husband and I stopped by the Audi Exchange this past Saturday to browse at models - I was deciding between several makes and models and wanted to look at the Q3 and Q5 in person. Ramzi came to talk to us and within a few minutes we were off to take the Q5 for a spin. Needless to say I was very happy with it - and Ramzi was very easy to talk to, and not trying to force us into buying something we weren't comfortable with. Review for Joey:I am an avid car enthusiast who loves cars and when it's comes to cars, I want what I want and I'm not going to settle or take a car on the lot to save $500 or $1,000. I haven't bought a car that was sitting on the lot for as long as I can remember. I have been buying luxurious German cars (Audi's, Porsches', Mercedes', BMW's and Volkswagens) for years and when it comes to cars from someone who knows what they are selling. I have been buying Audi's for years and one of the vehicles I currently have is a 2014 Audi SQ5. I was in the market for a new 2016 Audi S6 and was looking to add another vehicle. I was looking to order a particular car optioned a certain way but had a couple of questions in regards to those options and Audi's "Audi Exclusive" program which gives you the opportunity to tailor a new Audi any way you would like (hundreds of different exterior paint color options separate from the 5-8 standard colors, different interior wood trim inlays, interior colors and much more..) but when I called around several local Audi dealers (I am a resident of South Florida) I could tell those (multiple dealers) were giving me the run around with false information because they wanted me to take an in-stock vehicle in a different color or optioned differently from the way I wanted my car even though I repeatedly told them I wouldn't. I told them from the get go I would be ordering a car unless they could find me exactly what I was looking for (anywhere in the country) and I even told them that I was willing to pay a little bit extra since I knew the car I wanted wasn't going to be readily available. I travel frequently for work and thought maybe I would call an Audi dealership in Chicago near where I have clients and visit every so often, so I did. I called one and got the same responses as the local Florida dealers. I felt like giving up (and almost did) but I figured I would give it one last shot. I finally stumbled upon Audi Exchange in Highland Park, IL. I did some research online and looked for a trust worthy Sales Associate that had good reviews. I found Joey (Giuseppe) Ruffolo. I called and asked for Joey. Right from the moment he answered the phone I had a good feeling and could tell I was dealing with true professional. I told Joey nothing different than any of the (several) previous Audi dealers and told him exactly what I was looking to accomplish. I listed all the options I wanted (Interior color, Exterior color, features, etc, etc). When it came time to order he had informed me that I didn't need the S6 and that I could get what I wanted by ordering an Audi Exclusive 2016 A6 3.0T Prestige (which saved me almost $15,000 from the way I wanted the S6 configured; which even took money away from his commission). Once we had finalized everything he helped me place my order. He broke everything down step by step and made sure to clarify everything before we finalized the whole deal. Once everything was completed and his job was done he went took the extra mile and went out of his way to keep me updated throughout the whole process as my vehicle was built. I wanted an extra accessory on the car and he helped me order that as well. Additionally, there was never any pressure to sell additional features and options which was great. I can go on and on about how great my experience was but I'll summarize it with this... Everything REALLY is top notch at the Audi Exchange. I would STRONGLY recommend going there if you're looking for a car and don't see ANYONE else other than Joey if you're interested in buying. He's knowledgable, trusting and a true professional in every sense. He made this stereotypical process a truly pleasant car buying experience which has been my best to date. I know when it's time to shop for another Audi you can BET I'll be back to see Mr. Ruffolo at The Audi Exchange! Thanks again for all of your help Joey!

My husband and I initially purchased an Audi from Ramzi several years ago and as that car was getting up there in mileage, we decided to invest in a new vehicle. When I called Ramzi after these few years had gone by, he remembered us right away and was as friendly and helpful as he was when we first met him. He ensured us he could get us in a new vehicle at a rate that was matched for our budget and he did! In fact, we traveled over 50 miles to purchase from and work with Ramzi because we trust him. Simply put, Ramzi is straightforward, genuine, personable, and extremely easy to work with. He makes you feel at ease and does all he can to ensure the buying experience (which can be nerve-racking) is as comfortable as possible. I would recommend Ramzi to anyone in a heartbeat. My experience with Audi Exchange was extremely positive. Team Ramzi came highly recommended from one of my colleagues who purchased an Audi Q7 several months ago. Ramzi and John were consummate professionals from the moment I walked in to the day I made my purchase decision. Ramzi spent time with me discussing the exceptional engineering that goes into the Audi design and how Quattro AWD is unrivaled compared any of the competitors AWD versions. His knowledge of the product is far superior to most of the car salesmen Ive worked with in the past. Beyond that he was not trying to sell me a vehicle that wasnt a good fit for me. At no time did I feel pressure by him to close the deal. Team Ramzi took care of all the necessary details in advance to ease the closing process. Im extremely happy with my overall experience with Audi Exchange and will certainly recommend them to my friends and family. I was searching for an Audi A3 that I liked and also the best price for almost three months. I read about Audi Exchange online and decided to contact them. I exchanged a few emails with Ramzi Amawi and decided to go to Audi Exchange to meet with him. I have to say that you seriously can't choose a better sales team than Ramzi team. Ramzi is an engineer and very knowledgeable about Audi cars. He was very friendly, honest and responsive. I asked him about the safety features of different Audi models and he nicely explained all of them and also, why Quattro system will serve me better. He asked me which type of car and what color I really like to lease and how much my max budget is. I answered these questions and he told me that hell try his best to find the car that I want. Our meeting ended in less than one hour and when I was leaving his office, I was pretty sure that I can trust him and would lease my first Audi from him. For almost two weeks, he worked very hard to find the car with the color and packages that I wanted and the best deal that I was looking for, and made sure I had a great experience. Then he called me and said that he has found the car with the price that I wanted. When I went there to sign the paperworks, everything was ready to sign. His manager was very nice person as well and helped me to sign and complete everything in less than 30 minutes! The entire staff at Audi Exchange was fantastic and made my first Audi-leasing experience a great experience. I will certainly lease my next car from Audi Exchange as well. Thank you Team Ramzi!

Team Ramzi contacted me immediately when I requested an internet quote on a new Q5. I was debating between two vehicles and Ramzi was very helpful answering my questions. I ended up test driving the car at another dealership closer to home, but the sales person there was not as helpful. Once I decided on the car and color, Ramzi located the right vehicle for me, and expedited it to the dealership so I would have a chance to drive it for a few days before leaving on a business trip. I drove 50 miles past a few other Audi dealers to purchase the car from the Audi Exchange. A fair price had already been agreed upon via email and the paperwork was done in advance, so the purchase experience was quick and easy. Even my 12 year old son commented on how nice the dealership was. I would highly recommend The Audi Exchange, Ramzi Amawi, and his team.

We came to this dealership after having visited several others and test driving several other vehicles. After talking with and getting to know Ramzi we knew we wanted to buy from him. The negotiation was tough, but fair, and he in the end he helped us get great value for our trade and also get the purchase price of the car we wanted down in order to meet our budget. The purchase of a new vehicle should be exciting and effortless, not daunting or obtrusive; that is exactly what i encountered today from the team of Ramzi Amawi and John Meredith. I have interacted with multiple other dealerships/individuals over the years and have yet to come out of the process feeling ENJOYMENT - until today. These guys simply mesh with each other and the customer. No hogwash. No pretense. Expertise in spades. The latter, in my experience, certainly seems rare. Combining the engineering knowledge of Ramzi and the tech savvy passion of John leads to a stunning and satisfying team effort. The best part of all: they actually KNOW these vehicles. I am frequently left with blank stares and vague answers to many of my inquiries at other dealerships. These two were never stumped! I assume this has much to do with study and experience but also must relate to their obvious geeky care for what they do. John spent an exorbitant amount of time with me describing the ins/outs of my new allroad. He has undoubtedly spent a multitude of thoughtful hours noodling and learning in these cars. Did this guy help design the car??? In the end, I left educated and thrilled. I'm actually running out of superlatives - much to their credit. They will have my business for the long haul. I called a week in advance about a manual A4 - apparently a hot commodity - and Ramzi held the car for me without hesitation. I drove down from Milwaukee and Ramzi did everything he could to make the experience quick and easy; he scheduled a time with me in advance, ran my credit application, and followed up to confirm. In just a few short hours, I walked out with a new car! And they didn't even laugh when I asked them to drive it off the lot since I hadn't driven manual in a few years. Ramzi far exceeded my expectations. John was also wonderful. I had very particular asks and Ramzi worked patiently with me to meet my needs. I could not be more pleased. I've owned several Audis in my life and worked with dealers in California, Washington, and Illinois. By far Ramzi is the best I've yet encountered! And this includes others at such dealers as Mercedes and Volvo. He was even able to retrieve forgotten CDs from my trade-in that had already been transported with the vehicle to the re-saler. Given that almost all of my immediate family works in the car industry, I have never before had to go to an unfamiliar dealership. I've always been treated well as the Controller's Daughter and the Service Manager's Girlfriend, but I know the horror stories that exist. I was very nervous having to go into a dealership without an "in", thinking that I was going to be taken for a ride after my test drive... I am very happy to say that all of my concerns were unfounded. Team Ramzi was helpful, patient, transparent, and (dare I say...) fun! I came in to test drive a used A3 and John did a wonderful job of showcasing all of the features, explaining the differences between the models and answering my questions. After the test drive, we went back to the office to discuss pricing. He also had a quote completed on my trade in. I made my decision the next day that this car was the right choice for me. I let John know I'd be in the following day to pick up my car. Ramzi called on the day of my pick up to let me know that he was having the car detailed and gassed up. He asked if I had any questions about financing or anything else. I came into the dealership later that day to sign papers and pick up the car. There was no pressure and no surprises, just phenomenal customer service. Ramzi is not looking to sell a car, he is looking to earn a customer for life. We had an older Lexus SUV and the transmission died. It was a high mileage car, over 9 years old and not worth fixing. However, it also left us without the kids school, soccer, run them around car. All the sudden we were in a rush to buy a replacement as quickly are we could. We had already started test driving other makes before this happened and a friend had recommended (insisted) we go see Ramzi at the Exchange. Are we glad we did. First, the Q5 is just an awesome car. Not much that I can say that others haven't already said except I am surprised how many people have told us it is a great looking car. We have even had several strangers ask us about the car. As for the buying process, mush to our surprise, it is was great too. I expected it to be like my previous car purchases were the person on the other side of the desk is an adversary. Not Ramzi. There was no pressure, he spoke to us like regular people, and best of all, the deal was great. Really great. It has been about six weeks since we bought the car and no buyers remorse, no looking back wondering if I could have gotten a better deal; none of that. It was actually fun!!! Looking forward to buying my next Audi, maybe an R8 (I can dream can't I).

This was the first experience I had with an Audi dealership in the 45 years that I've been purchasing vehicles. I have to say that this was the very best and most pleasurable one to date. I took delivery of my pre-owned Audi last night. When I talked with some current Audi owners they unhesitatingly recommended I go to the Highland Park Audi Exchange for great cars and service. I was not disappointed! My first intervention was with John Meredith who patiently listened to my requirements and I test drove a couple of cars. I appreciated the low level sales pressure right from the beginning. I returned a few days later with my wife and met with Ramzi, head of team Ramzi. He treated me with respect and honesty, again without any undue pressure. Also very knowledgeable about all of the cars. In the end we bought a level of car that was more than I had anticipated, but it was the right decision. Again I felt that I could have walked away without any ill feelings but thankfully I did not. I picked up the car a few days later and both John and Ramzi were there to help me through the process. They genuinely wanted me to enjoy the car and be happy with the service. I can confirm that I am very satisfied with the service I got and look forward to dealing with them again and next time it will be me recommending Ramzi and John to my friends!

After being completely ignored for 10 minutes while walking around the showroom at a nearby BMW Dealer (I was wearing a frayed sweat shirt, jeans and clogs), I went up the road a few miles to take a look at what Audi might have to offer (looking for a convertible). The minute I walked in the door I got a welcome from John Meredith, who also offered to get me something to drink. I told him I was looking at options for a possible lease for my own personal use, and did not plan on making a decision today, and even though the conversation was low key, I left Audi Exchange 2 hours later with a signed deal that I believe is fair. When I went back the next day (John's day off), his partner Ramzi Amani (they refer to themselves as Team Ramzi) took care of me, and again, I was delighted with not only how pleasant he was, but responsive to my questions and concerns. I have his cell phone number now, along with his instructions to call him first with any questions or issues that might come up with the car. I came to the Audi Exchange almost by chance (since I really did have my heart set on a BMW i228 convertible), but left there with a car that I am delighted with (it has been only 24 hours, but I see absolutely no reason I will be changing my thinking about this) and 2 salespeople who I plan on working with until I can longer drive. In fact, Ramzi already texted me this morning to see if I had any questions about the car now that I have driven it for a while. I could not be more delighted with the car or the people I worked with, and Ramzi and John now have a new and loyal customer. I would recommend these 2 gentlemen to any one, and I will most definitely be back there in the future.

I have just taken delivery of my second car from this dealer, with a break between when I drove another brand. I am very happy to be back with the Audi Exchange. My salesmen were Ramzi Amawi and John Meredith. They were both helpful and low pressure. I did spend more time with Ramzi so my comments will be more directed to him. Ramzi is a smart guy and takes his job extremely seriously and handles himself very professionally. He was very straight forward during the negotiation process and I believe we arrived at a fair price on the new car and my trade. Ramzi invited me to contact him directly with any questions, and committed to be an advocate if I have any issues. I have barely owned this car 24 hours, but I would imagine that if my next car is another Audi, I would happily deal with Ramzi again. As mentioned, I have purchased a car from this dealer before and always had a good experience with them, for example with their service department, who will provide loaners, and always return my car cleaner than when I brought it in.

My wife and I have been looking for a specific used vehicle "Cadillac SRX" for months and located the one we were looking for online at the Audi Exchange in Chicago. IL. Being from out-of-state (Michigan), I was a bit cautious; however, after talking with Ramzi on the phone... it was like working with someone I had known for years. He was very knowledgable, extremely professional and was totally focused on customer service. He was patient, answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to supply me with all of the paperwork and additional pictures that I needed to make an informed decision. When we arrived at the dealership... we received outstanding customer service from everyone we encountered - including the nice older gentleman behind the coffee bar. This was my first visit to Audi Exchange and I walked out with a new Q5. The Audi Exchange Team made me feel comfortable the second I walked into the dealership. Ramzi and John were the team members that I mostly dealt with and they were awesome. Their passion for Audi really shines through in their customer service. I was shopping a Q7 for about 2 months and all other dealers led me to nowhere until I was hooked up with this guys Ramzi in Audi exchange. We closed the deal in one week. I think the biggest problem in the car business, notoriously true in US, is the trust between the sales man and the customer. Because you will presumably put on a safe guard that you will be scammed, and we are all familiar with the broadway style drama in a dealer's show room. Sometimes it's quite a piece of art work indeed. However Ramzi, as well as all other people involved in this deal from Audi exchange, was trying to help me to make the right decision and, more importantly, there was no low ball or curve ball etc. of any kind, so you don't need to negotiate 4 hours trying to lower 500 dollars. I am in the marketing industry and I know this is the customer experience from the text book! I would say way to go Ramzi and Audi Exchange!

I was in the market for a used car and was really interested in the Audi Q7. I live in Arizona but was visiting Highland Park' so I decided to check their inventory, prices, just get more info. I was pleasantly surprised to be approached and helped right away by Ramzi. Ramzi Amawi helped me and my fiance trade in our 2010 Jetta Tdi for a 2015 Audi A6 Tdi. This was a lifetime car experience. He made the process a tear dropping experience from the beginning. The car my fiance wanted was nowhere to be found. He told her to give him a few days and he would have. Boy did he ever!! When we came to the dealership to see the car, there Ramzi Amawi stood with 30 other people clapping and congratulating her on the car. Ramzi had her favorite song playing and took a gentlemns dance with her. She was so happy the tears kept poring in. My wife and I recently went to Audi Exchange to test drive a Audi Q3. Audi Exchange was actually our second choice as it is much further away from our house. The closer dealer we called directed us to three different people on the phone before ending up with a Hongda sales person who was assigned to us to buy a Audi. He didn't even know Audi had a model called Q3 before looking up on the computer. To the opposite of that, from the time Ramzi picked up my called, it has been a great experience. The Audi Exchange is a high quality experience just like Audi vehicles. The staff is friendly and accommodating, especially our salesperson, Ramzi Amawi and his manager, Ryan Meegan. Ramzi has the patience of a Saint. I have been and EA at President/CEO level with a few public companies over many years. Often the hardest thing to do is source a new vehicle and get the best possible deal. It takes time, hard work and a lot of back and forth. Ramzi listened very carefully to specifics, I needed a specific color combination, model and monthly cost amount. He gave me exactly what I wanted....three options.....photos of all three with the specifics listed clearly and at a lower monthly cost than I specified My boss is a very happy man!! My husband and I drove down to Audi Exchange from Milwaukee to test drive a 2015 Q3. Ramzi Amawi met us at the front doors of the dealership and ended up finding the exact car (including color and features) we wanted on a shipment that was going to arrive a few weeks later. He was thorough, patient, knowledgeable, professional, and most important, not pushy. You couldn't ask for more in a salesperson, especially with this being my first Audi buying experience. He really went the extra mile because the exact specs I was looking for with my Q5 were not available anywhere in the US and instead of trying to steer me to another similar model to make a quick sale, he explained to me the ordering process, how long it would take, etc but did so because he truly wanted me to get the exact car I wanted which was great. I purchased a CPO 2010 A4 2 months ago. It had its share of road damage, I saw it upon purchasing the car and was OK with it. I washed the car regularly and thought I was starting to see more 'sins' than I originally did. I noticed a key scratch and took it to a well known area facility thinking someone had keyed my car. They told me it looked as if it had been filled with grease and wax due to a failed buffing attempt. They gave me a quote to fix the hood and bumper scratches as well. This explained my seeing more damage than I did at purchase; it seems I was washing away what filled the chips. I contacted Ramzi (my dealer) and brought the car in. The used car manager observed the damage as well. I told them what I was quoted to repaint the door and fix up the hood and that I was willing to pay my share as I would have done the hood anyway. They said they will rectify the situation and promptly provided me with a loaner (2014 A4 S line) and said we'll call you. I picked up the car a week later and it looked GREAT. They had their body shop do the door, and my original facility do the front end. I again offered to pay my share and was turned down. This may be common and expected by those of you with six figure incomes; but I'm just a regular guy who bought a car fulfilling a dream and celebrating a job well done putting my 2 successful children through college. We had seen a lot of glowing reviews for Ramzi Amawi on this site as we researched our Audi purchase and they frankly sounded a bit too good to be true. But true they were. Ramzi is knowledgable about his product (not a given in this industry) and has a very winning way of working with clients. He is highly responsive and is able to talk to mechanical/technological novices and experts alike (in the same transaction!). If you want an Audi (and the A6 is a car that merits strong comparison with the BMW five series) give him a call at the Audi Exchange in Highland Park Illinois. It should be said that the other people we dealt with in the finance (Dan) and trade-in (Bill) areas were very pleasant and straightforward to work with.

I as many of us dread the car buying process...the sales people. They've sized you up before you even see them and you're most likely just another victim. Not so at the Audi Exchange. We were greeted by Ramzi Amawi and I told him what I was interested in, Certified Pre-owned. I saw 2 vehicles on line, he gave me the keys and said "let me know if you have any questions, see you later". We made our decision and he put his offer and monthly payment on the table. I countered with "no way", he knew my situation going in. He asked what I wanted to see and came back under what I was asking for. He could of easily turned me away and sold that car to someone else with no problem (in my opinion). But instead he made it work for me; he understands car people because he is one. This is a hobby for him; his passion. Ramzi is all about helping people. He kept telling me, I am your go to guy for anything, call me anytime! He highlights his cell number on his business cards. The finance department was equally as nice as was everyone involved. They just want you to be comfortable in all aspects. The experience was the total opposite of what I expected.

I chose to start my Audi car search at the Audi Exchange due to the plethora of 5 star reviews on cars.com, dealerrater.com, etc. My search started there and ended there because Ramzi Amawi and The Exchange met my expectations from the very get-go: from the first email I sent them inquiring about a Q5 to the handshakes I received before I drove off with my new Q5. In a few words, they are simply amazing. And yes - I'm talking about a car dealership! When I first started my search for a Q5, inventory of a Q5 3.0T was low - these babies were selling like hotcakes! The Exchange didn't have anymore Q5 3.0Ts on the lot. So Ramzi patiently went through the list of Q5s that they were expecting to receive in 3-4 weeks until we found one that I was happy with. He offered me an incredible price for it and I was sold. During the month wait, Ramzi always responded right away to my emails and texts asking him for status updates - even on his days off. After an excruciating month of waiting, my car finally arrived! The paperwork, trade-in, and financing (all the things most of us dread about buying a car) went so smooth and quick, the whole transaction was done in less than an hour. Dan Fernstrom in finance is such a great guy, he is definitely one of the reasons why buying at car at the Exchange was so painless. By the time I drove off with my new Q5, Ramzi and I were so comfortable with each other, we hugged when he greeted me and we hugged when we said goodbye. When we were considering changing our type of vehicle from the many BMWs and Mercedes we have owned and/or leased, we decided to visit Audi Exchange. Our last two cars were BMW 2 door hard top convertibles, but it was time for a more comfortable and roomy vehicle. The Q5's expansive, panoramic sunroof eased our conversion. Meeting Ramzi Amawi sealed the deal! He is a very technically knowledgeable guy with a great personality who believes in his product and compels you to believe in it too! The inventory is excellent and Ramzi walked us through it wanting us to understand all options. Having fallen in love with the Q5, Ramzi went over possible features and even colors, making sure that we would have a vehicle we would love! We have never had as quality an experience selecting a car before! The delivery experience was also exceptional in Ramzi's capable hands, ably assisted by Patrick Gibbs as Business Manager! Ramzi has invited us to come back soon to further discuss and truly understand all features and settings as well as to call any time with questions. I enjoy new cars but not necessarily the act of buying one; in purchasing my new A4 I enjoyed both. This was thanks to the efforts of Ramzi Amawi, my salesperson. Ramzi's engineering background, combined with his extraordinary people skills meant that I always felt welcomed and that I could have any question I had answered thoughtfully, clearly, and (most importantly given what we all know about car salespeople) accurately. Ramzi wants to make the sale, but will never employ any of the high or medium pressure sales tactics that I experienced at some other dealers. He will listen carefully to your needs and make sure you end up in the car that's right for you, making suggestions about what makes sense (and not only ones that mean a higher car price). Since the Audi Exchange is such a large dealer they are going to have a wide range of vehicles available on site. If the car is as good as the experience I had, I will have many years of happy driving ahead of me.

Greatplace to buy a car. Saw the car I wanted and requested information on it but since I did not get anything back I decided to visit the dealership in person. the staff was friendly my sales person was great ended up buying the car they detailed it and picked it up few days later. 2 days after decided to buy card finally heard back from the internet manager. he talked about the car which was not an Audi and then he said the Audis have great lights with LED headlights. obviously it was just a blank template to use. my advice is if you want to buy a car there or the internet manager and go directly to the dealership then you have a great experience

I worked with Ramzi Amawi over the internet and found him to be a man of his word. Ramzi was very pleasurable to work with and very knowledgeable. I have owned 2 other Audi vehicles and have been very happy with the vehicles but could never find the right car in Iowa. I found the car I was looking for (S5) and spoke with Ramzi and negotiated our sale over the phone subject to seeing the car. We drove 4 hours from Iowa to look at the vehicle and I was very pleased to see that Ramzi's description of the car was spot on. When we arrived, he greeted us warmly and showed us the car right away. There were a couple of issues we wanted fixed before we took the vehicle and Ramzi got immediate results and got the car ready to go. I had a pleasant car-buying experience with Audi Exchange in Highland Park, IL, and its agent Mr. Ramzi Amawi, on March 20, 2014. I would not have driven nearly 200 miles to Highland Park from Urbana, IL. I wanted to buy another Audi, as I was driving an Audi A6, and I had been perusing the internet for Audi cars and dealers within 200 mile radius of Urbana. There were half a dozen such dealers with whom I corresponded via e-mail. I corresponded with Mr. Ramzi Amawi of Audi Exchange for over a month. Throughout the period, he was patient, pleasant, courteous, informative and understanding. When I told him I just arrived in the States from a long overseas trip, he gave me ample time to overcome the jet lag before driving over. Although I deposited a sum with my credit card to hold a particular car, he did not cash it until I arrived at the store. The entire process was very pleasant and swift. There were no hassles, disputes, or lengthy waits. His assistant, Danielle, was also very pleasant, teaching me patiently the basics of the instruments and the new gadgets. The only speck of cloud in this sunny experience was that I wanted to see a 2014 Audi A4 (I bought a 2013 Audi A4). There was none in the premises, but I wish I was given a brief info on the differences, if any, between 2013 and 2014 Audi, or the (dis)advantages for waiting for 2015 Audi A4, but I was not.

The Audi Exchange is a fantastic place to buy a car. Not only do they have the best inventory in the area, but the facility is also phenomenal. People regularly hang out there on Saturday mornings for free car washes to drink coffee and eat bagels. They have adorable sticker books for the kids with actual Audi car stickers and Carol's cookies. The service department is easy to get ahold of for regularly scheduled service, and they actually have Audi vehicles for loaners, and not old, beat-up ones, either. These are all the reasons you'll want to keep coming back, but the reason you'll actually buy your car here is Dan Kurko. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with, he gives you his honest opinion. He made the process so smooth and kept us updated every step of the way. Go see him. After reading reviews on here, and seeing people mention Ramzi Amawi, I set him an email to set up some time for me to travel to the dealership and check out the car. From the moment I walked in the dealer everybody was courteous and respectful. Being a very young car buyer considering the caliber of automobile, I was impressed with the immediate respect everyone treated me with. After having some bad experiences at higher end dealerships not taking me seriously because of my age, Ramzi's character made this a non issue. I purchased a low milage Q5 and the sales rep, Dan Kurko, took time to explain the model, go for an extended drive while show casing the features of the car, and promptly took care of any questions I had. The paperwork was handled professionally and Dan then spent at least an hour explain the features and controls of the car to my wife and me. The Audi exchange is a easy place to do busniess and Dan Kurko expidited the entire experience.

I started my search and quote of Audi A4 online several days ago. Audi Exchange is the first dealer to reply me. I noticed that Audi Exchange is the largest dealer in Chicagoland, and I decided to do the test drive there last Friday afternoon. Ramzi Amawi welcomed me warmly with his assistant when I arrived. I just purchased my used A6 from Ramzi Amawi at the Audi Exchange. Ramzi was so helpful and very genuine. He and his assistant explained the features of the car, especially the safety features of the vehicle which were MOST important to me as I have an infant son. I was deciding between the Mercedes E350 and the A6 and the A6 was by far superior in my eyes. Purchasing a vehicle is probably my least favorite thing to do in life and Ramzi made the whole buying experience a pleasure. THANK YOU!!!!!

I came into the Audi dealership to look at a used car that had just arrived. I had been looking for this specific make and model for the last 5 months and I couldn't believe it when I saw the car on Christmas Eve with the interior and exterior colors I was looking for and the extemeley low miles I wanted. It was 3 miles from home where I could actually drive it and see it in person and not have to rely on a third party to evaluate the car for me because it was in California or Georgia or somewhere in between. The price was the best I had seen for the mileage and condition. When I walked into the dealership I was greeted by Ramzi who turned out to be extremely friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. I immediately felt comfortable with him. The negotiation process was very simple, I left a deposit, waited for a couple of days for the car to complete its inspection and detail process, took it for a test ride, and completed the deal. The paperwork was simple and my wife and I were in and out of there in 20 minutes or so with our car. Ask for Ramzi if you ever looking for a car at the Audi Exchange. He's a 5-star person and salesperson.

Three years ago I moved to Chicago from LA and brought my BMW 750 with me. After several dissapointing visits to the service center from a BMW dealer in Chicago's North suburbs, I decided it was time for a different car. So a year ago I bought an Audi S5 from Audi Exchange from a sales person named Ramzi. He was highly informed about all cars, polite, service/customer minded and very fair/honest in the negotiation process.....Probably the most pleasant car buying experience I have had. I had my Audi S5 in for maintenance and what a great experience this was!!! Quickly in and quickly out, fair price and with a nice Audi loaner that was comparable to what I drove. Now that my wife and I are having a child, I needed a 4 door car....where to go look? Just one answer came ot mind.....Ramzi Amawi at the Audi Exchange in Highland Park. Not surprised I walked out with exactly what I was looking for a fair price and felt great about the experience. Next time I need or want a car.....definitey calling Ramzi at the Audi Exchange.

We drove all the way from Ohio to purchase a Q5 from the Exchange. Our salesman, Ramzi was a dream (and so was the car!) We arrived just as the dealership was closing, but Ramzi stayed a WHOLE HOUR after closing to show us the features on our new ride. If that's not going above and beyond- I don't know what is. I bought my new A6 3.0T from Ramzi Amawi on March 30th, 2013. Ramzi was very attentive without being pushy. He answered all my questions and made me feel like family. What was really impressive, was the way I was treated AFTER my purchase. Follow up questions were answered promptly and to my satisfaction. When I had my first service at 6 months, I was greeted by name and made to feel welcome by everyone including Ramzi who took time to visit with me despite the fact that he was obviously very busy. Whenever I've purchased a new automobile it has taken hours and I've left the dealership not quite sure of my new auto. This was not the case when I left Audi Exchange - Ramzi made sure I knew the basics and also programmed my car. We bought a Certified Pre-owned 2013 Audi S5 from Ramzi Alawi of the AUDI EXCHANGE in Highland Park during the early evening of September 12, and were fortunate enough to take delivery that same night which saved us having to return another day from NW Indiana. However, in our haste to accept delivery we overlooked a tiny fender ding that apparently was missed by the dealership during the re-conditioning process. We didn't notice the ding until 4 days later while washing the car after a rainstorm and we were worried that we would have to eat the cost of repair ourselves. But when we mentioned it to Ramzi during his sales followup call, he came through for us and set us up for a "paintless dent repair" within a couple of weeks and at no cost to us other than the minor hassle of another trip up to Highland Park. The repair went perfectly and everything was handled in a courteous timely manner by our salesman and the dealership. Nice job AUDI EXCHANGE!

He is really focused on customer satisfaction and works to get you into the right car. He is honest and straight-forward. I felt that I paid fair price for a quality vehicle. At no time did I feel like I was working with a pushy dealer, instead I felt as if I was working with a close friend (even though I had just met him!). I stopped at the Audi dealership in Highland Park to just make sure I was making the right decision (I had decided on purchasing a different car that morning), Ramzi Amawi greeted me at the door, and within minutes I was test driving 2 of his cars. By that evening, I had purchased a Q5 and I LOVE IT! Ramzi was thorough, honest, and treated me wonderfully; I must add that I am a woman, and often times in my car hunt my husband was the only one spoken to, despite the car being for me...that was not the case with Ramzi. Ramzi and his finance guy Dan both stayed late to ensure I could walk out that evening in my new car. I would highly recommend this dealership, and I would highly recommend connecting with Ramzi if possible. I would also highly recommend the Q5, it is a wonderful, smooth ride.

We bought our Q7 from Ramzi. It was a pleasant overall experience. The dealership didn't try to oversell stuff that we didn't need (like a wheel protection package on a car with big tires). We had an issue with malfunctioning side mirrors. We brought up the problem to Ramzi and he had it taken care of immediately. Of all the dealerships that we have dealt with for multiple car purchases over the year, this has been the best one. We have already recommended Ramzi and the Audi Exchange to friends and family.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. When I was looking a car I wasn't sure which car I truly wanted. I was in between the Q5 or the S4. After all said and done I went the the S4 and couldn't be happier. So after I made my choice it came down the pricing and selling my old car to Audi exchange. I had a 2002 jeep grand Cherokee, and went to a bunch of places to get it appraised, but Audi have me the most money for my car, which ended up going towards the S4. Anytime I have an issue or a question I contact Ramzi on his personal cell phone and he takes care of me. I've never met an employee at any dealership who takes such great care of his customers as does Ramzi. I would highly recommend Audi Exchange in Highland Park, and make sure you ask for Ramzi!!!
