I want to make sure I get all the details listed here ! I bought a 2017 Denali Acadia from the Auto Specialist beginning of 2020 ! Within 2 days of having it the brakes started slipping on me. I called and had to ask them to replace the brakes which they agreed to ! Fast Forward a few months - I paid for my own new bakes! I kept getting the run around from them and finally got frustrated! Within a month of owning this car I had to replace the entire computer system! That cost me thousands of dollars ! I know you take a gamble when you buy used cars ... but they totally took advantage and screwed me over. When I have told other dealerships about the issues I have had they are shocked. I signed a paper for a “mileage discrepancy “ which they made me think was no big deal at all! Lies - 2 dealerships wouldn’t even let me trade the Acadia in due to this issue. I am a working single mom. I saved and paid cash for this car ! Not once has the dealership reached out to me! So I am taking to social media to let everyone know my experience with these guys. Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had! Not only do they have an amazing selection of vehicles all located inside a nice safe building, but the entire team at auto specialist was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It was more like buying a car from a life long friend than going to a dealership, I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a vehicle and I will definitely be a return customer.

I highly recommend The Auto Specialists if you’re looking to buy a car. Steve was great to work with. Absolutely no pressure, and the easiest and fastest transaction. This is definitely the way car buying should be. We will plan to purchase our next vehicle here for sure.

Amazing experience! Steve was wonderful staying past closing to accommodate my schedule and working with me via email to finish up my deal. Their inventory is beautiful and I am absolutely loving my Yukon! I feel that they gave me a fair trade-in and really took pride in having nice vehicles. Thanks so much Steve and Jame!
