I had my 2013 Mazda serviced here recently and they did a great job! I needed new brakes and I asked for a complete detailing service. They gave me a loaner vehicle for the weekend while they worked on my car, which was very nice. When I got my car back, it looked almost new! Everyone I worked with was extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely return!

Great dealership to work with. We called in to put a hold on a car and Pat was very helpful and proficient with setting everything up. When we got to the dealership that same day to pick it up, Pat ran us through the details of the car and made sure that everything was to my satisfaction. After having awful experiences with a couple of other dealerships prior to looking at this one, Autobarn Mazda made the process simple and enjoyable, and I'll definitely be seeking out an Autobarn dealership for any future car purchases.

The Autobarn Service center in Evanston is so convenient. Everyone is very helpful. Jay took care to explain everything to me and let me know what was important to maintain my Mazda. It's the only place I go because it's the best!

Exactly what a car buying experience should be. Everybody that I worked with at this dealership was friendly and knowledgeable, and not pushy about sealing a deal. Prices were good even now during this chip shortage. When they didn’t have the exact color combo I wanted they quickly found my ideal choice and worked out a way to get it for me at no increase in price and let me know exactly when I would have it. Also gave me a great price for my trade in. Can’t ask for more!

Though the fiat autobarn of Evanston service center is over an hour from my house I won't go anywhere else when my car is in need of service. Shawn is always pleasant and very helpful and I feel that my car is taken very well care of.

I was initially expecting a bad experience because of the fact that when I made the appointment, the person (Reena) was very rude. But as soon as I was greeted by Sarah Petty, everything changed. Sarah was very kind and attentive. She reviewed my concerns and made sure that she had not missed anything. Sarah kept me updated as diagnosis and work was being done. She is very polite and shows that you are her primary concern. She completely changed my outlook in a very positive way. Thank you Sarah.

I had the worst experience with them. They looked at my trade in and stated an amount that I believed was too low for a 2015 car. I filled out the credit check application just incase we reached an agreement. We never did, do I request for my credit to not be checked. Igor assured me it would my be checked. Before walking out I asked again, he assured me they did not check my credit - this was on 4/15/2016. On 4/28/2016 I check my credit and their dealership name comes up as an account who checked my credit. They lied to me and ran my credit anyway. Do not Trust Autobarn THE ALFA ROMEO FIAT OF EVANSTON - they are liars and took advantage of trust.

This dealership applies one of the oldest and dirtiest DIRTIEST tricks in the used car salesmen manual !! SCAM !! Here it is .. the advertised price is really NOT the sticker price of the car.Once they get you to drive to the end of the world to get to their CRAMPED up dealership, they tell you that you are up for another $900 for apparently paint protection and some theft thing. DIRTY DIRTY .DIRTY trick Their business model is to advertise the car same as or just below other cars on the internet. Their internet advertised price is already loaded with a profit margin to operate the business, which is fair, however their American Greed drives them to play any dirty trick on you the poor consumer to increase their profit margin, and they do that by telling you that they have coated the car with anti-rust coating (which is really a cheap Teflon wax that only lasts for 3 month) for a cost of $500 to you and the car has some theft thing itched on the car windows to identify the car if it gets stolen for a cost of $450 to you. I was going in to purchase a 2013 Mercedes which does not need no rust protection and it has tracking technology so it does not require their fluffy thief thing !I told the manager that I did not want to pay for these 2 useless things that they are forcing on me, but they told me what they will tell you we do that to all our cars and you have to pay for it . And that is it for my peace of mind .FLUFF FLUFF FLUFFSo, the short of it all, the manager wanted the FULL advertised price and would NOT negotiate on that, and to add insult to robbery, she wanted to charge me for that nonsensical garbage that they applied to the car that I don't need or want !If you fall into one of the following categories, then do yourself a favor and buy your next car from an honest dealership NOT THIS ONE !A.Don't want to get ripped off.B.Don't want to waste your time driving tens of miles only to get ripped offC.Value your time and don't enjoy getting ripped offD.Want to get a good car for a fair price and dont want to get ripped offE.Like to buy from a business that does not FALSE advertise and don't want to get ripped off My family unfortunately wasted 3 hours of our lives with these scammers . And that is 3 hours of our lives that we can never get back . I wish we have read the Yelp reviews and other reviews on these bunch of scammers !!

The service experience from entering the front door to driving out was above average for a service visit. Gigi Giuliani was very involved and even did a search in regards to my service coverage. The service time was minimal and I was also told there was a software update for my vehical which was also done while I was there. The attention and concern I received from GG seemed very genuine rather than a necessary facade. Thank You all and I'll be back.

This was our first encounter with The Autobahn of Evanston. Our original Fiat dealership is no longer in existence and our closest dealership is now The Autobarn in Evanston. We dealt with GiGi Giuliano in Service who was a pleasure to deal with - professional, polite and went above and beyond to help us out. Even after it was determined that our car's warranty had indeed been voided due to an importing / exporting in and out of Canada issue, Gigi was not satisfied and continued to delve into it. Her help and persistence was very much appreciated. We are still working through the issue but either way the level of service and working with Gigi was a great experience.

I purchased my BMW from Autobarn Fiat and cannot be happier with the level of service I received from Christian Guiab. He is extremely knowledgeable, honest and trust worthy. He remained in contact with me throughout the entire process. Christian, always returned my phone calls in a timely manner and he made sure I had everything I needed prior to my purchase.
