I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Seamus and the rest of the staff at Volvo of Oak Park. No high pressure tactics and quick courteous responses to the many questions I had. I shopped every dealership in the Chicago area and am very happy to have purchased at Oak Park. Thanks Seamus!

Initially I was interested in purchasing the Volvo XC60 but soon realized the XC90 was really what I was looking for. Sales Specialist Steve Adamik was very accommodating, explaining all features of each model, searching through the available inventory in the area. Steve was personable with no high-pressure. Dan Dwyer was prepared with all the necessary paperwork and completely transparent during the payment calculation process including a detailed explanation of additional maintenance packages and other available offerings. The atmosphere was pleasant and overall a great experience.

For the past couple of months I have been looking for the perfect 2012 Volvo S60. I was working with Volvo in Northfield until I ran across a deal that was posted on Volvo Oak Park's website. I inquired about the vehicle on 5/21/2013 and I received a phone call from George Salzman. George was very pleasant to speak to on the phone, wasn't pushy or even sound like I was a burden. I scheduled an appointment to meet him that afternoon. He had the car ready for me to view and test drive. He was very knowledgable, but he knew I knew what I wanted and was very familiar with the S60 that he didn't talk "down" to me. It was a great test drive! I knew I had a challenge with the car I was trading in especially with its high miles, and the team at Oak Park definitely worked something out. The finance person Shaun had to be the nicest finance person around! He worked very hard to get me the best deal financing possible and he did! I was in an out of there within a couple of hours. I am definitely sold on Volvo Oak Park! I just wished they had ice cream in the waiting area! ;-) That's ok, I would rather have awesome customer service and a dealer that works with you over "free" ice cream!

I purchased a 2013 XC60 Volvo through the Costco Auto Program and had no problems at all. Excellent deal and the car is exactly what I was looking for. The staff was very friendly and informative. I also traded in my old car and that went very smoothly. Would recommend them to anyone.

We had been on quite an extensive search for a new car. The car I was replacing was the best car I had owned so it was a difficult challenge. Our experience at Volvo in Oak Park was outstanding. Carlo Gilli could not have been more accommodating or well informed. I never felt uncomfortable or any pressure, in fact just the opposite, we had a good time. Carlo Gilli is the BEST salesperson on Earth! We worked together via email for months prior to going into the dealership. He did not harass me during those months like most salesmen. He is experienced, practical and helps you make the best choice for YOU not for him! He took his time and explained the features in my new car. He even answered my questions after the deal was done. He is a great salesman and an all around wonderful guy! Volvo of Oak Park has the best prices in Chicago and the surrounding area because I checked. Dan is the most helpful Business manager. He helped me gift my car to my cousin and took care of everything for u,s not to mention he waited for us to get her insurance approved until 2 hours AFTER the dealership was closed! Shaun will get you the BEST finance deal possible, not to mention he's hilarious! This group of guys are the best! I feel like I am a part of a family now and my family ensured that I got a beautiful car at a great price! They helped a young professional's dream come true and I am now the proud owner of the car of my dreams, the 2012 Volvo s60! GO SEE THEM! They have more than Volvos on the lot.

Dan went above and beyond to locate a hard to find vehicle (Volvo XC60) due to our specific requests for color, options and packages. He even beat the price of another dealer. We talked with him several times over the phone and he was extremely professional and accommodating to our needs. At the dealership he and Seamus provided outstanding customer service and made purchasing a new car a quick, easy process. This was not easy since we have three small children, but they answered every question we had and took the time to make sure we were completely satisfied.

Overall, we had a great experience buying our new Volvo via the overseas buying program. The whole process took approx. 6 months which may not fit many patience levels but it worked for us. Carlo Gilli was extremely easy to work with & guided us through the process. We'd do it again given the opportunity.

I knew i wanted another, this being number 4 in a row, volvo station wagon to replace the 1998 that i had at the time so i went to the internet. i scrolled thru the local dealers in a 25 mile radius from my house and i found a few cars that i liked. i like buying a used car from a reputable dealer because i don't knoiw alot about cars so i need somebody trustworthy and that has been around awhile. i called the 3 dealers that had the cars i liked, asked each one the same questions; how many used wagons they had, which one the recomended for my needs, and could i test drive it tonight. Based on their answers I decided to go to the Volvo of Oak Park dealership that evening after work and see the cars in person that i was showed photos of online. There i met John Franklin and he introduced me to Seamus Sheehan who showed me the car and took accompanied me on my test drive. i was happy with the way the car looked and drove i then wanted to make an appointment to take the car to my mechanic to let him give it the "once over". they agreed and i took the car to my man, he gave me his reccomendation and i took the car back and told John Franklin and told him my guys findings. Shaun Shore called me on the phone to see if i could come in and talk about financing on wednesday of that week. due to work i couldn't make it in so we discussed it over the phone and he gave me his numbers. i decided to purchase the car on thursday. on that morning i brought my car into the dearlership for the trade-in. while John Franklin had the car given a Transmission fluid flush i was then given to Dan Dwyer to do the actual paperwork and financing and sign the contracts. He transferred my registration and plates from my old car to the new car, the service department put my plates on the new car and i drove away a very happy man

Awesome experience there Never thought I would be giving any review To a dealer :) ... but I had to say that Eines the Mechanic talked me going to them and from Bmw Buy to Volvo buying and all the reasons i should go with Volvo and Volvo of oak park im glad i bought a Volvo and im happy . The whole overall experience was fantastic! I would recommend Anyone who needs Volvo vehicle purchased and serviced to ask for Eines at Volvo of Oak Park .

We traded in our 2007 S-40 for a 2008 XC70 to carry our two new dogs.Since 2008 service and sales at Volvo of Oak Park has been friendly, low-key and affordable. It's different shopping at Volvo of Oak Park. A good different. No high pressure, no funny deals. Just straightforward talk and great follow-up service. Anyone looking for a Volvo should shop at Volvo of Oak Park first. It will be the last stop, too. Thanks, VOOP for 4 years of partnering on vehicles. I came to Volvo oak park many times over many years but I lost my trust when they install non Volvo air filter when I was at different Volvo dealer they told me I had non Volvo air filter and before that the filter was replaced by oak park I'm not going there no more

We just purchased our first Volvo from them last week. It was a great experience no back and forth on price they gave me more then I was planning on getting off and quoted the interest rate at 3.9% and said they might be able to get 2.9%. We said it was fine either way, started the purchase and then a few minutes later said they were able to get the 2.9%. Who does that? Plus my wife loves the car.

Around Christmas, I was casually looking through the used car ads and found a used BMW 528i at Oak Park Volvo. Car had the manual transmission which is what I was looking for. It also was in good condition. Worked with Ivan Kovalenko. He was very professional and I was treated well. In and out quickly. No hassle. Great Dealership. Highly recommended. Would buy from again.
