Do not come here no matter your circumstances store manager is super rude and doesn’t show any concern. Got a vehicle 6 days ago and problem with power steering & engine. Upon listening to my concerns about car before having it checked he tries to convince me that cars usually do that if they sit a few hours. After sitting for 7 hours waiting for car to be fixed store manager comes to me saying the mechanics are unable to put new steering pump by today so I have to find a way home. Very nonchalant & arrogant people that feed off of genuine people in need. You can tell by their responses they deal with this every day & do not care.

Well now I know why they pushed so hard for me to write a review right there in the office the minute I finished signing paperwork. This has been hands down the worst people and place I have ever dealt with in my life. I have never been so upset with having to continue to give people my hard earned money every month just to be treated this way. What happened to customer service and just caring about your reputation and product in general. This place has lost touch with that. I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to this place. But unfortunately as long as people continue to put up with it and give them business nothing will change. Stop giving these people your hard earned money. Please listen to the people with first hand knowledge.

We have been looking for a good deal on a new car for our family for what seemed like forever. Every place we went to seemed to give us the run around. We don't have the best credit but we are good people and all the other dealers we went to first didn't seem to care about what we wanted, they just wanted to sell us a car. Finally, and thankfully, we stopped at The Big Lot. From the time we stepped on the lot until the time we left, we were met with smiles and felt like everyone really was there to help! ALL the cars on this lot are NICE! They were all newer cars and all of them had a warranty. We never thought we would end up with a car as nice as we got and our payments actually came in a little bit under what we had budgeted. I cant thank the staff enough for how they welcomed us and took care of us! We will always refer our friends and family to The Big Lot!! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!
