This was my first service visit to BMW as I am an owner for only 1 year. Kendra made scheduling the service visit easy and actually fun to do online. Matt was so welcoming and showed me around the waiting area. Everything was completed on time including a carwash and interior vacuum. I enjoyed the video of my car from the service tech. His comments about the car condition were very useful. Overall the best car service visit I have ever had in decades of driving.

Nick Norman made it easy to trade in my old car and purchase the new car. It was simple, quick and easy and it was also at a fair price. My "new" car is a Certified BMW and there was no hesitancy to ensure that all of the minor issues were quickly and fully repaired. I have always appreciated their sales and service approach. Sales people are well informed and help you find the right vehicle. Service personnel take the time to explain issues. I would highly recommend BMW Store.

Went in to service my 2016 X5 last Tuesday, and let me just say the facility was AMAZING & the service staff was REALLY FRIENDLY!!! heck, even the bathroom was SUPER CLEAN!!! I went in for my brake light being on and it turned out I needed front brakes & rotors. My only issue is I am out of factory warranty because my vehicle is a 2016 but I only have 31k miles so I cannot be upset about this. My only issue is the price for everything ($600), but with the warranty for the parts and excellent service I totally understand! Thank you to Matt and the other service technicians!!! This is a 4.8 star review, again the only issue is the price because I'm kinda cheap!!! lol :-)

Went into The BMW Store knowing what I wanted and they had it. Car was clean and ready for a test drive right away. Dealership gave me a good price and handled the one minor issue I had with the purchase instantly. Best car buying experience I've ever had, and I'm an old guy so I've had a few.
