If I could give 6 starts I would!! Highly recommend buy in a car from them! I bought a Chevy Malibu in June of 2021 and I absolutely love it! (A little late on the review cause if mom brain!) I’ve had my car for almost 4 months now and I have no complaints! It’s a beautiful car that came in excellent condition! Brayden was an amaizng, helpful salesman! He never pushed me to buy a car, and answered any question I had had! They were so helpful with getting my car registered and inspected to me quickly because I was due with my second baby around the time I bought the car!

Unreal experience from front to back. First rate service from first contact to driving my new car away. They helped me find the exact vehicle I wanted it suited my needs perfectly, they made the registration/inspection process hassle free, the communication was high level and the car had a new battery and tank of gas when I picked it up. Don’t see myself buying a car anywhere else.

While test driving a 2016 used Avalon off a fancy lot up the street, I drove into the Car Palace. I returned the 2016 Avalon and purchased a 2006 Avalon with 22,000 miles from John. I have had the car for 3 months and what an investment, not a problem. John was very professional and great to work with. I found him to be honest and ethical. Bill

5 stars for sure! John and Braden were excellent to deal with! I contacted John by text, made an offer and he got right back to me. Went to the shop to meet Braden and bought a great truck. No hassles, no BS just a straight easy transaction. The truck had a couple of minor issues which I brought up to John--he said "no Problem, c'mon in". Took the truck in and Gerry solved the issues quickly while I waited. I will definitely refer all to John and Car Palace-he makes buying an auto easy.
