I am glad so many people have had such a good experience. I, on the other hand, not so much. Sold me a truck that was in terrible mechanical condition. Oil black as coal, and so low it didn't even register on the stick. Reeked of cigarette smoke, never even had as much as an air filter or cabin air filter replaced. Don't be too trusting here. You better check it over good, or have a mechanic to.

We purchased a truck today from Ronda Taylor at Car Source in Lenoir and the whole experience could not have been any better. We actually stopped by Car Source this morning on our way to Charlotte to look at another truck I had put on hold. We were met at Car Source by a very nice young man, Tyler Bush, and he let us drive the truck and took all the information on our possible trade in vehicle. When we came back, Rhonda had already worked up an offer for us, and it was a very fair offer, no haggling! I had done a lot of research over the past couple of months looking for a vehicle and what the cost would be. We found Mr. Taylor's asking price for his vehicle and the offer he gave us for our vehicle to be very fair. In addition, his truck was exactly what I'd been looking for. I explained to him that I had an appointment with a man in Charlotte that was holding a truck for me to look at and that I felt I needed to honor that trip with him. Mr. Taylor said he would hold the truck for me until I called him to let him know if I wanted his vehicle or not. Mr. Taylor's deal at Car Source was nearly $2,000 better than the offer I received in Charlotte. I was thrilled to drive back to Lenoir to purchase my truck from Mr. Taylor at Car Source. His pleasant personality, honesty, professional experience and no haggle sale made our whole experience there most enjoyable. He has gained a new customer with our family!

Stopped in for the first time to look at a used truck that caught my eye. No fuss test drive, answered my questions in detail, no hard pressure applied to make the sale. Very comfortable experience had unlike other places I have stopped at. Not sure how it is when you get to the negotiation process, but up to that point it was great!

We have bought every vehicle we have purchased from Rhonda for the last 25 years. This includes our daughters cars as well. Rhonda is the only person we will buy a car from. Our most recent purchase was a 2018 Chevy Truck in May of 2019. Not only did we receive the best deal in over 2 states, he held the truck for us for a month while my husband had surgery and was in rehab. We realize he could have sold it at any time and for a higher price but he did not. Rhonda is a man of his word. As long as he has a car business we will never buy from anyone else.
