The sales consultants were great. Make sure you do your homework first, find out what discounts/offers Ford is offering. We ran into an issue where I was aware of the promos but the stores financing wasn't factoring them in until I asked why certain discounts were missing. Either they are not staying current on the Ford promos or they are pocketing the discounts, either way not in the buys favor. Second issue we had was QA of the 2017 Explorer we purchased. While not directly the dealers fault, it shows overall QA issue. Our 2017 Explorer has a broke wiper blade, shiftier broke before driving off the lot, the rear driver blinker color was white where all the others were yellow. Also found the upholstery clips on the front seats are undone.

I am most likely to recommend but with a warning that if you buy certified pre-owned to make sure everything is there. I am missing floor mats for my car. I'm pretty sure that had I not handed mine back when I handed in my lease I would have been charged for them as I am sure the person that leased the car before me was... yet I don't have them. Over all the experience was good. I see no reason why they would not let me buy my own lease for the correct price but I guess that is the way it goes.

Guy Knox made our transaction very easy and transparent. He was great to work with. The rest of the team in Financing and the follow-up with Will to get a tutorial on the Sync system was valuable. The greatest ambiguity in the car buying process is information asymmetry between dealer and you. I did a lot of research prior to negotiating with the Ford Store, and I felt like they were forthcoming with most information.

This was the best car buying experience I've had. Oliver is a great sales person and had the answers to all my questions. I was especially happy with the way the dealership conducted the negotiation, there was minimal time spent obtaining a price for me and the price that was proposed was fair with no hidden costs. There is no negotiating and I felt that I didn't need to negotiate, I researched the offer and found that it was a great price. During the finance portion of the sale, I worked with Sam, and I declined the extended warranty and prepaid maintenance. Sam didn't change his positive attitude and continued to treat us the same as when we entered his office. Sam's behavior is much different than other dealers I've dealt with in the past, I normally see a big negative attitude change when I turn down the warranty and prepaid maintenance, but I was very happy with the way Sam conducted himself.This was the quickest and most pleasant car buying experience I've had. I left the dealership feeling happy and relieved, not stressed and worried that I was taken advantage of. I'll definitely recommend your dealership to family and friends.Thank you for a great car buying experience, I think other dealerships could learn a lot about customer satisfaction from the way you conduct business.

Purchased a 2016 mustang 5.0. The whole experience of buying a car was enjoyable. There was no stress, and we enjoyed not having to spend hours negotiating. The test drive was on a good route which gave a great chance to check out the Explorer. There was no pressure to get the deal done right away, and we ended up calling back the next day to buy. We had been in the market for a new car, but I felt that we were still weeks away from making an actual purchase. We had made the usual inquiries of the Internet,and had a long comparison list of comparable models, packages and prices. By good fortune, I recently had the opportunity to drive a new Ford Explorer and a new Ford Edge while on business travel. Because of this, I had a pretty good idea that these vehicles, while excellent, would be larger than we required. Prior to arriving at The Ford Store Morgan Hill, we had spent a long, long day test driving other vehicles at various dealerships in San Jose.Arriving at The Ford Store Morgan Hill, my spouse and I were warmly greeted by salesman Darren Rolston. We explained our situation to Darren, and he promptly located a Ford Escape for us to test drive. Darren's knowledge of the vehicle was very good, to say the least. While I was very pleased with the vehicle and the test drive, we had questions about some options not available on that specific vehicle. Darren quickly located another Escape on the lot with the options in question, and we were quickly en route, test driving the better optioned vehicle.Although we had explained that we were weeks away from making a purchase, it became apparent that the Escape that we were driving was priced significantly lower than expected. After a brief spousal consultation, we both agreed that this was a legitimate "DEAL", and that we should not delay in purchasing the vehicle. 2016 F150 King Ranch fully loaded. We have not received our truck yet it is due in about a week from today. Up to now your sales staff at Morgan Hill have been really helpful, especially since we have been dealing with them over the phone as we live in the state of Washington and they are in California. Great service! I got a ride home right after dropping off my Explorer. The only thing I would say is that I expected a really good car wash. I went in with a coupon that was mailed to me for a free car wash with any service. The vehicle appeared clean at first glance but when I walked around it at home I saw the windows were still very obviously dirty and there were a lot of areas on the paint that were just missed. I know this was free and I appreciate that but I think if a car wash is offered it should be top notch. After all, I am representing "The FORD Store" when I drive out of there. A sense of pride comes with driving this beautiful Ford Explorer but if the Ford Store doesn't take pride when they release a vehicle to the owner, well it doesn't sit well. I will definitely give it another shot if offered another Free car wash but I hope more attention to detail will be in place. Thank you!

When there was a problem with the paint from the factory he made sure all documentation was covered so I could just drop off the car when it was time. I haven't had any previous issues servicing my Ford vehicles at this dealership. My 2015 Ford F 150 XLT went in for the regular service interval at about 20,000 miles after about 11 months of usage. The truck has been through a lot of long trips including through all of California, Arizona and Nevada, thereby logging all those hard miles. I bought the service package so I assume they will take care of all the items on the regular scheduled maintenance plan as they have always done with this and other Fords I own. After this particular visit I decided to pop open the hood to make sure everything looked OK. I noticed that the air filter casing had no marks whatsoever, I expected to see at least an indication on the dust that the filter casing was open and, therefore, an indication that the air filter was checked as it was called for and marked off on the service sheet. I opened the casing, took out the air filter and noticed that it was very dirty with small debris in-between the filter fins and about 50% of the fins were already black with soot. Although I know the recommended service calls for changing the filter at 30,000 miles, I also know that that is under "regular" driving conditions. It is, however, also recommended you change the air filter when it gets dirty even if that is before the regular service interval. In other words, had the technician actually opened, removed, and seen the condition of the air filter, he/she should have at least used an air compressor to partially clean the filter or just replaced it outright. I cleaned it as best I could with my air compressor and although it looks much better, I may just replace it soon myself. I have not complained to the dealership but I will let them know what happened on my next visit so they are at least aware that some people actually pay attention to the details of the service they are supposed to be receiving. FYI-I used to do ALL my own tune-ups, oil changes, timing, brake work, pretty much everything short of engine rebuilds for years until I could afford to have the dealers do them for me, so yes, I know my way around the vehicle and know they failed on this issue.

Great deal, no haggle sale price, sales person and sales manager were a pleasure to work with. The only problem came when we notified the salesman that there was a slight dog smell in the back seat. He said no problem, they would shampoo it out before we drove home. Instead, the prep person sprayed cherry fragrance on the seats and carpets that was so strong it stung our eyes on the way home. 2016 Ford Escape - Just purchased - rear passenger window did not go down all the way - warranty -Lori took good care of me - she knew I had an appointment to get to so monitored the work to get me out the door in time. She also advised me upfront - if parts needed that are not in-house, would not be able to complete the repair this day and would need to reschedule. The window works great! The only recommendation is: The gentleman working the cashier window asked if I wanted my car washed. I had time, so said yes. However, the car was not washed. His shift was over at 5 pm, but he did what many would not do and stayed until 9:30 to ensure a great buying experience. My car was missing a jack for the spare tire and a valve stem cover. Got an appointment quickly (within a few days). Work was done promptly upon drop-off, and very reasonable price. Work was replacement of +12V battery on a C-Max, and only cost $180, including the battery. I would have expected this to cost more (not complaining). The car's symptoms indicated the battery needed replacement, and service rep agreed that diagnosis was not necessary at this time. I appreciate the honest approach (no pressure to get an unnecessary diagnosis at this time).

When the clutches were originally ordered I was told the install would take 1-day. It actually took 2 days. One the day the car was ready Michael Ferrer was out ill and luckily Lori White stepped in to ensure I was notified our car was ready for pickup. If I had my choice I would chose to have Lori as my service writer every time.Overall the Ford Store site is nice but there is never any parking near the service area. To drop off or pickup a car we have to park in front near sales and walk completely around the building to service. It would be great if there was dedicated parking near service for service and parts customers.

My 2015 F-150 truck is the second vehicle I have purchased at Morgan Hill Ford since I moved here nearly 8 years ago. I found the exact specs and features of the truck I wanted on-line, contacted Morgan Hill Ford, was given the Costco price I requested, and the deal was done. EASY.... With service, my typical experience is I make an appointment, drop-off of vehicle anywhere from 2-5 days later(urgent drop offs accepted immediately), communication from service advisor with status report, and then retrieval of vehicle. Simple, no hassles, pleasant communication, that's what I have experienced with this dealership when servicing this vehicle or my Edge. Can't say enough about how I think every dealership should run like this: Real Service not Lip Service...

Thanks for the opportunity to pass along my buying experience at the Ford Store Morgan Hill. When arriving at the dealership I was initially contacted by Fernando, who explained that he was in training, but that his trainer (Philip Rios) was available to answer any more technical questions I might have. Having done a great deal of research into the features of the now-available (2016) light trucks from various manufacturers, I had narrowed my search to the 2016 Ford F-150 Platinum or King Ranch. Fernando arranged for a test drive, and after returning to the dealership, I had several technical questions that required the assistance of Philip Rios.I found Philip to be very well versed in the features and systems of the truck, as well as being very well acquainted with the processes at the dealership. He quickly printed detailed documents from technical manuals providing information not found in common brochures. The exact vehicle (color, options, etc.) was not currently in stock at the dealership, however, Philip did a search and found that a vehicle matching my parameters was due to be delivered to the dealership within several days. I left the dealership feeling confident that I would return once the searched-for vehicle arrived. During the following days, I visited other dealerships in the region, and found three (3) vehicles matching my parameters that were in stock and available for immediate purchase. However, when approached by salespersons and asking some of those technical questions, none were able to provide the level of expertise demonstrated by Philip.I returned to the Ford Store Morgan Hill hoping to have some of the more advanced features explained in greater detail, even though the vehicle I was most interested in had not yet arrived. I had called ahead and spoke to Philip, explaining my goal for the visit. Philip was very welcoming once I arrived, and explained the a transport truck had just pulled in. He checked and found that the vehicle we were waiting for was in fact on the truck.Philip spend the next couple of hours demonstrating the advanced features I had hoped to learn about. At no time did I feel "pressured" or "rushed" into make a decision. Once completely satisfied with the features, of what I believe to be the most technologically advanced light truck on the market, I made the decision to move forward with the purchase. Philip very willingly provided several purchase/leasing options to choose from. After a couple of "negotiations" on after-market items (spray-on bed liner, all-weather mats), a deal was struck. Philip was extremely efficient at getting the processes underway and coordinating the various necessary steps.A day after bringing the truck home, I realized there had been a miscommunication regarding an advanced (apparently optional) tech feature. I returned to the dealership and discussed my concern with Philip, who ultimately arranged for me to speak with his manager, Ryan. The three of us discussed my concern, and were able to reach an agreement. I feel I was dealt with very fairly, and a resolution was found within minutes.My experience at The Ford Store Morgan Hill has been very positive, and I will confidently recommend them to family and friends.Kudos to Philip, Ryan, and Fernando. Philip's knowledge, expertise, and demeanor are truly exemplary. Philip truly deserves recognition, and is a real asset to this dealership!

From the beginning of making the call for service to the final pick up of my vehicle, there was a couple hiccups, but otherwise all was good.1). When I was trying to make a service appointment (7,500 mile service and oil change) the young lady said 75,000. When I corrected her I was then put on hold, when the call was picked up again it was a different person and I had to explain what I wanted all over again.2). After I met with the service rep, I was told to put my name on the shuttle service log. I was told should only be about 5-10 min. I waited roughly 30-35 min and then went to the counter to see how much longer. They said that they would get me a ride back to work asap. Once I returned back to work, I received the call that my car was ready for pick up (I was only back at work for about 10 min). Had I know that, I would have just waited for my vehicle in the first place.

Michael Ferrer was my assigned Service Advisor. I had never worked with him on previous visits but I just want to say - he did a great job!! I was extremely impressed from the way our interaction started when I dropped off my car in the morning for its check up and oil change, to the time of pick up. He went through all the details and there were a couple of added recalls to be taken care of. These added tasks took a little more time than expected and he guessed it would be around 3 or 4 when it would all be done. The shuttle service home was nice and Michael called me right around 3 when the car was ready. Perfect!!I was so impressed with his demeanor and overall customer support that it made the hassle of servicing my car into a very pleasant experience.

I've also referred several friends. Javier and JC are terrific. Also Graham, the manager has been wonderful. It took me a while to figure out what car I wanted to buy. I test drove almost every car on the market to make the right choice for me. I need to get in a car, drive it and see it in person and not just research on the internet. However, The Ford Store was the only dealership that was not only low pressure, they let me borrow a few cars to see how they would work in real life. This is very important. I test drive down the street and back doesn't help with real life. Does it fit in your garage? How do the child car seats fit in the back seat. How many groceries does the trunk hold? You cannot do these things on a quickie test drive. In the end, I bought the Ford Fusion Energi. Seems like a very good car for the money.I will continue to buy cars from The Ford Store. I will also service my cars at The Ford Store. They have the most convenient times for service. Open every day and till 9 pm during the week! You can't beat that. Especially a shuttle that runs the whole time.

I went to The Ford Story to try out a new Mustang GT. I had sold my car and was in the market for a new car, but didn't know exactly which one to get. I had narrowed it down to a 2015/16 Ford Mustang GT, 2016 Chevrolet Camaro, or 2015/16 Nissan 370Z, and planned on driving each. The Ford Store was the first stop, and I was quickly in a Mustang GT with the Performance Package for a test drive. The salesman was new to the dealership, and let me pick the test route. This made all the difference, as I was able to pick some curvy roads I was familiar with. The Mustang exceeded all expectations, but I still wanted to try out the other cars, so I finished up with the test drive and proceeded to Chevrolet. They had no 2016s in stock, no manual transmissions, and the salesman was less than eager to help, so I proceeded to Nissan. They only had one Z in stock, and no manuals either. I drove it since I was there, and was let down after driving the Mustang. It felt dated, and I didn't fit into it as well as the Mustang. And the salesman filled it up with regular gas when it takes premium. I decided to return to The Ford Store to work on pricing and see if the Mustang was something I could do. The original salesman had left for the day, so I started working with a new one. I had a price for a monthly payment that I had budgeted for, and that I wouldn't go higher than. It took about 2 hours to work out a combination of options until I could get the car into my price range, but we got it there and I sealed the deal. After a quick detailing and a meeting in finance I was able to drive the car away that night. Big thanks to both the sales team and finance for staying late that night! The Ford Store sent the car out with a full tank of gas, so I road tripped it up the coast the next morning. I have been looking for excuses to take it out, and also chauffeured my coworkers the the airport the day after that. The car has been great. I am enjoying learning the new features on it. While on the road trip, I did get a call from the finance team saying that we had mis-communicated my downpayment, that they had not taken my insurance information, and that I would need to come in asap. This was annoying, especially because I would have to cut the trip short to stop at the bank to get cash for something that should have been done. But I understand mistakes happen, so I came back with cash and made up the $200 difference. I had my first service appointment to apply the Perma Plate and to remove a silicone-like residue that was in my cupholders from the start. The service team was very helpful setting up the appointment, and offered a loaner car for the day of service. I didn't take them up on the loaner offer, as I didn't need it, but it was appreciated. The service was done ahead of schedule, but the residue wasn't attended to when I went to go pick up the car. I pointed it out, and the service team fixed the issue quickly on the spot. Although there have been some hiccups in what is my first new car experience, overall the experience has been exciting and pleasant. Thanks again to everybody at The Ford Store for the opportunity!

Jesus greeted us with such a warm and genuine smile that we immediately felt welcome! Since we were a lease return, he already had a new 2016 Explorer to drive. We went on a test drive and loved the EcoBoost by the way, BUT I really wasn't sure I still needed an SUV. I explained that I'd been thinking totally impractical, but fun next vehicle... a Mustang, BUT only in Ruby Red! We then drove the California Special sitting out front, and loved it. It was Ruby Red, but wasn't sure about the nice Suede seats... we looked at others... and without falter Jesus was helping us... for hours! We left Sunday wanting to order a Mustang or find one with the options etc... we wanted; so, Jesus was going to check Monday. Well he found one by 10am... fresh off the transport in Folsom and we picked it up in Morgan Hill Tuesday... and have been enjoying it ever since!!

We drove down from San Francisco because of a great deal that we saw on a Ford Escape. Unfortunately when we arrived, we found that there were some changes from the 2013 to current model which made our expected purchase of the 2013 not work out. We asked about new models and leasing and found The Ford Store to have an excellent price on a fully loaded 2016 model. We didn't expect to walk away with a new car, but are definitely happy that we did. It's a long drive from San Francisco, but great service.

2013 Ford Explorer. I live out of the area so the car was driven to me, which was amazing! I have never purchased a car like that before. After the car was here, the men who drove were very nice, but I felt like the expectation was for me to sign the paperwork right away. However, I had never seen a car first hand before. At that time, the salesperson was unreachable or not responding to me. I did have a couple questions that went unanswered. I can see how a less experienced buyer would have had some anxiety. Post-sale, we love the car and are pretty happy with the price we paid. There were two things missing in the car that were listed on the window sticker. I am still waiting for those items 3 weeks later.

Everything about my experience with The Ford Store in Morgan Hill was beyond my expectations. First Tim Kasden, the Inventory Manger, searched the state to find the exact truck I wanted; there was never even a suggestion that I should consider something less than what I wanted. The white F-150 4x4 that I bought was equipped with just the options that I wanted. My sales rep, D.J. Slaton was patient and thorough as we went through the sales process. His style was to ask what I wanted and present option to satisfy my requests. Remarkably no one ever tried to "Sell Me" anything. Their sales approach is ask questions and present and explain possible options that will satisfy the requests. At no time did I feel pressured. Then it was time to finalize the finance, which I have found to stressful at other dealerships, not this time. Diane Duke was friendly and like everyone else at the Ford Store, she went through the process with me and there were no surprises. At the end of a great sales experience I also got a great deal on the Truck that wanted. After the experience I have had at The Ford Store in Morgan Hill, I am buying all my Cars and Trucks here.

This visit was for two, unrelated issues. First, a warranty replacement for a speaker that rumbled. This was at no charge to me. Second, I had a trailer control brake installed.The cost was about what I expected from a dealership. This work required a follow-up as the technician accidently disconnected the connection to the motorized side mirrors.Edwin Rodriguez was the Customer Service Representative and was quite diligent and pleasant. Total experience was really good. Talked to The Sales Manager I purchased a truck from 2 years ago and left him a voice mail and text. He was travelling, but texted me back and said he'd have a salesman call and they did within a couple of hours. I met the following day, knew I wanted a C-max as long as my dog crate and golf clubs fit. Met the salesman, we went right back to the cars, pulled on out that I liked and took it up to see if everything fit before I test drove. All items fit and we went for a test drive. The C-max is everything that the ratings and write ups say. We went back in the office, finalized the deal and I was out of the dealership within 3 hours with a new car. Even got someone to drive the new car home for me as I had my truck as well. Gave them a drive back to the dealership and all was good. I'm also really pleased with service I've gotten on my F350 HD diesel truck that I purchased there 2 years ago. It's the only place I know that provides a shuttle to drop you off and come pick you up when the vehicle is done. I'd highly recommend the dealership to anyone looking to buy or looking for service. Been very pleased.

brand new lease-- 2015 Ford Explorer--in for a paint chip repair. The Staff was nice, very short wait to drop off. Waiting a week was no problem for me. But I must mention that I washed my vehicle before taking it in and got it back so dusty and dirty. Even the tires looked brownish. It was dusty inside too. I know there is construction going on next to Ford. More of a reason to make sure the customer gets a clean car back. Would have been nice to get a freshly washed car back. I did mention it to the guy who drove my car up and he offered to go spray it down but I did not have more time to wait.

My observations of the service dept. area - the "girls/receptionist" appear to be unprofessional; ie not answering the phone on a timely basis - they were busy talking with each other. Scott - one of the parts mgr - was very pleasant and empathetic. Kevin - the other parts mgr - was attempting to be helpful but his hands were tied or he appeared he could not make decisions. Larry - the service mgr - was very pleasant and also tried to be helpful with the car repair but the car issues/problems proved to be more of a challenge for his "mechanic team" Around Jan 12, 2014 my 1997 Ford Mustang was taken into The Ford Store to be serviced for the anti-theft light would be flashing which made the car have difficulty starting; the gauges (RPM, Oil, Battery etc) were also erratic. They had the car for 3-4 days and replaced the "transceiver" which we paid for; however, after getting the car back the problems recurred. So I took it back (on a Sunday) and explained that nothing has changed - the symptoms were worse. Four days later I received a call stating that the "mechanic" had a mild fender bender - he "ran into a pole" and hit the driver front bumper/headlight. I went there about 2 days after to request a loaner or rental car (which they at first did not want to offer). But because I was persistent, Kevin - the parts mgr. eventually agreed. In the mean time - Scott (another parts mgr) had the need to show the fender bender and told us a different story of its occurrence. Scott was the most professional to work with - he appeared to be genuine with his concerns about the car and how I felt. I was not concerned about the fender bender because I knew they would have to repair this. During these FOUR WEEKS that they had my car, I was told that their "master mechanic" was going through the car "wire by wire" to see if he can find anything - well, he could not. The solution given to be able to start the car was to "hit the dash" before turning the ignition! I question if he really did get a chance to go into the car as I was told my their Srvc Mgr Larry that "he wanted to remove the driver seat" to test it - but this never happened. Another person may have done it but I still question if the "master mechanic" did. I was told they have expended their time and money to try and find the problem but cannot. I requested a refund (for the paid transceiver that did not fix the problem) and Larry dispensed this (but via check) 1 week later. I feel he was happy to get me out of his "hair" so to speak. Their hands were tied and could not fix a Ford Mustang. AS for the damaged fender/bumper - their auto body never replaced the bumper (as we were told by Ford they would) instead they just repainted the bumper. The problem is that they sanded off the clear coat on parts that did not need it and never repainted over it, so now the bumper has a matte look to it on certain parts which obviously does not match the rest of the car! and they left my car dirty on the outside and inside and gave it back with the gas near empty when it had at least a half of tank.

I have just finished speaking to the 4th person just inquiring about my vehicle they are supposed to be working on, a vehicle a purchased from them just A DAY AGO! First they under-priced my trade-in by more than $4,000, by the same kelly blue book my repair guy used. The reason being mine has 107,000+ on the clock. But the one they sold to me has been to the moon and back. Wonder why a dealership will sell a car with that mileage? Don't!

Jesse is a great service oriented sales person. The buying experience was great. NO dealer markup, even on new hot vehicles. In fact I got a great deal with unexpected discounts heaped on my target set of vehicles. I ended up buying a $46K out the door F150 truck and very happy with the experience.Finance experience was also quite pleasant and the finance manager was helpful and efficient. I will definitely come buy here again. Hope the service is as good as their sales.

Best car buying experience at the ford store. I shopped at about a half dozen dealers in the area, and the ford store provided me with the best service, dedication, and effort compared to all the others. Love working with my salesperson and the ford store team, I have already referred 2 people to them that were considering buying ford.

Jesse was friendly. He gave us time to look at cars, answered our questions. He accomodated our requests. He arranged a test drive that fit our busy schedule. He spent time explaining all the features, explained options with financing. Jesse was new to the dealership, if he didn't have the anwswer he would get it from someone else. We appreciate all the time he took with us and was thorough with the sale and explaining warranties and services available to us after the sale. We also appreciate Diane taking time to explain all the documents that we were signing.

I have taken several vehicles in to The Ford Store with poor redults. On one occasion they overfilled the oil in my Hybrid so much the engine smoked. On onther occasion I had to go back for service 3 times to fix an alignment problem.I was given a full detail for my trouble, supposedly a $150 value, but the result was no better than the local drive through car wash and a day without my vehicle.They seem to have limited diagnostic capabilites and charge a premium price.
