Todd and Josh were great. They have a nice selection of cars to choose from. The staff didn't pressure us into a vehicle we didn't want or need. Very relatable and funny people. They ran the race with us until we got the vehicle we wanted! Been less than a week having the vehicle. Will try to remember to give an update on the vehicle. So far I'm loving it!

The Service Advisor Nick was the man after I bought my car, there was a few minor things that needed to be fixed on my vehicle. Even after a month and a half of couple of the parts being backoreder due to CoVid he made sure I was taken care 100% taken care with no additional fees! I would recommend all my friends and family members to buy a car from this dealership they will make sure you are 100% Satisfied!

I drove from Boston, MA to this dealer. Prior to coming, I asked if it was a smokers car and for the sales person to send me any pictures of the vehicle with any defects/damage. I also asked if there was anything I should know about the vehicle prior to making the trip. When I arrived I could smell smoke in the vehicle which was the first lie but not a big deal because I could pay to get it taken out. I asked why the car didn't have a front plate holder the salesperson told me he would mail me one. I purchased the car took it to a body shop to do some touch up painting where the auto body shop discovered that the grill was snapped in 5 places which is why it didn't have a front plate holder on it. I bought a new grill and took it to get inspected to find out that it failed inspection. The daytime running lights do not work because the vehicle had aftermarket lights on it and the car had a bald tire. After a week of calling they agreed to put a new tire on it but they refuse to fix the daytime running lights and told me I should have checked that when I bought the car. Not good customer service, the car was filthy when I picked it up and they deceive their customers. They knew well that the headlights were after market and the DTR lights didn't work. They failed to disclose this to me when I bought the car. In the state of MA the DTR lights have to work in order to pass inspection and now I have to pay for them myself if I want to pass inspection. UPDATE: the reason the cars are so cheap is because many have defects. Always buy a car fax do not use their “auto check” my car had structural damage. It was not on her “auto check” but was on the car fax. Never buy a car from these small shops. Dealers cost more but they pay a lot more to maintenance them.

Traveled all the way from Georgia to buy a 2016 Lexus GS 350 from them. The car looked as clean as it did in the pics onlne. Drove it all the way back to Georgia without any issues. Todd and Josh were great to work with and I would definitely make the trip to buy from them again. This was a great transaction without feeling the pressure of most car dealers.
