Only gave it one star because you have to give atleast one. Honestly its more like -1000 stars. Office staff were ok but the salesman was a straight up crook. Made a deal with him on sat after noon on certain terms to come back on Monday to finalize. We SHOOK hands on it . we want back on monday with our part of the agreement and he says sorry can't do the deal. My husband says but we shook on it. And he says " I DONT CARE".. The terms were by no means unreasonable in any way. We lived an hour and a half away. We were fully transparent the entire time, unfortunately he wasn't. Very bad experience I definitely would NOT trust them too finance a vehicle for me... BEWARE!!!!
