I contacted The Kia Store (Preston) via phone this morning. Delilah was kind and professional. She communicated what I wanted to Rob Reeves and said I could come in at any time. Upon arrival Barry asked us if we needed any assistance. We informed him we were there to see Rob and he walked us to where we needed to go. Rob informed Barry what we were looking for and Barry didn't pressure us. He listened to exactly what we wanted, had a calm temperament, and ensured that they were able to provide the vehicle we needed without wasting our time. Everyone at the dealership was extremely professional. Each department took care us with Barry at the center keeping us informed. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, and I will. I am military and the showed such kindness and appreciation. We also received a great appraisal by Barry on our trade-in. It was a wonderful experience.

Everyone there was very helpful. Wendy went out of her way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. She was just as excited as I was , maybe a little bit more. So I found some inexpensive car and had questions about it. I emailed their sales department about the cars availability using cars.com. No answer. I live nearly 40 minutes away from this dealership and do my recon shopping using various websites. Their loss is my peace of mind.....I guess.

I'm 65 years young and this is the first time I've experienced NO presure to buy! The salesman was more interested in finding the right fit for me than just selling a car. His knowledge of the KIA Sorento was extensive and he was immmediately able to make recommentations to me and my wife based on our questions.

Drove up in my 2007 Kia Optima wanting a car. I had my family with me and we wandered around the lot. My wife and daughter went inside to use the restroom and walked by the main desk. We saw one salesmen walking over to a tent to sit down. Not one word was spoken to us, no eye contact or greeting. We felt like our business wasn't wanted so we left. I bought a car at another dealership.

I recently dealt with The Kia Store and had a great experience. Everyone who worked with me was very professional and friendly. I felt like they were very honest and genuinely cared about delivering good service. I did use the website to search their inventory first before I even went to the dealership, so I had a few cars in mind when I got there to check it out in person. I loved the website and the convenience of shopping their inventory online at their <a href="http://www.kiastore.com/louisville-used-cars.php"> Louisville used car page </a> and I highly recommend this a place to start for anyone looking to buy a used car. I found the prices to be good, maybe not the very best rock bottom prices, but I am willing to pay a little more for better customer service and the feeling that I am not being ripped off. With some of the super low prices you see you kind of have to wonder what's going on with that car or that dealership so I am happy to avoid to "iffy" dealerships and their questionable low prices. Overall I highly recommend The Kia Store for used car sales.
