UPDATE: This was a 1 star review and I am changing it to a 5 star review. Many thanks to Luke who went above and beyond to remedy the situation and provided a reasonable solution. I will now recommend Lake Chevrolet to others. With all used car purchases, you should always get it checked out by your trusted mechanic no matter who you are buying it from. They might find something the dealership may have missed. If you are considering a used car purchase from this dealership, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. There is absolutely no reason to place any trust in this dealership just because they are Chevrolet. I bought a used Tahoe and within three months I was $5000 in repairs including a blown transmission. The salesman told us to call him if something catastrophic were to happen as they did not want bad PR. When I called his response was a basic, "Sorry to hear that happened, nothing I can do for you.". Shame on me for trusting them and not having the vehicle looked over by an outside mechanic. Don't make the same mistake I did. I tell everyone not to buy a used vehicle from Lake.

We had a great experience at Lake Chevrolet. We purchased a used 2017 Ram, love the truck. Matt Connell was a blast to work with on the purchase. The entire staff was friendly and we would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

Was difficult scheduling appointment due to inflexible hours. I asked if they could accommodate me by letting me pick up my vehicle at 5:15 or 5:30 pm. I was told no as they close at 5:00 p.m. and if I couldn't pick it up by 5:00 p.m. then it could stay there overnight and I could pick it up at 8:00 a.m. Both times were during my work hours and they aren't open on Saturday. Idk, but with a little flexibility they may find more customers. Also, I have tracking on my vehicles and the first time I took my vehicle in for repairs my vehicle was driving a mile off the lot down the road and on another occasion it stood idling for 20 minutes. Second time I asked them not to drive my vehicle off the lot.

Olivia Was/Is awesome, the best car buying experience if have had. She is very knowledgeable about the product and she was helpful, took the time to explain options and features to me even before i decided to buy a truck. She is very considerate and genuine. And continues to be so after the sale.
