Simply put, the customer service at this dealership is horrible! I bought my daughter a used Honda Civic at the end of May 2021. The car was in great condition except the bumper was a little loose and I asked the dealership to tighten it. They said they would but then said they couldn't. Next was the battery for the key which was not working. We had to come back a couple times before they sent out for a new battery. My impression is that they did not want to go out of their way for this car sale because it was a used Honda. The dealership deals in high end cars so this car was probably not worth their time. That's the impression I came away with. But it gets better. My daughter had to wait 6 weeks to get her permanent tag. She made several trips to the dealership to get it and each time was told it was delayed. Craig (either owner or manager) was rude to her the last 2 visits. He even threw (or tossed) a copy of her contract on the desk when she questioned charges about the new tag. THAT is NOT good customer service!

Awesome experience. We bought my Subaru from here. Everyone is super nice and polite. Very reasonable prices on very nice used vehicles. I highly recommend them.

Mike and Craig are top notch people! This is the one and only car buying experience that I have ever enjoyed. They do not try to push vehicles on you, but treat you as if you were part of their family. They actually ask WHY are you looking for a new vehicle and really try to fit a vehicle to your needs. This is huge for me. My wife and I are looking to have a family and we needed a vehicle to fit our needs. Mike asked us all the right questions and gave us his recommendations (which was actually different than what we originally came in for, but he knew it was a better fit for us, and he was SPOT ON). We ended up getting a Lexus RX 350. They did not have the color that my wife was looking for, so Mike went to work and hunted down exactly what we wanted, all within a week. We have had the vehicle for over 7 months now and it is perfect and really is a high quality vehicle. SHOP AT PRESTIGE!
