Got here and the service was great. Price was honored and was fast. Even clean up the vehicle. Later I had the worst experience in my life. So I paid them to do my tag and title. A year had went by and they never did them. On top of that, I had to call them every month for a new dealers tag. And the management was very rude, and the guy that sold the vehicle to me was almost always on vacation. My car ended up getting repossessed. Which was confusing when I paid my car in full. Turned out the dealer sold me the car when there was still a loan on it from the previous owner. By law the dealership is to pay this loan before selling the car in full. So I had to go to the court to have the bank which own my vehicle to release the vehicle to me. Coming to find out the dealer as when charged me for service done on the vehicle, which they actually done check or fix anything the vehicles at all. But will charge you like they do. Just be careful if you decide to buy for this dealership.

Javier was very efficient in the sale of my Mercedes. I am happy with my vehicle and he made the process painless and smooth. We were able to complete the transaction start to finish in 3 hours. It would have been quicker if we had disclosed that our address on our licenses was not our current one! The office and restroom were clean and sufficient. It would have been nice to be offered water or coffee because we were very thirsty. The water cooler was empty. Javier recommended a local restaurant which was great and we drove off with our new car. Thank you.

Stay away from this dealership! I bought a vehicle from them and asked them to transfer the tag from my old vehicle. MIND YOU they charged me for that. A year later I’m finding out that they NEVER transfer the vehicle onto the tag, it’s still registered under my old vehicle! They claim a new tag was issued which is BS because WHERE is it??! It never came to my house and they DONT HAVE IT! They’re full of it. I truly believe if it weren’t for my plate being an ARMY plate I would’ve been pulled over and fined! It’s a miracle it hasn’t happened! I’ve called them and asked them to refund my money and they’re giving me hassle. Stay away from these people.

Made an appointment at the showroom with Bernard and left home with a Mercedes-Benz e350. Had a phenomenal experience thanks to him! He took very good care of me, was very professional, had great customer service & was very helpful, he went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the car I left with. To anyone who ever needs help finding a car, I definitely will send them Bernard’s way.
