Lynn worked very well with me along with her associates. I did not have much of an idea on exactly what vehicle would fit my lifestyle and with Lynn's guidance and professionalism we found a vehicle I am beyond pleased to call mine with my children being extremely happy as well. Having bad luck with vehicles in the past I Think Thelen broke that curse. Everyone is happy, such a beautiful purchase! I recently purchased a Jeep earlier this year from a family friend on the East side of the state. While in town, I got my oil changed here and a whole inspection was done on my car. Everyone at the facility was so unbelievably helpful and kind. They were very knowledgeable about additional parts I could add to my roof for racks as well. I live in Grand Rapids for work, but I make it a point to drive back to this location to get my oil changed. They know me, my car, and can answer ANY and ALL questions I have. I can’t give them enough praise!

I decided it was time for a new vehicle and after doing some searching online I wanted to check out a Grand Cherokee L. We went into Thelen and Jake was more than willing to help us out! He showed us multiple different vehicles and when we didn’t find one we loved he sat down and helped us order one. He explained everything to us As we built it and helped us pick the perfect vehicle for us. He said it would take about 6-8 weeks to come in, updating me throughout the entire process, and it came in 4 weeks instead of the 6-8! It hit the dealership on Monday 8-23, and I brought it home tonight 8-26! He texted and called me, as well as the bank to get everything in order and made the whole process completely painless! Cynthia, the finance manager was also amazing in explaining everything as we went through all the paperwork! I would recommend Thelen; and Jake Fink to anyone looking to make their car buying experience a breeze!

I’ve been having issues with my battery terminal. Today I drove up unsure if that was something that could be fixed through the express lane or not. Unfortunately it couldn’t but Cody went out of his way to see if a tech was available to help me. I am so f*cking grateful for Cody and Mike for squeezing me in and taking care of the issue quickly. I’ve been here before and will continue to return, they make sure to go above and beyond. again THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
