The dealership is a little hard to find, but Sam makes up for it in his service, fairness, and friendliness. We were trying to stay under a limited budget, so finding something we felt we could rely on for the price we wanted to pay was a bit of a task. When we saw our van at the price he was asking, we knew we had found a winner. The price was more than fair and Sam was straight forward and honest about the little quirks you would expect to find in a 12-year-old vehicle. We were very satisfied with the experience.

I was simply blown away by the customer service. Not only did the owner re-arrange his schedule to meet me last minute for a test drive, but he also was very considerate of my younger children as we waited for the paperwork to be completed. 3rd Avenue gave me a beautiful car at a great price without any high pressure or slick maneuvers. Since he is independent, be prepared to call ahead for an appointment and know that there is less inventory. Yet, the vehicles he did have all appeared to be quality ones. He had the right one for me and I'll definitely be checking with him the next time I search for a vehicle.

Try several times through Cars.com to reach this dealer and never received a reply. Drove by the dealership/parking lot and checked out the car...replied again no reply. Small ofc which is ok but very limited hours of operation.

Small dealership but the owner is very friendly. Took the time to go over the features in the van that I wanted and to show my husband all the items he was wanting to know about. Process was fast and fairly painless. Would buy from again.
