Dealership employees knew they had what we wanted. Lack of inventory puts consumer at disadvantage to negotiate any kind of deal, because if you don't want the deal they show you, they know someone else will. Poor inventory everywhere also contributes to this. Definitely felt it was a "take it or leave it" situation. When we are in the market again, we feel no incentive or advantage to return to Thomas. Also, internet sales person gave me the name of the Sales Manager to be sure to ask for after scheduling the appointment for us. Upon arrival, and when asking for the sales manager, he seemed to have no idea what I was talking about. The truck was not pulled up to the salesroom area ready to be shown. I have sold vehicles in the past, and I always was ready to show a vehicle for an scheduled appointment. My vehicles were cleaned and ready to show, not still in the lot. Overall, this experience was nothing special.

Excellent customer service. Paul was very thorough, informative, and kind. He went out of his way to make my family and myself comfortable, and created a stress free buying environment. At no time did we feel pressured into anything. We ended up buying a safe and beautiful vehicle, for a great price that we are enjoying very much! Thank you Thomas Buick and Paul!

I bought my last vehicle there back in 2015 from Tom Kirby. Treated me great so I came back when I was ready to upgrade :-) Tom was great, helped me get my loan at a great rate (much better than the one I had with my own bank)! I'll be back as a repeat customer when I'm ready to upgrade again.

Service writer gave me a ride home because it was going to be a little bit to check my truck problems out. Was willing to pick me up after it was done also, but I was able to get the neighbor to give me a ride. Parts ordered for the repairs. Will get call back when in. Very pleased 😊

My sister was visiting from Ohio. She broke her car key in half! Thomas made her new keys in less than half an hour!! Kind and efficient!

My 2010 GMC Terrain was making a horrible thumping noise and the noise would not stop when the car was shut off. We called Thomas (dealership) to see about getting my car fixed and they told us they could NOT get my car in for 1 week. The noise would not stop when the car shut off, so obviously the battery is still running. I travel with 2 children in PA winter conditions, so I guess I was suppose to let my car die before they would see. After speaking to the corporate GM office, the head of the Service Department called me back and her exact words were OH, OH, Oh, we are completely booked. I would not recommend Thomas to my worse enemy! Their customer service stinks, this isn't our first conflict with them, and the GM at the Johnstown office doesn't return complaint calls he makes his employees do his dirty work! In the process right now of trading the car in so I can have the piece of mind that a dealership will truly service my car!

DIDNT COME THROUGH WITH GMC CERTIFIED WARANTY. SALESMAN SAYS ONE THING AND THEN HIS BOSS SAYS NO WAY WE COVER THAT,WEAR AND TEAR BUT JOB ORDER SHOW PROBLEM EXISTED BEFORE I PURCHASED.DIDNT TELL ME CAR WAS WRECKED/
