Made an appointment and they put my 300 on the lift to examine it. Showed me a report as to what was wrong with the car and they had the part in their inventory and fixed my car. It took only about an hour. COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK.

I was introduced to a manager soon as I arrived and the sales person was amazing, during the buying I met several managers and sales people all willing help me out. Don't ever take your vehicle there if you have warranty work. Our Jeep sat outside for almost 9 days.....they didn't even look at it! We ended up having to take it to another dealership and it was repaired in a day! Rental car cost me almost $450, with no kind of reimbursement. Not good customer service in my opinion.

I was shocked when I read the last reveiw from Thomas Auto Center, The service experience I received was outstanding!! The service guys were so friendly and professional.. They provided me a nice inspection sheet telling me that everything was in good shape.. As far as the floor being clean, to me thats a great indicator of how your vehicle is being treated.. its nice to know that car isn't going to have greasy foot prints.. I recommend this dealership and I will probably buy my next vehicle there..
