I went in to see if they wanted to buy my vehicle before I purchased a new car of a different make. We agreed on a price and I was told they would have the check the next day. Then I was told it could be the day after that. I was assured it would be ready by the end of business the second day after I gave them the car. Showed up just before closing and was told it wouldn't be ready until the following day because "we were busy". it took three days for them to print a check for me. Beware... Customers are in no way the priority here.

Upon arrival I was greeted with a very nice gentleman named Joey. He was spot on with what we were looking for was able to show us several cars that were in our budget and we're beautiful. If you want a no pressure sales this is the dealership for you. Joey at Thompson Ford goes above and beyond a salesperson should and I highly recommend this place definitely will be back again.

Sales was great they had the truck ready for me when I arrived. I drove it liked it. Did paper work. Showed me some numbers. Talked a little bit they came back with lower numbers then I asked for and when I went to finance there was no add ins it was a sign and here you go type of thing. Will have to let you know how the service dept is but the first too steps were A plus. Would recommend them for any major purchase. Truly in in and out process. And they give you want you ask for your trade no low offers there either. Keep up the good fair truck sales this place will be number 1 dealership in the NW. keep up the good work Thomason ford

They were the only dealer in all of Nor-Cal or Oregon that had a Platinum F-150 on the lot. They could have easily demanded a price over MSRP, but they did not. The buying process was the quickest and easiest new car purchase I have ever made. This small town dealership is doing big things.
