If I could give more than 5 stars rating my service here I would. I had the luxury of purchasing my 2022 Buick Encore GX from Devin at Thompson GMC recently and buying a car has never seemed so easy. Devin knew exactly the car and color I wanted, was able to have it ready the day I came by for a test drive, and made my car purchase a breeze! He was very kind and wasted no time haggling prices like other car dealers usually do. The entire time he made sure to keep us updated during the process and provided excellent service with a smile. He was personable and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new ride! From the moment I walked inside to when I pulled off with my new car I felt my time was greatly respected. A few weeks later I had to bring my car back to get a few scratches buffed out and they provided me with a ride to and from the dealership as well. I will happily spread the word to everyone on my experience with Thompson GMC and how valued I felt the whole process. Thank you Devin and Thompson family!!

Brian Berman was very kind, courteous and knowledgeable. He was not aggressive and took the time to understand our needs and wants. We visited the dealership on Saturday to determine what we liked and Brian presented us with the facts. After we left and initially pursued an alternative vehicle in another state, we decided to go back to Thompson and see what they could do. Brian was very helpful and a decision was made to purchase. The entire process once I arrived was pleasant and unassuming as well as very efficient. Although we did end up paying more overall with the added maintenance I feel it was well worth it in the long run.

Brian was Awesome. He explained things to me in layman's terms to insure that I understood. I lost my husband over a year ago. He took care of the car before passing away. Brian made sure I had his card, so he could assist me in the future. He also went out of his way to check the status of my warranty. He made my experience a good one. Thank you Brain!

My new GMC Acadia had a leak in the transmission case . The part was back ordered for months so Bobby Dwyer diligently worked with GM and insisted they replace the whole transmission. My Acadia has a new transmission and brake pads to correct a grinding feel . It’s running great. Highly recommend this service team . They are top Notch ! Thanks so much Bobby !
