Vince Hamilton provided excellent service. I was interested in a vehicle that had not arrived. Vince kept informed as to progress. He emailed me the day it arrived before the dealership opened. Then as it turned out I did not have a current Proof of Insurance car. He and the dealership worked with me until the next day. Very kind and understanding. The interest rate Thompson obtained was 2% lower than I could o rain at a local bank. This is the second new vehicle we have purchased at Thompson.

The employees at GMC went above and beyond while working on my Acadia! We have a list of problems that we’re noticeable to us with our car, and were told the list of items that needed to be tuned up after looking it over. We were able to request what things actually be worked on and what things wait until a later date. Communication was very clear and amicable. They even threw in an additional service complimentary. We will definitely return for service every time it is needed and pass the word on to friends. Thank you SO much for such a wonderful experience!

Hands down THE best all around experience we have had when purchasing an automobile! Our family had been searching for the perfect family car and couldn't find the right car. The Thompson team of Vince, Mike, & Tyler were tremendously helpful, and the process was made so simple and relaxing. (Which is usually not the case when purchasing an automobile!) Eric Simon was on the ball from start to finish. He kept me informed about delivery and alerted me about my Escalade's arrival. BTW, she is a beauty! Eric was personable and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Throughout financing and checkout he was very easy to work with!
