The service here was excellent. I do not live in Pennsylvania which could have been a hassle, but the salesman that worked with me, Gary Koch, was extremely helpful and made the car buying process very smooth. From the beginning Gary was honest with me, he let me know everything I needed to do before I came to pick up the car, and if I had any questions he was there to answer them and work with me. He was respectful and trustworthy which is something that is very well appreciated when making a big purchase such as a car. When I came to pick up the car, the finance department as well as the tech guy that showed me the ins and outs of the car made sure I left satisfied and knew everything I needed to know financially and about the car itself. If you are looking for.a Lexus vehicle, I would not hesitate to choose Thompson Lexus Willow Grove. They were exceptional!

We had purchased our used mini van from this dealership. We’ve been looking around for a few months and this dealership has gone above and beyond! Our salesman, Gary Koch was awesome during the process! He was not pushy and kept checking to make sure if there’s anything he could do to help us. I have been extremely impressed with the services I have received. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly , courteous and very helpful. I was able to drop my car off and take a loaner vehicle home which was very convenient. They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and that I did not have any questions or concerns. Recommend very highly. I look forward to doing more business with them. I do not have one negative thing to say.
