Bought a new 4 runner "Off Road Premium" from Thompson Toyota. It was the best buying experience I have ever had buying a new truck; from start to finish.( and I have bought many "new" 4 runners in the past from other dealers when I lived out of state including model years: 2003,2008,2012, and a 2019) I have to say Julian Mitchell my sales guy was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful through the entire process. Because this was a 2022 off road model the wait was about 3 months from the time I put my deposit down to the time I took delivery. During that time Julian was with me every step of the way answering a thousand questions I had. He truly had a ton of patience during the whole process. Always professional and always helpful. More than that I felt I could trust him with his advice. He demonstrated ethics in the way he handled things and I never felt like the information I was getting was exaggerated. The kind of guy you would want running your business. Even post sale I can call him with any questions and he makes the time to be sure I have the answers I need. Outstanding sales service. I would buy from him again in a minute.

I highly recommend this dealership for purchasing or for any car services. They are very nice and answer any questions you have. I recently went to purchase a new car and got help from Leah and Matt. They were so welcoming and nice to me and family. Leah helped me find a car that I am so happy with she answered all of my questions and explained everything in detail which made it easy for me to understand since this is my first car purchase. Matt help me to get approved and also go through in detail all my paperwork. My family has always brought there vehicles here and we are so happy with staff we have not had any problems and we have Been going to this dealership for years. They are very polite and are always willing to help they make sure you leave all your questions answers .

Lea is one of the best sales representatives I've had the pleasure of working with on a car sale. She was quick and extremely knowledgeable about the car model and packages available. She offered a no pressure sales approach which made me feel like I could trust her. Mike also pushed the deal through quickly and was a pretty nice guy to chat with (and clean!) as we finished up the deal. As always, Thompson Toyota continues to impress us on both sales and service sides. Thank you!!

I have been really pleased with Thompson over the past 5 years. Great customer support and service. Wife was employed at Thompson BMW for a while and she enjoyed her time there with the organization. I recently had my car serviced here due to a few issues that wouldn’t allow the car to run. Mike Graham was consistent and prompt with responses and was always helpful and super friendly when I had questions. When I stopped in to pick up the car, I’d say at least 3 other staff members asked if I was already being taken care of or needed assistance. Coming from the service industry myself, I can say with confidence that this team had 10/10 service!! Thank you so much to all of the staff who worked on my car and assisted in any way. Christina was also very friendly both on the phone and in person! I’ll definitely be back in the future! Thank you again!
