Very friendly place, they really take care of their customers. Caring, no pressure. Not satisfied till you the customer are. Top notch sales folks. Gave us what we wanted on our trade in, that doesn’t happen often. Would buy another vehicle from them.

I went to a lot of dealerships but none compared to the customer service I received at Thornton Automotive Dover. The salesmen, Scott was great. He never pushed a car on me just to make a sale. He listened to my needs and showed me the exact car I wanted. Everyone at Thornton was very nice. They said hello and when I came to pick up my car they congratulated me and shock my hand. They took my picture with my new car. I also find the convenience of bring my car for service there a plus since they already know the car. I just want to give a big Thank You to Scott and Brian for all they did to get me in the car I wanted. And a Thank You to everyone at Thornton for making my experience great.

Great place very nice customer services! Jason was very knowledgeable and helpful when showing me different cars/SUVs and explaining which one would be best for me since I drive a good bit for my job. Chuck was great with getting me a good rate so the SUV I wanted was very affordable to my budget! Everyone was so helpful and not pushy like other car dealerships can be.
