Took ford diesel truck, they kept for 2 weeks. 8000.00, pd in cash. Next morning wouldn't start, they towed it back to dealer. Now they say needs injectors, another 3000.00. Dishonest at every turn, they lie about everything! DO NOT take your vehicle here. They are a joke but I am not laughing 11,000.00 dollars later!

Thunder basin joke (ford) has the worst service department I have ever seen. Techs are lazy, ladies trying to schedule work have no clue, the ladies can't schedule and can't answer very basic questions. I had to bring my truck back over and over. Finally had enough and just spent 700 bucks to have a REAL tech at another shop fix my truck right. NEVER USE THEM.. How they are still in business amazes me.

I purchased a 2011 ford f-150 from this dealership and as far as I am concerned I'm out $48,000 dollars. This has been the worst buying experience I've ever had. I paid way too much for the truck, got no after sale help, and the truck is a pile of garbage. The most important item is the fact that the sticker states 21mpg, they promised me 24 mpg, and on a good day with a good tail wind I get 15 mpg. People don't believe for when they state the mpg on the ego boost. and most of all avoid thunderbasin ford because they are like a lion, they kill you and take all you got then turn their back on you.

While on vacation in Wyoming, my F-250's alternator failed 20 miles from Gillette, WY. AAA towed me to TBF on a Sunday evening. The next morning I got a call from Mitch, the service manager, who told me he'd check to see if he had the part in stock. I started calling car rental comapanies, figuring that my kids and I could at least visit Devil's Tower and return to pick up the car at the end of the day. But there were no cars available to rent! Just when I was getting despondent, Mitch called back and told me they would have the truck repaired before noon. At 10:11am I got a call that the truck was finished! WOW! We got back on the road to Devil's Tower and had no problems with the truck the rest of our vacation. Thanks Mitch!
