They made it right and thats all we can ask. Would be nice to see a dealership honor their word. If you make a deal to sell someone a vehicle and then sell it out from under them you deserve what you get. Which in this case is at a minimum lots of 1 star reviews. I hope Ford Motor drops you as a dealer. You are what give salesman and dealerships a bad name.

Chuck has an excellent attitude and will ensure you are taken care of. He offered options and talked through them with me to make sure I was comfortable with the decision. He also made sure to follow-up promptly. I was very pleased with the service I received with Chuck’s leadership.
