I would start my review with Tiger Auto by saying, this is by far my best experience purchasing a car from a dealer, reasons are: 1) Friendly customer service, Ab and his son were very welcoming and honest to give the feedback on the car I am asking them about. Ab let me take the car Toyota Corolla 2014 for a test drive alone and did not bother to call to check on me, then for my second visit took the car to a Toyota dealership for a full checkup which has taken some time and he did not mind it. The car was in excellent condition and I happily bought it. 2) I had more than 15% discount on the car. It would be very difficult to get the same value for the same car I bought. definitely a good deal + 6months guarantee. 3) After buying the car, I called him for a disturbing sound that comes from the hood and I was not sure the actual cause of it. He asked me to bring the car so he can test it. He did drive the car for a long ride to know where the actually sound is coming from. Then, he parked the car behind his lot where his little mechanic shop is.. got a screw driver and tighten one of the screws next to the oil tank. surely enough, that sound has never come back again. Overall, I am very satisfied with my car and the experience with Tiger Auto.. Sultan
