Update on the car we bought. Six months into having the car our push button fell into the dash and we were unable to even shut off the car. Because our warranty was up no one was willing to help us without us paying for a diagnostic. You would think something so simple they would be willing to at least give us advice on how to fix it. They weren’t even willing to look at it. Terrible service people. Someone even had the nerve to tell us to just trade the car in for one that had a working start button. Yeah and then we lose money for sure on the car we just bought six months ago. What a terrible idea. I will never do business with these people again. This is no way to run a business. We had a great experience with Tim Dahle Nissan in North Salt Lake! Benson West was our sales consultant and he was very informative and a really nice guy! We dealt with several sales people today and he was by far the most informative and got us the best deal no one else could beat!

Let me start by saying that even with shopping online for my car, chatting with my salesman and support staff. Down to finally meeting them and easily working the deal, it had been a very short, fabulous journey. The application process was quick and easy. I had most of the paperwork done before I arrived..I just need to test drive, sign n go.i commend your company for making this the easiest, quickest and friendliest experience ever..I've bought many new cars but at Tim Cables you guys Rock It..keep on doing what you do.. thank you for making an old guy happy.

Kassandra was amazing, she took her time to kindly explain all details my car needed when I went in for an oil change. She never once made me feel pressured nor that I had to make any purchases at that time. She was extremely polite and knew what she was talking about regarding parts and my vehicle's service. Kassandra had an awesome personality and very happy to be at work. She even spoke Spanish which was nice. Thanks for making me feel comfortable while not vehicle was getting serviced.

If I could give a zero I would. We were shopping for a car for our daughter and found an ad on KSL for an inexpensive first car. We went and test drove the vehicle. Their asking price for the car was fair, but the added $750 in fees didn’t work for us. After many text and phone calls (this is the best we can do), we agreed on a price. The deal was made late in the evening over text and phone. They asked for a deposit but later agreed they would hold the keys until the next day for us to come down. We live in northern Utah. The following morning I made financing arrangements with my lender. I asked the salesperson to send a contract to my lender (at the lenders request), which they said wasn’t necessary as they are a preferred vendor. We agreed that all the paperwork would be handled at the dealer. One hour before our scheduled appointment I received a text that another salesperson was showing the car. I responded that I didn’t understand why, as we had an agreement. I did not get a response until we were on our way down to the dealer. I was told that the car had been sold. The salesperson said he tried to fight with the manager that a deal was pending, but the manager agreed to the other sale. I called to speak with the manager but was intercepted by another salesperson who tried to explain the process and was told I “can’t” get mad about it. After a heated conversation I was placed on hold for the manager. Someone from the dealership picked up the line, I heard laughing, and then was hung up on. In the mean time my wife had called as well and was told I would get a call soon. 5 hours later I have not been contacted. This was all over a $2500 car, not a $65,000 car. I am in my mid 40’s and have never had such a negative experience from any dealer, period. Honor does not seem to matter at this dealership.

Their service department is outstanding. I brought my car in for a weird rattle, oil change and ac blower motor replacement. They had it all taken care of quickly and saved me money where they could. The thing that was the most amazing was their customer service though. They called me to keep me updated as well as sending me a text number in case I had questions. When they said they’d have something done at a certain time, they stuck to it. Erick was great, wonderful to work with and super friendly.
