Michael Blevins was great to deal with and knows what he is doing. He made my trade easy and stress free. He went above and beyond to take care of an issue after the sale and I truly appreciate it! The whole staff there was very pleasant and easy to talk to. Great place to trade.

This car dealer took advantage of my teenage granddaughter when she went there alone to buy a car. When she went back five weeks later, realizing she had made a mistake, we were hoping that they would be willing to work with us and let her return the car. We weren’t expecting a full payoff at all but we were hoping for a fair exchange. Instead they would were rude and unwilling to help. The only offer (if u wanna call it that) was write them a check for $9000. I was told “no one held a gun to her head” and “no one twisted her arm.” No they didn’t but to allow a teenager to finance a car at 15% interest (then try to tell me that that was a good rate) is not good business, at least not for the buyer. Today I was also told she should’ve bought something less expensive. You think?? Why did you suggest that the first time?

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience for a first time buyer! Go to Tim Short & ask for Brian Rose. He got us deals we didn’t even know existed! He made the whole process easy & was completely straight-forward with us, which we had not found at any other dealer. We had tons of questions & he was patient & thorough with his explanations. So thankful for this experience & all the money that we saved!! Being a first time buyer, we could have easily been taken advantage of. But not at Tim Short! We drove 40+ minutes to this dealer & would do it again in a heartbeat!
