Timbrook helped me out immensely a few years ago when I was in financial trouble and I thought I'd go back and see what they could do again. I was not disappointed. I found the perfect car for my needs and budget. The salesman was very helpful and went above what I expected. He made sure everything was perfect with the car when I picked it up. When our 198,000 mile van became inoperable, Dina Wilson and Brian Read were most helpful in finding a replacement vehicle that was even more suitable for our family. We weren't sure exactly what we wanted, and they identified a vehicle that was perfect for our needs. We needed it immediately for a long family trip, and it was the most comfortable drive we have ever experienced. The price was very fair, and the trade-in value for our old vehicle was more than generous. Finally, they were very kind and pleasant to deal with. The sale went pretty good. The service department hasn't been great. I bought the car and noticed on the way home a chip out of the windshield. Then I washed it the next day and noticed the seal was missing under the hood and was letting water drain into the engine bay. There was a seal in the trunk of the car when we test drove it and I asked the salesman where it went and he said it was an old one that was replaced so he threw it away. I don't know if they painted it or bought it from the auction painted, but there was pieces of masking tape and plastic still on it and overspray on one of the tailight lenses. Also two interior pieces were missing. So I called and they set up and appointment with safelite for the repair that went well. I was told to go to their GMC parts counter to order the other parts that were missing. So I did that after my safelite appointment. Thirteen days go by and I finally call and that's when the parts guy don't know where they are and then I'm transferred to my salesman and then the salesman has to call back to tell me they found them. Now I go get them and the interior parts are wrong and the parts guy says he'll have them the next day and will call me when they come in. I figured since he could tell I wasn't too happy with them not calling me and not ordering the right parts the first time that he would make it right. Guess what it's two days later and no call. It really don't surprise me, I guess everyone's service can't be as good as Amazon's.

I recently purchased a 2011 Toyota Corolla from Timbrook Auto Outlet. Brian Read and Dina Wilson worked really hard to get me the financing I needed to get the car that I wanted. The overall experience with this dealership was great and they kept in contact with me through the whole process. I couldn't thank them enough for doing what they could to make sure things went smoothly and I left there happy. I would recommend this dealership highly. Thanks again for a job well done!

Jim Willis & Dina Wilson are the best sales team I have ever dealt with. Found the Truck I was looking for on Cars.com. After an e-mail inquiry, I was called by Jim. From that point on, they worked to help me all along the way from, getting financing, arranging to drive down to see the truck, all the processes, and driving away "happy as a clam"! Wish I lived closer because this is the kind of "hometown" dealership I grew up with 30+ years ago. When in the market again, I will definitely be ready for another trip south!
