I totaled my car had 3 days to find a new one. I looked on line found the perfect suv at Timeless motorcars. Made the 2 hour drive and came home with my car. David was excellent even put gas in it before we left. Addressed all our issues and gave us a great deal. It was a relaxing perfect car sale from start to finish. Will definitely go back.

I had poor credit, but good income, I found a good car for a good price, and supposedly was approved for financing. Unfortunately I could not pull the trigger on the deal because my existing car had not yet been declared a total loss. That is my fault. As a result that car was supposedly sold, yet when I came back to look at other cars it was still there. The story was that the customer had placed a deposit. So at first I thought the manager was dealing in good faith when I started looking at other vehicles, but then for some reason it kept taking longer and longer for him to get me answers on financing. The next car I looked at had parts missing off it and was dirty inside. He said it should not have been on the lot. The salesman took a half hour to come over and never offered a test drive on that car. The next day, yesterday, sales manager then told me the parts had been replaced and the car was ready for viewing and test drive. I told him to check for financing approval before I drove down to Stafford to drive it and close the deal. He strung me along for the rest of the evening, and never got back to me When I called him he said it would have to wait until this morning. This morning, 8-25-2021, dawned and as of 9:55 had had not bothered to reach out to me. after I texted him and reminded him I had to buy a car today, he responded to "hold on" He then did nothing until 11:55 this morning when I texted him again. He said "oh, I just talked to them and am waiting for their decision" Another half hour goes by, and at this point it is obvious that the man is either incompetent or he is not dealing in good faith. What car dealer cannot get an answer on financing in a day and a half? I applied to another dealership at 9pm last night and had my approval by 10 this morning. Maybe it's me, but I cannot recommend this dealer. They wasted too much of my time. Update: while I was writing this review, the man, Shawn (or however he spells it) called me back to ask me why I didn't just get a loan from my own bank. Seriously? Because I went to his business and applied for credit there, like most people do. If I had great credit them I wouldn't have had to go to his backwater little dealership ; I would have just went to Tesla directly. A very rude and unprofessional phone call, I must say

Went to this dealership looking at a nice truck me and my husband were interested in and coming from someone who works at a dealership, the service was awful, David was a gentlemen but we were turned down right away and don’t provide any information. They told us I’m their to go elsewhere because they wouldn’t except our vehicle. I do not recommend a dealership that does this to their customers.
