I was blown away by the customer service, from the time we walked into the door Zac greeted us and catered to our needs the entire time. His coworkers treated us very nice as well, there's a big family vibe here and everyone is very professional and answer all your questions. Zac made sure we understood everything and left with a car we loved for our family, next car I'm coming back to see him.

I went in for a used vehicle one day. I stepped in the office and I stood up waiting. People saw me standing there but didn't offer to help me. Until finally someone came out to help. I told the guy which car I wanted to test drive and I took it for a spin. When I got back, I told him I was interested and we proceeded with the paperwork. He said my credit was good and all I would need is to prove my income, which wasn't a problem. He told me he had a lender who could help and he said he would get back with me soon. The lender called me and gathered my information. To make a long story short, I never heard back from either the dealer or the lender. The car I wanted winded up being sold to someone else. The least they could do was either call or email me to let me know I was denied, approved, etc. But they didn't say a word which shows the lack of integrity this car dealership has. Instead of me waiting I could have took my business elsewhere. Luckily, I found a car and a dealership who got me in car within 2 days. This was a lesson learned and sometimes people aren't who they really seem....Buyer beware!!

My sister and I went to TLC to purchase a car. From the time we arrived, we felt they were there to help us any way they could. Matthew was friendly and patient with us. He did every thing he could to put my sister in a dependable car that fit her specifications. They went above and beyond to help us through the process. They were more than willing to make sure the car was exactly what she needed. Rajai, the owner, was very friendly, personable and made us feel appreciated. Even our lender gave a good recommendation for TLC. Friendly, honest, up front, and not pushy. What more could you ask for when making one of the most important purchases you make in life. Both my sister and I highly recommend TLC, and if she or my family is ever in need of another car, they will be our first stop.

The staff at TLC Motors are awesome!! They are so friendly and will do whatever they need to do to make sure that the costumer is happy in every way about their vehicle!! They are very honest people and they will not push a vehicle on you just so they can make a sale!! I got my dream car from them and I could not be more pleased than I am with any other vehicle!! My husband and I bought a 2010 4 runner for our son. Joe was excellent and very helpful. We will be back when it is time to by our younger daughter her first car. Joe was very easy to work with. He was very helpful and patient during the process for us. I would recommend TLC to my friends!!!

Very great service and quality vehicles! By far the best buying experience. Not pushy like most dealers and they were willing to get the car I wanted even though they didn't have it on the lot. They have great reviews for a reason. I will purchase my next car from them as well. 10/10 would recommend.

My wife and I were referred to TLC Motors by someone I knew in August, 2014. We went to their place of business and purchased a 2008 Honda Accord for my wife. She has had great service from this vehicle. On July 2, 2015 I also was in need of another vehicle. The first place we went to was TLC Motors. There was no discussion about where we would go to shop for my car. We looked at several cars I was interested they had on the lot. I then continued to look at other places of business for a car. On the 3rd of July, we returned to TLC Motors and purchased the initial car we drove. I could not be happier. It was a 2009 Honda Accord. We now have two Honda Accords in our driveway; both purchased at TLC Motors. The personnel at TLC Motors have been outstanding. The were professional, informative and did not use hard sale tactics to persuade us ti purchase a car. I could not have asked for better service. I would not hesitate to recommend TLC Motors to anyone needing a good,clean, reliable vehicle. I know I will return to TLC motors again when the time comes. I just bought a G37s from TLC motors yesterday and I couldn't be happier with the experience I had! This is by far the best place to buy a car from. If every used car dealership in this country followed the same high standards set by the folks at TLC Motors in Moore, SC (Spartanburg), then the entire industry would be known as "Highly Professional"! TLC Motors is a family owned business that makes you feel as though you're a member of their family! They even offered to buy my lunch while I was waiting to get my vehicle serviced. I was so impressed with Joe and his family that I went back a few days later and bought a vehicle for my daughter. If you truly want a positive experience when purchasing a used car or truck, then don't go anywhere else folks! It's even worth the drive from Charlotte or Atlanta.

I bought a 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche from Tlc that was in great shape, low miles and for a price under market value. The truck had just hit the lot when I purchased it so it needed some touch up work on the black plastic rails. They personally called their touch up guy and he came to my house on a Sunday to do the work. Would recommend anyone looking to buy a used vehicle to check out TLC first!!

My boyfriend and I are a young couple looking to start building our credit. We went to TLC to try and finance just a very small amount on an already cheap vehicle. All the employees were exceptionally kind to us and very helpful when it came time to try to find someone to give us a loan. We sat at their office for literally hours..and hours..and hours while these people tried relentlessly to help us out in anyway. They not only allowed, but encouraged us to have the car looked at by a mechanic before we purchased it, which was very commendable (and I'll note that the truck came back with a fine review). We had our 2yr old daughter with us the entire (very long) day and they were so kind and accommodating to her as well. In the end we got the truck and all I can say is I have never had anyone in any realm of customer service go so far and work so hard for us. We appreciate what they did more than they could understand. I would highly recommend their services to anyone!

Was looking for a truck with-in my area and run across TLC Motors. There they had two of the trucks I was looking for and priced really well. I called and had asked about one of the trucks. Joe mentioned that they did still have them. I mentioned to him that we are coming from North East Georgia and would be a while before we could get there. With him not even knowing who I was, he said he would hold it for me. We talk for a few more minutes and he dropped the price over a grand on the phone. I thought then, that there must be something really wrong with this truck. But it would be a good drive anyways just to go and look at it. After arriving at their location in Moore S.C. I was greeted not only by Joe but his dad RJ as well. Test drove the truck all seem to be good. We sat down to negotiate the price and a few things that would need to be done to the truck, either by their mechanics or that I could do it. They agreed to dropped the price for the repair if I made it. After a long week with the banks to get partial financed. They mention to me that they would be happy to deliver it half way to finish the deal so that we wouldn't have as far to travel. Everything at TLC motors was way above and beyond. Very respectful dealer and willing to work with anyone.

Had a great experience here, no b.s. Very clean cars and found what I wanted much cheaper than anywhere else I could find. They allowed me to buy what I wanted and didn't try to put me in something that would benefit them. No pressure. Will definitly be back in the future. Ask for Joe.
