Have a good selection of cars however they are severely overpriced on most if not all. Even when presented with KBB and Car gurus price analysis sales reps refused to come down to even the upper limits of fair value. Disappointing negotiations. Netorious in the military community for overselling and price gauging, I thought I would at least give them a fair shake to see for myself. The opinions were factual. I am giving them two stars instead of one because despite their excessives pricing the sales reps are very respectful and have a down to earth way of speaking with the customers. I would recommend staying away from these guys unless you do very in depth research on the vehicle you are interested in. Don't let them force you into a car you want for way to much money

I just purchased my 2016 Countryman S ALL4 from Shaan and John at Tom Bush MINI. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this team. They are always honest and up front. This is the first time I have been to the Mini Service Dept. since 2007 and felt like I was imposing on the service rep's day. Not friendly, helpful, or anything like I am accustomed to. What a disappointment. No stars.I had to put stars to submit.

From the moment I stepped foot through the door to test drive the Mini Roadster, to the moment I received word that my new Mini Cooper S Coupe was delivered and drove off the lot, I knew I was at the right dealership. Tom Bush Mini exceeded my expectations in many ways. My Motoring Advisor, Paula Meddings, was a god send. She took down my model choice, color choice and options and searched the dealer websites and listings for the perfect Mini Cooper S Coupe. The very next day, Paula texted me with great enthusiasmexclaiming her triumphant location of the perfect Mini, the only one like it in the U.S. That was all she wrote...I was hooked. I knew this was the car for me. The team at Mini went to work securing the car and having it transported to their dealership. Paula was constantly in contact with me, texting me and responding to my texts frequently. On the day I walked into the dealership to pick up my car my experience was like a dream and a whirlwind. Everyone at the dealership treated me as if I was a celebrity and would constantly ask me if I was excited...even the guy's in the service department (Luis Gonzalez and Sean Mollica). I would answer with a resounding, yes! The financing was as expected...there were no hidden agendas or surprises with my price or monthly payments. It was as agreed upon. Dan Fagan handled my finance experience and made it such a pleasure to spend money...really! It was very memorable...just like you are a part of their family...that is how well they treated me. Five stars is not enough for this dealership. From the Service Team, Beth Hunter and Kayla Niznik, to the gentleman that detailed my car, the entire Tom Bush Mini family welcomed me into the fold with outstretched hands. I am new to the Mini family... had a Fiat and wanted more out of my car. Went to Mini for my sister who also got a new Mini after trading in her first Mini for a brand new Coupe and I just decided to see if I could do anything. Paula and Rob both worked for me to get me the best deal and were always friendly and patient and in the end, I walked away with a new Mini Hardtop and I LOVE IT!! The whole experience was awesome and I would definitely tell anyone to go to Tom Bush Mini, they will get the best bang for their buck!!

I am still currently having problems with my mini but there is not a negative thing I could say about the employees of Tom Bush Mini! They have been the most helpful bunch I have met. I wish I knew the names of the techs that are working on my car, I only know Beth and Andrew by name but they have answered every question I have ever thrown their way. My car has been in the shop twice already for 2 months and it headed back today but I would be going crazy if it weren't for them! They helped me settle my bill, paid for my car to be towed to them and did it all with a smile. I can't say that I would but another Mini at this time but they would be the only ones to change my mind. My car is just a very very difficult case and I thank them for understanding and helping me.

My wife and I are both totally delighted with the sales experience we had at Tom Bush Mini located at 9875 Atlantic Blvd. Daniel, our Sales Consultant and Todd, our Motoring Adviser helped us through the entire process with never a hint of sales pressure. They really took their time to help us make a decision and always fully answered any questions we had. They worked together as a team and we felt equally comfortable dealing with either one of them over the couple of weeks that we spent deciding on our purchase. After the purchase, they have continued to be extremely helpful. In addition, the Sales Manager, Rob, and all the staff we dealt with were really great in assisting us throughout the process. Thanks to all of you at Tom Bush Mini for making this a really pleasurable purchase. Also, we LOVE our Mini Cooper!

I gave the rating as a 5 because the dealership was a 5 but there is some room for improvement. I am very critical when I come to my dealings with dealerships. I spoke with the manager and told him where I saw a problem with my getting out sooner than I did because of a paperwork snafu.

I am very pleased with the excellent service and staff at Tom Bush Mini. I bought my Mini almost 3 years ago and have received excellent care from the dealership ever since. Beth and Marie in the Service Dept are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They take the time to explain work done, service options, and recommendations clearly. They also follow up after a visit to make sure that I am satisfied with the work. My service visits have all been handled smoothly and I always receive a loaner car when my Mini is in for service. General Manager Rob D'Augustinis and his staff go above and beyond the norm to make certain that their customers are treated well. Tom Bush Mini is active in the Mini community of enthusiasts and sponsors Mini club events. They are also active in charity events and sponsor fund raisers to benefit causes such as breast cancer research. The staff at Tom Bush Mini understands the big investment their customers make when purchasing a car and they stand behind the cars they sell and service. This team has earned my confidence. I love my Mini and wouldn't hesitate to buy another from Tom Bush Mini!

My fiance had dreamed of owning a Mini Cooper for about the past three years. We finally decided to go to the Tom Bush Mini dealership one weekend and we couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. For starters the offer we received on her car for a trade-in was exactly what I expected - not the low-ball estimates that I'm accustomed to hearing. The salesman (Mark) then walked with us around the lot after listening to what we wanted and showed us the cars that matched that description. It was like having a filter on a website - he didn't try to sell us on the top-of-the-line cars - just showed us what we had described. After picking the one we liked the best we took a test drive and decided we wanted to buy it. At the point we were introduced to Rob (sales manager) and George (finance manager). In an effort to lower the cost to us the three of them worked for nearly half an hour trying to (and eventually succeeding in) find a better financing deal. The price was right, the trade was fair, and the customer service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this dealer.

I had done research already and wanted to buy a Mini. Last week I stopped by Tom Bush in Jax FL, Todd was the sales rep I met. I totally enjoyed the entire experience and this was a first for me. I have bought 5 cars previously and do not like the task. Todd was nothing like the typical suspect car dealer sales rep. I actually enjoyed the time I spent with him. He was completely satisfying in all respects. He was knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and most of all appeared to read me correctly and responded accordingly. This was my best experience ever buying a car.

When my wife and I first entered the MINI building we were greated and treated with respect. Our salesman, Mark Maurais, did an exceptional job of conversing with us to find out what we were interested in buying and worked diligently with us from that point forward. We test drove and picked out what we wanted. After all the pre paperwork with Mark, we were introduced to George. I believe he is the General Manager. Anyway, George worked with us through the final options of purchasing the vehicle. We then met up with Mark and he went through the final run down of our new vehicle from Boot to Bonnet and a lot of interior information on the operation of the vehicle. The purchase of this vehicle was a great experiance. Everyone that we met at the dealership was friendly and informative.Thank You,Harold & Pam Peterson

I am not a fan of aggressive sales environments. Tom Bush was a breath of fresh air! I did not feel pressured into making a decision. My sales person, Tom Caloia was very knowledgeable about Mini and very likeable. He showed me the benefits of the car and let the car sale its self. I would recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a new car.

Tom met me at the door the first time I visited the dealership and he was very attentive during the encounter. He explained everything about the MINI and gave me a history of the car. Throughout the buying experience he kept me informed of the location of the car and when it would arrive in Jacksonville. It was a truly pleasant experience from beginning to end.

I was searching for my third MINI Cooper when I decided to give the dealership in Jacksonville a call. My local dealership did not have the model with the options I wanted in stock. I worked with Todd, who was just wonderful. He answered all of my questions and did a bit of research to help find the Cooper with the options I wanted. Although my local dealership had an oversight and did indeed have the model I wanted in stock, I would, without hesitation, have purchased one from Tom Bush MINI and Todd. Great and upstanding guy. Just one of the many reasons I'll be a MINI owner for life. You can't beat such great service.

I had a great experience purchasing my new 2012 MINI Cooper Hardtop from start to finish at Tom Bush MINI in Jacksonville, FL. The sales team was very knowledgeable, informative, organized, and helpful. They didn't have the exact MINI that I was looking for on the lot, so they searched the US inventory. When that wasn't available, they had one built and shipped to the lot exactly how I ordered it. Mark and Todd also did a thorough job going over the technical aspects of the car. I never felt pressured and I got exactly what I wanted at a great price. The staff made the difference at this dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a quality car from quality people.

After much Internet searching, then three visits to Tom Bush Mini, with numerous test drives in the 2012 Countryman, and Countryman S; then countless e-mails filled with questions, I have to say that my salesperson (Tom Caloia) was not only a wealth of knowledge, but so incredibly patient. I never once felt as though I was being pressured (that's HUGH for me). I never once was made to feel as if I were a pain-in-the-neck with my dozens of questions (again, HUGH to me!). This was a big decision for me. I've only purchased used cars over the past 25 years. When I finally made the decision, I was treated like royalty - dinner included! I am pleased as can be with my experience and would recommend others to this dealership and this sales manager and my motoring advisor, Tom C. I love that I had an "in-service" to learn all the buttons, bells and whistles and was invited to call at any time with questions and to return for added "in-services". Oh and by the way, my Mini Countryman S is a "happy car"... it makes me smile each time I see it and each time I drive it. Thank you, Pat Lowe.

I purchase my second and third mini from Tom C. I looked into buying my 3rd a few months back but didn't like the finance available. Tom never pushed and told me to come back when ready. A few months later when I was ready to buy with check on hand; I could not find what I wanted. Tom searched and got close but it just wasn't put there. He suggested just to order it and get exactly what I wanted. We did it all over the phone and fax and I couldn't be happier. Daisy is perfect. My only regret is that I wont be seeing Tom for sometime, I'll be holding on to this one for awhile. I can see why he is the top salesman!

Forthright on pricing and financing arrangements. low pressure environment. eager to test drive cars and answer questions.we purchased our car on a saturday when we had only intended to conduct test drives. we had done research on the make/model and current sales promotions. after extensive test drives, with no sales pressure, we asked the dealership for their best price on one of the cars we drove. The sales woman and the sales manager offered a price within $300 of our projected best price based on our research. the dealership lets the quality of the car and the reasonableness of the price make the sale.

Had an electrical problem within 24 hrs of owning my Mini Cooper Clubman. The problem was fixable and it was, but I still had some reservations about the car. I just did not think a new car should have had this problem and they agreed. No problem at all. Tom Bush Mini gave me a new car and took care of all the expenses related to the transfer of tags. I was not out of pocket 1 cent. They actually gave me a $500 credit to use for accessories or service! They did the right thing! I can not say enough of good things about this dealership.Thanks for being so honest; refreshing quality sometimes overlooked when buying a car.
