Tommy was extremely reasonable with multiple cars I have traded-in and this time it allowed us to purchase our dream car. I brought my two toddlers with me and Megan was so kind to watch them while I test drove and completed all necessary paperwork. I have bought from MANY car lots. Tom Gray auto sales is one of the best. There isn't any high pressure sales gimmicks, no bull$hit. Darrell the salesman was courteous and knowledgeable. The inside staff was also courteous and fun to talk with. My trade value was more than fair as well as price of the highlander I purchased.If I'm ever in the market for another vehicle I'll go to Tom Grays first

Darryl @Tom Gray Auto means business! He let me test drive my dream car and I fell in love..... so he told me what was necessary in order to buy it. I called him back the next day and he made it happen! I bought a 2012 car that still runs as great as a new car, thankful to him for honesty and decency in selling me my 1st car at a lot.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE and iv bought 25+ plus cars. I worked for one of Kentucky's largest and most well known automotive groups for a number of years and I have never seen such a incompetent/unprofessional staff and poorly run "dealership" in my life. Darryl was one of the rudest people iv ever met. He hung up on me several times mid conversation for no reason during the buying process "because he was busy" he spoke extremely rudely and disrespectfully to me when I was nothing but nice, and that was from the first moment we met to the last time we spoke! And I'm not exaggerating. At my old dealership, he would have been fired on the spot. He has no business in the customer service industry. He and Tom Gray Jr or whoever he was, were HORRIBLE with communication. They couldn't even submit lien holder information correctly, which I'm having to correct now with my bank after buying the car a few MONTHS AGO. The only reason I didn't submit this review sooner was because I wanted all the title and financing paperwork in my hand for concern the dealership would retaliate against me for this review. That's just how unprofessional I think this place could be. The car also needed several repairs after purchase that their shop definitely saw but the "dealership" didn't want to address. None of this was disclosed to me. Bottom line, go somewhere else that actually welcomes you and treats you with some respect. This place may have a few nice cars every now and then but I promise, it's not worth it.

Great experience! They really made it easy and customer service is top notch. They got me the vehicle I wanted at a great price and I would recommend Tom Gray Auto Sales to anyone!
