I purchased a new 2016 BMW at this dealer and needed a simple service / repair. It's very difficult to get a person on the phone. After leaving a voice message with the issue and a call back number, no one ever called back (I guess I wasn't surprised!). I think the issue is they combine the Chevrolet and BMW dealer into one, and so the BMW service gets "watered" down.

For seven years I have been bringing BMWs to this dealer for service. They are always very responsive and they never try to over-sell or over-price the service. Recently I had a very uncommon mechanical issue and the car was out of warranty. They provided me a loaner and fixed everything for free. They also did a whole bunch of other exceptional things for me, I'm sure through BMW USA and their own good will. I think they did the right thing due to the uncommon mechanical issue but they could have racked up thousands to my wallet and at least they would have been contractually/warranty strong. I decided to order a new BMW through them since they and BMW USA demonstrate such loyalty retention philosophy. We will probably order a second BMW through them for my wife soon.- Nick

The comment left in 2009 has not changed things very much.All I can say is ,,, if you did not purchase the car at this dealership,,, you are treated very differently.Customer service for a BMW is not a priority at this dealershipThey may claim it is,, but actions speak louder than words.They do not open until 8am,,, which most people would like to drop off there car before leaving for work.They do not have a loaner car, like most higher end dealers.To have a basic service,,, oil change takes the entire day.And to speak to someone on the phone is impossible,,, one person runs the entire service department, leave a message,,,, great customer service.

Professional and performed all work in a timely manner. Would recommend to family and friends. Wait time was minimal with a welcoming waiting area with fresh coffee.

This dealership is sooo frustrating! NEVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE! First I waited 5 minutes on hold...then FINALLY! I got through and told the gentleman exactly what I was looking for...His response (IGNORANT ATTITUDE!) was, "What's the VIN?" I said I don't have the vin with me, he said (w/ his ASSHOLE ATTITUDE)..."I need the vin." I said, "You can't look the part up any other way." He said, "NO." .....I found my part online and probably SAVED MONEY anyways! But, I like to support local business...I AM NOW CHANGING MY WAYS!...Thanks for the Help Tom Hesser...YOU WILL DEF! NEVER HEAR FROM ME AGAIN!

I have always had good experiences with this dealer, sales or services.Never had a problem. I was never pushed to buy a car. Test drove any car I wanted, no questions asked. Unlike most dealers in the NY or NJ areas which want you to buy the first car you inquire.Excellent friendly atomsphere is what I feel at Tom Hesser.George is the best salesman I have met in any dealership.
