I live in Lancaster and got a flat 18 minutes from the Mercedes service in Reading.I was going to be extremely late to where I was going by at least 2 hours and I was not happy. My experience was soooo pleasant that I would take the drive to Reading for service to my Mercedes even though it’s farther away from my home. Gabrielle was pleasant, friendly, polite and accommodating. She made my day that much more pleasant with her professionalism and smile. I hope they know what valuable employee they have.they just got gained a new customer.

Went over to check on lease info and Phil Franco was the person that give his time, super awesome person he took the time to show me the models that they have, the options and let me test drive it no question ask, not only that he took the time to look at another possible option and give me all the estimate info that i needed for that vehicle. Later the same day i bring my family so that they can take a look at the car and he had the car waiting outside so that we can take it with my family on a test drive, finally we made a choice after hours of trying to decide what i liked the most and what they liked, after that was smooth sailing with the people at the finance dept, we went over the options the payments and all of that and they made it possible!!! I went just to get numbers since my in my line of thinking due to my cs i didn't think that i was going to be able to get it to my surprise the went the extra mile and got me in the vehicle that i pick!!!! I would recommend Phil Franco for any Mercedes Benz needs!!

They really don't want to buzz on price negotiation. Even showing them that other dealers are selling it cheaper, by 3-5 thousands. So we don't want to buy the car and want the deposit back (which the sale person stated: I GIVE you your deposit back) because they can't match the price. I have to contact them several times to get the deposit back. The sale person said don't text her any more. Wow very unprofessional. I will sure never text you again or visit your dealer ! and i will spread the words to others.I wonder why they got so many 1 star lately ! YES IT ABSOLUTELY TRUE !

I will not bring up any service regarding my '85 300D. There isn't enough space.I purchased an extended warranty on a 2007 E class with <96K miles. Coverage terms are explained & is for 36 months/36K miles. A year into owning the car, a lower left balljoint goes bad. I took the car in explaining the issue & that I have this extended care warranty. Car was finished in 1 day. Yay! However, I took my car to my mechanic the following week for the Service C completion (dealer prices are crazy ridiculous). My mechanic (who I've been going to for over 10 years) states the lower right balljoint is bad. Common sense (which seems to be lacking these days) would be to check the other balljoints as they are all the same age. I guess I expect too much when paying almost $100 an hr (normally - thankful for this warranty) in labor for a Mercedes. This is very disappointing. I was hoping service would be better having a newer car. I know it's not an S class, but if I wanted the service caliber of ford or mazda, I would've purchased one.

After a Service B on my 2009 C300 I found a broken engine cover,oil all over my engine compartment and on the belts which led to a concerning chirping noise when the engine was running, all 4 wheels scratched where the lug nuts were removed (Of which they only agreed to fix 1!), and improper pressure (off by quite a bit) in all 4 tires. HORRIBLE experience, staff dances around questions and concerns very well, manager is very rude and unhelpful. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR AT ALL.

I was in the market for a newer suv, after many searches on websites ,I finally found the one, on autotrader ,price , miles. The only bad thing , I was in PA 2 hours way from MDI called tom masano Mercedes , I told them I was interested in the escalede, not a Benz ,they were very helpful ,friendly. I finally Decide to make the 2hr drive. I had a great , smooth experience , our sales rep , was great, Michael mccormacI got a great deal , they were honest about the vehicle ,in my world ,when a car sales rep. Takes the price down over the phone and tells you what's wrong with the vehicle ,,they are honest people. I would definitely go back,

I had my car scheduled a week and a half later from having issues right away when I got my car 2 weeks ago due to the fact no one would return my calls after leaving messages with Sales Manager & Service Manager. I had it scheduled for 1st thing Tuesday morning 7:45am when service opened at 7:30 but dropped off the car the day prior at night time. I literally live about half a block from the dealership and passed by the dealership the morning of apt while heading into work to see my car still parked in the customer lot for sales that i had parked from night prior and it hadn't been moved so didn't think much of it. I called about mid afternoon (6hrs after from scheduled apt) to check up on it and the front desk lady stated that the service manager was busy on the phone but was told by her that the car was on the lift as we speak to be looked at for a 2nd time by the techs after I asked how or why it hasn't been done yet or looked at, during the call I was driving by the dealership to head home for lunch seeing my car STILL parked in the same spot I had dropped off the night prior. I was extremely irritated to be lied to instead of just saying they never got a chance to take a look at it yet which I could understand if things got busy but to be told a straight up lie on the phone when I'm literally seeing things first hand. I've had the car less than 2 weeks with it having hopefully some minor issues but am not getting contacted back after leaving multiple voicemails with different departments and management. So far this customer service has been terrible on servicing and answering questions after making their sales. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Recently purchased an impeccable used Pontiac G8 GT and with the help of Michael as my sales person made the decision on purchasing very easy to make. He accompanied me on a lengthy test drive and gave me important details of the previous over. The vehicle price was more than fair and you can tell by that they were not interested in making a huge profit margin. Michael actually gets to know you and doesn't see you as a commission check. Overall this has been the best sales experience I've had and I couldn't be more pleased.

Shopping for a car was never so enjoyable than the experience we had at Masano Mercedes Benz in Reading PA.We started the process via Email. Once I arrived at the dealership, Michael was 100% prepared and had the car waiting for me. This is my first Mercedes but will not be my last! This car is incredible. A 10 minute test drive is all I needed. Joe was filling in for the regular finance person and did a great job. Everyone at this dealer ship is so accommodating, this is how buying a car needs to be, Masano sets the bar for all other dealers. Michael got the car ready quickly and within 3 hours, my wife and I went to dinner, we were driving home in our new car.Michael took care of everything and I am awaiting another key for the E550 which I am sure will be in soon, they one had one key so he ordered another one for me!My wife's lease is up in Dec. somehow I believe she will be driving a Mercedes form Masano Mercedes Benz then.Thanks again for everything, you guys Rock!Sincerely,Jim Arms

I was able to purchases a 2015 C300 at a great price without any hassle. Todd was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all of my questions satisfactorily. Follow-up and communication were prompt without being intrusive. Some dealerships keep calling you until you agree to buy but not Tom Masano.

I just purchased a 2012 C300 from Tom Masano, and was pleasantly suprised to work with Michael McCormac. As soon as I walked in, he said hello, and we started talking about what I was looking for, what price range, etc. etc.. Not once did Michael ever try to get me out of my price range, and he did not give me a song and dance about ANYTHING. Throughout this 10 day process (including 4 total visits), Michael was professional and willing to listen. I did have to wait quite a while on 1 particular evening, but his previous customer was having some difficulties, and even throghout the delay, he checked in with me and got me set up to test drive a vehicle, while I waited for him. This showed me, not only his customer service to his prior customer, but his attentiveness and awareness of me and my time. I went to a few other dealerships in the area and outside the Berks County area, but I was most comfortable with the knowledge and treatment I received at Tom Masano's. Masano's manager, Phil, also was very visible and supportive during my decision making period. I was never treated with anything less than respect and consideration by both Michael and Phil. This is the 2nd vehicle I purchased from this location, and this was the best experience for car shopping and subsequent, purchasing, I've had. I would give this 4.5 stars if I could. Nothing's ever perfect, but Michael and Phil are pretty darn close to giving a perfect car buying experience.

My wife and I drove up from Maryland to look at a used Honda Odyssey. We called ahead to let them know we were coming. When we arrived, the van was already pulled out for us to look at and under a carport (it was raining). The sales person, Lorie Kleeman was very friendly. We looked over it thoroughly and took it for a long test drive to make sure to test all driving conditions. We decided we wanted the van and started the paperwork. We only had 1.5 hours before we had to leave to get to an appointment and I asked Lorie if we could get everything done in time. She was very accommodating and started getting everything going in parallel (financing, trade-in, insurance and even detailed the car) so we could be done. They gave us above what I was expecting for our trade-in as well which was a pleasant surprise. With her help and Rob Wahl's (the finance guy) help we were able to get the whole deal done in 1.5 hours. Overall it was a great experience.

Usually the car buying experience is both frustrating and difficult. I was greeted by a friendly and helpful gentleman, offered water or coffee and then had the pleasure of dealing with Lorie Kleeman. She was a saint and the most patient, non-pushy sales associate I ever dealt with! Not only did she find me the right vehicle she took the time to make myself and my wife feel both special appreciated. The finance folks (Phil/Rob) are tops too! Let me start by saying before i bought this car 2013 BENZ CL 550 i researched the dealer and sales guy "Michael McCormac" and was floored by his numerous great ratings. I believe i said this guy sounds like he has a halo around he head these must be fake reviews!! THIS GUY IS AMAZING AND HONEST !!!I was looking for a 2013 CL 550 Benz and say their online ad, I live in Las Vegas "the home of honesty" lol, I saw the price and noted the discount due to hail damage. I was unable to fly out to just see a car and it was snowing there so there were only the website pictures to go by. Michael took pictures for me of the car and sent them to my email and he also told me look people have asked about this car but don't worry i should think about it and get back to him the next day.That is when i researched the dealer and him and felt he seemed like a standup guy or and Angel of some kind. I called the next day by then i had got the loan check from the bank and was ready to go. Michael had taken the car off the market just by me sending the text picture of the check. The check was sent to them and i even forgot to sigh the back of it and it was no problem. They sent me all the documents overnight and i sent them backThere were no games, no last min price hikes or tricks nothing. They arranged for a Auto Shipper and everything "Corsica Logistics" and had the car in Arizona in 4 days. I drove to pick up my car and it was just as Michael's pics were and exactly as he described. He walked me through the functions of the car and made sure all my paperwork was done. I have never been happier about a buying experience in my life.Remember, I bought a $120,000 sight unseen just based on the trust and respect for this guy !!I describe the trust level like you are buying a car from a family member because there is no pressure and he has your best interest at hear the entire time. The management at Tom Massano needs to know what they have and appreciate having him because he is an asset to them.

You could tell that he truly believes in the product he is selling. The overall experience in the car purchase was in fact the best I have ever had. No hassles...it was very stress-free. I've been scouring three states for the right Volvo S60 for a few months now. I found the one online at Masano Mercedes in Reading. I drove from Upstate NY to Philly to Reading in my search. When I got to Masano in Reading to look at the car, I met with Todd Grim to look at it. The car was missing. Todd spent the rest of the day looking for what was probably the cheapest car on their lot and finally found out it on another lot. When he found it, the keys were missing. At this point, Todd could have said "Sorry pal, I could be selling a Mercedes for more money to someone else." He didn't say that. Instead, he spent the rest of the day and the next day working on this deal. He takes down the keys and helped me overcome other obstacles as this was my first time buying a car from a big dealer. To sum it up, he spent two days working on one deal in a setting where he has millionaires walking in with blank checks and could've basically told me to get lost. We closed up the deal. In addition to the service, he's a good guy to work with. I'm 29 and as I work my way up the car ladder, I'll go back to Todd when I'm ready for my upgrade. If you're looking to buy a nice from an unpretentious salesman who will go through xxxx and back for you, Todd Grim at Masano Mercedes is your guy.

Had a recall on my 2009 Mercedes. At the same time the left taillight panel went out. Taillights were the recall. I called Masano around 8:30 a.m. Spoke to Rick in service dept. By 9:30 a.m. they picked up my car at my office. Repaired the problem and did recall work. Car was back at my office repaired and washed by 11:15. I so appreciate how quickly the work was scheduled and completed. Matt in service called to let me know car was finished. Everyone at Tom Masano is friendly and knowledgeable about Mercedes.

My husband and I have purchased 3 Mercedes from 3 different dealers and this was by far our most perfect experience. Our salesperson was Michael McCormac and he was an absolute pleasure to meet and have as our go to person while purchasing our third Mercedes. Immediately, we felt so calm and natural with Michael. Usually, purchasing a car is really stressful, not this time, at Masano Mercedes with Michael as our sales person, we could not believe how calm we were. We felt like we were visiting a true friend. We talked about travel, music, culture and of course cars. We can't thank Michael enough, he went way above anything we expected and believe me we expect a lot when we walk into a Mercedes dealership. Michael's experience, extensive knowledge and passion with luxury cars is apparent, he knows his stuff. One of the things we loved most was that we did not spend hours and hours completing paper work and if you have ever purchased a car before you know exactly what I'm talking about. Everything went smoothly even the finance guy was very expeditious. This was my first experience buying a Mercedes and it couldn't have been better. We had been looking for a while and came across the car I knew was "it" at Masano's. I had never purchased or even driven a Mercedes before. The salesman, Michael, was great to work with and did not pressure me at all. He was knowledgeable and walked me through everything during the test drive and delivery, and made sure all of my questions and requests were addressed. He spent at least 45 minutes upon delivery just going through the entire car including setting up my smartphone connection. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. My only issue was when stopping in to just "look" and then to test drive, we were often standing around for a while before anybody asked if they could help us. This was even when we walked into the dealership and we had visited the dealership on multiple occasions. When we thought we had found the car for us, Michael approached us after helping other customers, and the experience from test drive through delivery definitely met and even exceeded my expectations.

I had just lost my automobile in the hail storm here in Reading and had no intention of purchasing any other auto than the ones I always drove, Jaguar or Lexus, but as I was driving by the Masano dealership I saw this beautiful SL550 and had to stop. With no thought of purchasing a car that day, I was met by a young salesman full of energy, friendly and willing to answer all my questions. What struck me was that if he did not know the answer he did not wing it, he asked someone else. The sale was completed in about fifteen minutes less the driving time. You always feel like you could do better on price, but everyone needs to make a living. The one thing I took away was that I felt like I bought the car, I was not sold and to me that is the sign of a good salesman and that is exactly what Michale McCormac is. I look forward to sending anyone who is in the car market, to at least stop and talk....Thank you

We made a decision on a Thursday night to start looking for a new family vehicle. Knowing that we were looking for either an Audi Q5 or a Mercedes ML 350, we first searched online. We drove up on Friday and were immediately greeted by Michael McCormac upon our arrival and interest in 3 used ML 350s we saw right away. Michael was very helpful and knowledgable and answered all of our questions, and more. Typically I am not one to start talking to a salesman until after I feel I found "the one" but Michael was extremely friendly, helpful, and did not pressure us at all. Before I knew it I was behind the wheel and ready to test drive the one car that caught my interest even before we got to the dealership. Both my husband and I really enjoyed our experience and our daughter even gave her "ok" when we asked her how she liked the car. Again, I am very set in my ways, so I already knew I was NOT going home with a car that day. I like to take a night and "sleep on it". We still went inside to see where we stood with our trade-in vehicle and what we would need to finance the vehicle. Again, I felt no pressure at all, and everyone that we talked to showed no pressure at all and were very patient with us as we had our 19-month-old, very energetic and curious daughter with us. They not only made us feel comfortable, but they also did their best to keep her content and happy throughout the process. My husband and I were hooked. Not only did we find the perfect vehicle for our family, but we wanted to buy one from this dealership, from Michael McCormac, as he was a great person that we wanted to give our business to. However, like I said before, I knew I wasn't buying a car that day. I told Michael I wanted to think about it and that is exactly what we did. We went home, talked about it, and really thought it was a no-brainer. That evening I called Michael and told him we would be back first thing in the morning to purchase the vehicle. The next day, we got to the dealership and our soon-to-be new car was already being cleaned and inspected for delivery. The timing for the paperwork was great! Again, we had our active toddler with us, and everyone was very helpful to keep her occupied and happy as we went over and signed everything we needed to take home our new car that day. Also, I told Michael that we HAD to be done the process by 12pm that day as we were taking our daughter to an already scheduled event that I did not want her to miss. Not only did they thoroughly get us through the process, but we were done in such a timely manner that we we actually had spare time to make the 45 minute drive home and have lunch before the event started. I have to say I am MORE than pleased with our experience. We got exactly what we wanted for trade-in on our old car, the price of the new car beat any other car we researched online, and this particular car had less miles than any other pre-owned, certified ML 350 we found. I can't say enough about how satisfied we are with our decision to buy a car from Tom Masano. I have never made a decision as quickly as I did with this important purchase, but I have never been so immediately satisfied with my questions and the professionalism of everyone at the dealership. We will be recommending Tom Masano and Michael McCormack to all of our friends and if we ever need to purchase another vehicle for our family again, we know that we will be going back to Tom Masano, Inc.

I recently purchased a car from Tom Masano Mercedes and could not be happier with the experience. Within minutes of arriving, Michael McCormac was by my side answering every question that I had about the used Mazda 3 that I ended up purchasing. During the test drive, Michael was able to show me how to use every gadget in the car and even obliged to a quick detour to show family and friends the car. Being a first time buyer, his patience was much appreciated! Once back at the dealership, Michael made the following trade-in of my old car and financing of my new car as simple and pleasant as possible. His help did not end when I drove off of the lot that day and Michael actually assisted me in setting up the Bluetooth in the car a few days after my purchase!The rest of the team, including Rob Wahl, was extremely friendly and made the few hours spent at the dealership very enjoyable. From keeping us entertained while waiting on financing details, to supplying us with plenty of snacks, every employee seemed to have our satisfaction in mind. I was in the market for a certified pre-owned Mercedes-Benz and ended up finding a car I wanted online at Tom Masano Mercedes-Benz. I live over 4 hours away so I sent them an email inquiring about the car. I was contacted almost immediately by Lorie Kleeman, who by the way knows everything there is to know about Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Lorie was patient, courteous and genuine. She is a true asset to the Tom Masano dealership. After Lorie fully explained everything about the vehicle that I was interested in and answered every question that I had, she made all the arrangements for me to stop in an pick the car up. As it happened, I arrived at the dealership on the Saturday evening before Easter about an hour before they were set to close. When I got there, Lorie was assisting another customer so Tod Grim showed me the vehicle and answered all of my 11 year old son's million questions without once seeming the least bit bothered. Tod was kind, knowledgable and very helpful. He took great care of us until Lorie was free. All in all, Lorie and Tod were great. They stayed almost two hours after the dealership had closed and took their time to show me every aspect of the vehicle. My buying experience was great and Lorie continues to contact me to make sure I don't have any questions. If you buy a Mercedes-Benz anywhere else you are missing out on the best service imaginable.

Lorie fully believes in the product and knows everything about the functionality of the vehicle. She even made a "cheat sheet' that I took home to aid in learning all about the car. Our salesman,Todd, was very easy to talk to and extremely knowledgable. He made the whole process very pleasurable. My wife usually gets very aggitated when car shopping and she was in good spirits the whole time thanks to Todd. We enjoyed the process so thoroughly, that not only did we buy one car, we bought two. I always knew of the Mercedes reputation for making high quality vehicles. But after seeing them up close and driving them, I now believe it is a well deserved reputation. I made the purchase from Tom Masano for one simple reason at first and that was the price. I had access to auction prices for the Honda Pilot I purchased and the price I purchased it for from Tom Masano was whole sale.This was my first internet purchase of a vehicle so I was skeptical at first. But after working with Kerry, I was comfortable because the he and the dealership just got things done. There was no delays in getting paper work completed and communications were impeccable.When the vehicle arrived, it was in great shape. The pictures from Tom Masano website did just to the car I received. The car had been detailed and was a dream to drive.The bottom line is that I received a great experience for the price point for the car. I highly recommend Kerry and Tom Masano.

Researched my vehicle's price and found best price at Masano. Kerry Stone got me the additional information I wanted. Kerry came in on his day-off to meet my schedule and then stayed until late to accommodate another last minute change in my schedule. He went above and beyond in helping to get the vehicle to me. Kerry even insisted on buying my family coffee while we completed the transaction. Financing was arranged quickly and the loan was priced competitively by Rob Wahl. Team work and a good atmosphere was evident at the dealership. There was no pressure. There did not have to be; I already knew the vehicle was priced fairly. I got a fair deal for my trade in. There was no games and everyone was working to get the sale done with my satisfaction at the center of their focus. What else need I say.

Because of Kerry Stone, this was far and away the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. We drove 3 hours to look at a used car from the Tom Masano dealership, and although this was a low-profit deal for them, we were treated as though we were a premium customer. All the sales associates were warm and friendly, and you could tell that everyone really enjoyed working there. Kerry was extremely patient with us as we test drove the car, and then left us alone as we spent another 30 minutes looking it over and sitting in it while we considered our decision. We never felt pressured into anything. And while we waited for the paperwork to be prepared, Kerry filled the tank of our new car with gas, had the oil checked, and we were treated to coffee and pretzels in their beautiful showroom. Even when being walked through the optional insurance coverage at the end, they were not pushy when we declined, and they made sure all the costs were clearly detailed for us. I hope to buy all our cars from here despite how far they are from us.

I was looking for a CPO Mercedes E350 fully loaded. I searched for 4 weeks within 500 miles of my residence and Tom Masano was the only dealership which was upfront, honest with pricing, and the entire process was seamless. I essential purchased the car through emails and phone calls. When I saw the vehicle in person it was exactly as Ms. Kleeman described, PERFECT. The quality of cars that this delearship has in their pre-owned department are the best I saw while I searched the entire tri-state area for my car. The staff at Tom Masano Mercedes Benz are very honest, friendly, and respectful. Mr. Masano should really consider starting a dealership in New Jersey for Mercedes. There are quite a few MB delearships in NJ, all of which I delt with while looking and trying to purchase my car and NONE of them hold a light to the energy of your dealership and quality of products this delearship has.

I was an out-of-state buyer and was recently shopping for a used Toyota Avalon. Up to that point, I was treated with a lot of indifference by other dealerships and salespeople I had contacted, rarely showing any interest in even spending time on the phone to answer the most basic of questions despite me telling them I was a serious buyer. I had almost given up shopping out of state thinking that this was the type of customer service I was going to encounter anywhere that wasn't local and face to face. Then I contacted Tom Masano Mercedes-Benz in Reading, PA. I initially spoke to a gentleman named Luis, who was very polite and accommodating. I took a couple days to reply after he sent me a few additional pictures I had requested and at that point I learned he was on vacation. From what I've experienced with other dealerships I would have likely had to contact them back again to initiate contact with another sales person, not the case here however. Tom Masano's customer service representative, Keri, contacted me and informed me that since Luis was on vacation, that she would have one of their other salespeople, Lorie Kleeman, contact me to assist me with anything I needed. I promptly received a phone call and email from Lorie within about 30 minutes of receiving that email from Keri. Impressive service to say the least.I then had the pleasure of being helped by Lorie. She was extremely friendly very personable, again a very nice change of pace from how I had been treated by other dealerships in other states. Not only was she willing to take even more pictures I was requesting, and gather additional information as I came up with more questions regarding the car throughout the shopping process, she would frequently use phrases like - No problem, thats what were here for. something I had never heard uttered by any of the other salespeople at other dealerships, and I had talked to a lot up to that point. Thats the way I believe professionals in customer service and / or sales should treat their customers, yet so rarely do I ever actually see it, so it was quite gratifying to actually be experiencing it first-hand.In the end Lorie answered all my questions thoroughly and provided me with the extra pictures I needed to give me the confidence to make the purchase. I got a great deal on the car considering all the other comparable Avalons I saw out there, and I saw quite a few as I was searching everywhere within a 500-mile radius of Richmond, VA. When it came time to finalize the sale, Lorie and the finance representative got me everything I needed to make the purchase out of state, and all that was left was to pick it up. I decided to fly up to Reading airport where Lorie was kind enough to pick me up personally and drive me back to the dealership. Once there she had all my paperwork, manuals, and temporary tags in order and keys in hand ready to go so I could hop right on the road and head home.In the end I couldnt be happier with my experience with Lorie as well as the supporting cast at this dealership; they are top-notch and take their customer service seriously. Theyve undoubtedly earned my business for years to come and I will be recommending them to every one of my friends and family members looking to buy a car. Thats pretty much the highest praise I can give.

When my mother and I strolled into Masano's, we were so overwhelmed with the friendly and accomodating staff. Nick Morrow spent an extensive amount of time and care to help my mother pick her exactly perfect vehicle. He put my mom's nerves at ease with his kind demeanor. Joe Colitz was extremely persoanble, knowledgable and even remembered the details of meeting my mother when I returned with my husband! We had to pleasure of working with Lorie Kleeman that evening for a GLK for me. It was a fantastic experience and I felt very at ease. You may ask "Why" did this guy give the rating that he gave, well...as you can tell from the below statement...this is "Why" I have given the rating that I have uh..given...This was our first visit to the Merc dealer. I gotta say I went into the dealership and expected what anyone from my mind set would expect when stereotyping any Mercedes dealership, ...snobbish, stuck up, and they're too good to pay any attention to you if you're not wearing an expensive suit and sunglasses. What we got was the total opposite. We were treated with kindness, respect, and just outright down to earth and humorous people. Heck because of the atmosphere, and cool people of all ages, I myself wouldn't mind working there. And I work in IT, and we're some of the coolest people in the world! ;-)Kerry Stone was our salesmen. He was VERY knowledgeable, fun to talk to, and was willing to answer any questions we had (pretty much ANY questions we had--there was a Pensupreme across the street, ask about it). He also had tips on how to handle certain things with Satellite Radio. Which I will apply those tips when they contact me. The car we went to see was a used 2010 C300 4matic. Had very lows miles and was in perfect condition. As we were talking numbers and going over things about it, I had the thought on what it may cost monthly on a new lease compared to the used finance we were going to do. Turns out we qualified for the low interest rate and a $399.99 a month lease on a 2013 C300. Well the choice was obvious since this price was only going to be 80 bucks more than what we were paying on our 2007 AWD Mitsubishi Outlander. And only 40 bucks more than the used Merc.Kerry had called us and said that the car wouldn't be available at the lot till the middle of the following week. A little bit of a downer but hey, it's a new car...no no no... a new Mercedes! Turns out that he and another associate were able to pull some strings, make some magic, or simply click a link using the mouse on the computer (well to some I guess that IS magic too) to see certain availablities and was able to get the car here on a Saturday which was much earlier than previously mentioned! Those dudes are awesome! I think they need T-Shirts reflecting that.Well long story short, (or is too late for that?) we have the 2013 C300 Merc and we love it. Yeah we gave up some cargo space leaving the SUV. But we gained so much more... too much to list.Thanks Kerry see you when the lease is up for another!Very happy,Charlie and Marrybell

From the moment I walked on the lot, she was there every step of the process to help me get into the car I wanted. And her service extended well after the sale. As a rule, I hate buying cars (well, buying them is fun...it's the process I hate) but Lorrie actually made it less of a hassle and more of an experience- a good experience. Everyone at Tom Masano was very helpful and genuinely friendly...even the valet who changed the plate from my trade in to my new car and in the process attempted, with some great success, to clean up my old license plate frame. Highly recommended!!

Neal Fleischood provided us with excelent service during our search for a new car. He went over all the options of the 2 different car models we were looking at. Gave us cars to drive that the dealership had on the lot, the one car we had for a day. We decided on certain features and Neil found us a new car that fit our match. It was delivered in a few days.When picking up the car, Neil went over every detail. Even set up my phone. The car was even filled with gas. The whole process was seemles.He incouraged us to contact him regarding any future questions about the car which I feel very comfortable doing. He even sent us emails asking us how we like the car.It was truley a pleasure to work with such a knowlegable and nice person.

I have aquired many cars over the years, some of which were A Mercedes, but i never got the service, the professionalism and attention that i received from your Mr. Kerry Stone, he took the time and had the patience to explain the operation of the umpteen features my new car has, not to mention that he invited me to return on the weekend so he could show me more, I really felt the love Kerry has to his job, which in turn got him a new client for life.

This was one of the best car buying experiences I have had! Everyone at the dealership was so incredibly nice and not pushy at all. I typically dread the whole car buying experience but that was not the case here; it was actually very enjoyable. Kerry is fantastic! This is my first MB purchase and he spent a great deal of time showing me all of the features and how to use them. I truly could not have asked for a better person deal with in purchasing any car. Rob was also great, working with us to get a really good interest rate and handling it in such a way that it took no longer than 10 minutes for us to show up, go through the paperwork and sign. I really cannot say enough good things about this dealer. Everyone from Rhonda, who initially called me back from an online inquiry to Tom in service was absolutely wonderful and friendly. To start, this was my first experience in a Mercedes Benz dealership. Initially we looked around the lot for about 20 minutes and were then asked if there were any questions we had about specific vehicles or if we would like to test drive any of the cars. Having NEVER driven a MB before I had tons of questions and was very much wanting to test drive the vehicle. Kerry was the most knowledgeable and professional salesperson I have ever had the experience of working with in the 20 years I have been buying/leasing vehicles. Kerry had an answer for every question I had without hesitation and provided answers to questions I hadn't even thought of on the vehicle. Often buying a new or used car there is tension or pressure to run numbers and get to commit as quickly as possible to move onto the next buyer. I felt from the moment we began talking about the vehicle I was interested in that there was no pressure and zero tension. I left the lot wanting to test drive other makes and models on different lots initially just because I wanted to be sure about my gut instinct on the first car. I came back at night after the dealership was closed and actually ran into Kerry as he was leaving. Again he was very friendly and answered a few more questions and told me to call him with any concerns.Needless to say I called the following morning to secure the car and ensure that no one else would snatch it up. I offered to deposit money and I was told not to worry that the vehicle was mine if I was truly interested. I went in the following day -- the day before a hurricane was about to hit - everyone was in the dealership working! Rob at Masano, along with Kerry, managed to get me into an extremely low interest rate with less than great credit in addition to negotiating a reasonable down-payment. I left with the car that day and I have never been happier with my decision to drive onto the Masano MB lot. As an aside there were a few fixups that were pointed out the first time I even looked at the car. Every single imperfection was noted and promised to be repaired to new condition. Every single one of them was performed within a week's time. This was all in the wake of a major storm system causing what I am sure were tons of logistical issues with parts and service. In short I am one extremely happy customer who had the privilege of working one of the most professional and knowledgeable salesman. Individuals like Kerry Stone are the reason Tom Masano Mercedes Benz has been in business for 30 years and why they will continue to be successful in the business. Thank you for everything!

This our first time getting a Mercedes Benz. I had found one I liked online cusomer service said it was OK to stop in the next day to buy it at 5pm. When I came in I was promptly greeted and sat down with Kerry Stone. He found that a couple seated behind me had just bought the car. I was dissappointed that customer service had not held the car for me, but luckily Kerry was working with us.Kerry Stone was personable, straightforward, and knew everything about the cars we were looking at. You can tell that Kerry has your longterm interest in mind and it is not just about today's sale. Within 24 hours I was driving home in a new Benz.I will continue to go to Masano and will always ask for Kerry Stone!

This was our second car purchase from Nick 'my pleasure' Morrow, who has been absolutely fantastic to deal with both times. Joe "hurrikeg" Colitz showed us how flexible the Masano dealership can be when it comes to helping work with us to accommodate our specific needs. Rob Wahl ( a guy who takes your money named 'rob' ?!?!?!!! - that cracks me up) actually made the financing process an easy, fun process.This dealership, and these 3 guys in particular, made it 'our pleasure' to buy our car from them. The customer service and support is top notch. We look forward to our continued relationship.

This experience was excellent. I was initially having a bad car purchase experience with another dealership until I found Phil Peterson. Phil was able to listen effectively and was able to deliver me with exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. I am happy with the purchase of my 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee. First of all, let me say that I've always loathed car dealerships. From salesmen quoting hugely incorrect specs to sleazy negotiating practices to downright questionable service experiences, I've been consistently disappointed. As such, I have typically stayed away from them...that is until I bought my first used car at Tom Masano Mercedes-Benz. That purchase was flawless as has been their service ever since. Earlier this year I purchased a CPO car in immaculate condition and was extremely pleased with the sales experience and particularly the efforts of Neal Fleishood. Having had the car in for service a couple of times this year was so smoothly executed that my opinion of the dealer rose even higher. So, upon recently deciding that my wife needed a new set of wheels, I immediately went to Neal and was once again rewarded with a fantastic deal and experience, made even better with Rob's involvement in processing the paperwork. Masano has restored my faith in dealers (though still not so sure about others) such that I can envision going nowhere but there for any future purchases...and of course giving Neal another opportunity to facilitate the sale in his friendly, low-pressure way.Thanks Neal, Rob and Masano MBZ!

I always dread buying a new car. Always getting harassed, feel like the sales people don't really listen to your needs and are just trying to sale you anything. This is not the story here nor with Mitch. The day we came Mitch was actually off, but he came in anyway to help us. From the very begining he listened to our wants and needs and only showed us cars that met our criteria. He was never pushy and we never got the feeling he was just trying to sell us anything! While doing the paperwork we got to meet most of the other people that work there and they all were so nice and friendly. The prices at Tom Masano are amazing! So amazing we drove 2 hrs twice just to do business with them. I would recommend this dealer and Mitch as the salesman to everyone!!!!!!

I am from baltimore and i traveled 2 hours just to go to this dealership because they had so many cars i was interested in. Mitch was my salesman and he was amazing. He started off by calling me and finding the right dealership for me. Coming into work on his day off so he could help me because in his words "its the nature of the job". He was patient, not pushy, knowledgeable, and easy to relate to and feel comfortable with, which when you are buying a car, it is nice to have someone like this. Rob, his manager helped me out too on the finance part of it and was great too, helping me find a great rate. i had to drive back to pa again, i walked a way with a red mercedes, versus a white one that i initially wanted in the first place. Thank you guys if you read this. I love my car and i will definitely recommend your dealer to everyone :)

I've been looking at the GLK 350 for over 6 months surfing the internet for the best deal. My 10 year old son came along to experience the ins and outs of car buying. We were then approached by an sales associate by the name of Louis. Besides the great photos and online competitive price we probably would have continued on our way. But, Louis made us feel at ease and low pressure sales is what i was looking for. From the beginning to the end Louis was there for me. The guy knows Mercedes and the GLK like the back of his hand. Very polished and friendly. He spent an additional 1.5 hours after the sales completion inside the the GLK showing me all the functions and answering my questions. I highly recommend asking for Louis if your shopping for a MB. PS It's only been a few days in the GLK but so far I love it.

when i contacted the dealership about a certain car they had i was put in contact with Kerry Stone. from the beginning it was a very good relationship between the buyer(myself) and Kerry (seller). i had logistic problems where i had to come from NC to get the car. i finally had to choose a day when he wasn't there. so i was helped by Phil Hart and Neal Fleishood on getting all the things i needed to do, financial, going over the car, coffee, making my fiance feel comfortable, anything! these guys are the "A" Team in car sales. this is my first Mercedes but not my last hopefully and i will make the trip to Tom Masano to purchase another one. As long as these guys are the ones i deal with. So, Phil, Neal, and especially Kerry i really appreciate the help working with me. it was well worth the trip there not only for the car but to work with you guys and making my buying experience a very welcome one. thanks again!

I had a great experience shopping for a pre-owned Audi A4 from Neal, he was knowledgeable, ready to help you and not press you to make a purchase right away. I felt that he is very professional, very patient and helpful and the experience is very different than general car buying, you feel you can trust him and enjoy the buying experience, it's very simple and easy.

Took a worthwhile drive to Tom Masano from Deptford, NJ. I have visited and have done business in many MB dealers. I find them to all be about the same as far as the atmosphere. You always know where you are and have the "here we go" attitude. I was astounded yesterday when I entered the door at Masano. I was greeted by Kerry Stone. He was so genuine and kind. Being in a sales field myself it's hard for me to find this. Having an extreme passion for Mercedes Benz products..We started off with a long chat. Kerry has product knowledge that is higher than 99% of my past experiences. At this point Kerry offers for me to drive a 2012 model E Class Bluetec. It was the most informative drive I ever had. I always tend to know more about the car. He taught me a few I was not yet familiar with. The car was of course,flawless. I was never treated as well with the negotiation process either. It was very business like with 0 pressure. Tom Masano MB has a big heart. I can say they really love what they are doing and doing it right. Only an experience in South Dakota was comparable to this. That is a long way from Philadelphia. The other important fact is I did not see any sales staff "hiding" outside smoking. This is offensive to me. I always see this at another dealer I visit not that far from Masano. So I found a "Kind" dealer..Imagine that....

I have had a great experience at Tom Masano Mercedes Benz. Just started my seach for a newer model Mercedes and they had the selection I wanted. My husband and I thought the prices were good compared to some other dealerships. Our saleman Kerry was always very prompt with getting back to us and is a great saleman to work with.

NEVER BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! We bought a 2002 Audi that was in apparently good condition from Masano Mercedes for $12,000. This was our son's first car. The service manager assured us that if anything went wrong in the first 90 days he would take care of everything for us. 18 days after we bought the car it broke down and we really found out what kind of an organization Masano's really is. They said bring it in, they looked at the car and told us what the problem was and we should take it to an Audi dealer and have the dealer bill Masano's. Well when we got it to the Audi Dealer they determined it wasn't what Masano's thought and the fun began. Masano's said they wouldn't pay anything because we didn't buy their additional insurance. We complained saying there must be some expectation that when you pay $12,000 the car will work for more than 18 days! Masano disagrees! We have been fighting back and forth for 4 months now. They agreed to pay a portion of our bill but have been rude every step of the way. We now have our lawyer involved and am not sure what will happen next. The saga continues . . . NEVER BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

He spent considerable time with us orienting us to the vehicle and its features and facilitating taking it home the same day. From our observations, we are confident that he reflects the philosophy and general atmosphere of the entire dealership.Not only did we research and read reviews for various vehicles on line, but we did the same research regarding the dealerships where those vehicles were available, even seeking out a personal opinion of a former long-time resident of the Reading area, who confirmed the positive reputation of this particular dealer.Since we did some advance preparation, we feel that we received a fair market value trade for our vehicle and were satisfied with the final purchase price for the one we selected.Without hesitation, we would recommend Tom Masano Mercedes-Benz and Luis, in particular, to any potential customer.

Very poor experance I found the car on line and called I was told it was a very nice unit with a good price.. I made the deal over the phone and was told if I can come in from rochester N.Y. the next day they would refund me the cost of airfare $272.00 I flew in the next morning they picked me up at the airport, when I got to the dealership.. the sales person was with another person trying to make a deal. I waited about 20 min's for him. I went out and looked at the car and it all started from there. there were dents, some damage on the left rear door, three diff tires on it, no mats and very dirty .. oh by the way its a $28000.00 used car!! now I have the salesperson I told him I was not happy!! look at the damage and the tires .. He says its because of the accident,1st I heard of this ? He told me it was no big deal we did the work here and it was just the front bumper less than a $1000. I asked to see the repair record he said he was not able to get in the computer system . I told him again I will need to see it. he went to a manager and came back and now said he was wroung they did not do the work and did not really know about the work . (so he lied)I SAID OK I LOOK OVER IT IF IT LOOKS OK I LIVE WITH IT.. BUT I still need to resolve the tire issue and make sure i get the books and the 2nd key also I need the mats.HE SAID NO PROBLEM!! AfTER 2 and a 1/2 hours there and I still had a 4 hour drive ahead of me. an hour after there closing time.And they took my money..He said they cant find the key and books.. but I found a set of mats. and he did. ( not the right ones) and he would get the other things and send them to me.. I have tried to resolve this and have askd to speak with the owner .. all I got was an email from a GSM and that I may Have to pay for them IF they cant get them from the previos owner. ALL I want is what is due me !!! Its seems like people should stay away from this company its a shame they have lots of stores and it could be a great operation if done right.. insteed all they want is the money!!! It was a real bad purchase!! STAY AWAY NO DEAL IS THAT GOOD WHEN YOU GET CHEATED !!!!

I went into the dealership today with my wife and two kids to look at a car for her birthday. Having to drive over 1hour with my kids was very difficult and tiring. Sales manager Phil greeted me soon as I walked in the door and assisted me from the beginning to the end. The dealership was pretty busy, even for a snowy day. Phil and everyone at the dealership were very courteous and professional. This was the first time Ive purchased a car and walked away happy with the service and the price that I have paid. Ive done a lot of research and Tom Masano Dealership by far had the most competitive pricing. Sales consultant Kerry also went out of his way to explain every detail of the car from top to bottom. I am very pleased with the service and I would highly recommend Tom Masano Mercedes-Benz.

True to the name "used car sales men" on my way there Keith wanted me to give them a deposit for a used truck unseen to hold it for me When I refused to buy the truck (they didint think it'd pass inspection) he called later in the evening to call me a name (can't post the name here). truely used car sales man. I did report this to his manager and the bbb. The manger was ok to deal with but hope someone helps Keith with manners

I would not recommend this dealership, especially for used vehicles. Overall my experience was not a pleasant one. I have owned the vehicle for less than one year it has been in and out of the shop 8 times, I have finally stopped calling them as they just don't care! You entrust in local dealers to take of their community but this was never the case. I now owe more on the vehicle than it is worth and can not even get rid of it! They even called recently to ask about my experience, when I expressed dismay they said they were sorry to hear that but offered no resolution. The car has broke down and left me stranded a dozen times in a year, half the issues can not even be resolved with the car because no one knows even how to fix it....I feel the car was misrepresented from the beginning. I even had a rats nest removed from the cars undercarriage...the wires had been chewed so badly they had to be replaced....someone had attempted to glue them back together in attempt to save a few bucks on the repair! There is no way they inspect cars before reselling them! I have accepted that I am stuck with the car after 11 months but hope that someone who reads this will change their mind in purchasing from them.

I live in Hollywood, FL, a long way from Reading, PA, but I had seen just the car I wanted online at this dealer. I called up the dealership and was transferred to sales person Kerry Stone. I had a dozen questions about the car, and Kerry was both very informative and patient. Based on the confidence he instilled in me through a series of phone conversations, as well as his descriptions of the car (he even took it out for a road test and gave me a complete report)I decided to buy the car, providing my actual inspection of the car agreed with his favorable assessment. I flew up to PA, and Kerry had a valet drive me the 40 miles to the dealer, gratis. The car turned out to be exactly as described, perhaps even better! My entire purchase experience was handled professionally and with friendly demeanor. All the paperwork was ready to go when I arrived, and when I left with the car I even had the title in my hands. Kerry could not have been more helpful. I hope that people in the Reading PA area appreciate what a gem they have in Kerry Stone. I've bought many cars in the more than 45 years I have been driving. I can honestly say I have never had as happy and easy buying experience as I've had with Kerry and Tom Masano MB. Kerry, where have you been all my life?

Phil, Neal & Rob made the lease of my new 2012 C300W4 a wonderful experience. Phil was able to get me out of my current lease and into a new 2012. Rob had all the paperwork ready when I came to take delivery and went over all of the paperwork with me. My salesmen, Neal, went over all of the options with me. Programed my phone, navigation and garage door opener. I will always be a loyal customer of Tom Masano Mercedes Benz.

Wanted to tell you how professional this man is . I did not buy my mercedes from him because some one else bought it. I went some where else. I should of waited, but did not. I did bring it in for service. I waited until Kerry came in in the morning,just to tell him how much I appreciate his professional attitude. He asked if I had any questions about the car,and I told him the other salesman from the other dealership just rushed thru the delivery. He said let's go ,we went out side and he educated me on car functions.He could of just blown me off ,but he did not. That is the type of person I want to have working for me. As a follow up to a review from August 1 of this year, I did get a phone call from the sales manager Phil Hart. Despite the fact that this dealership completely treated me badly, out of courtesy and respect, I called Mr. Hart back. Although he was sympathetic, and admitted that his sales team did a bad job,he took no action. He told me he personally would look for a car for me, come to my office and have my trade in evaluated,and call me the moment he found a car. Now two months later Mr. Hart has done none of the three things he said. This dealership is bad, the sales team is bad and the management is bad. Perhaps the owners should evaluate their investment in this management team.

My husband and I were looking for a Cadillac CTS-V for months prior to seeing one at Tom Masano of Reading. We were thrilled that it seemed to be in good condition and at a reasonable price. We had contacted the dealer about going to see the vehicle and were told to come on down to check it out. After making the drive from Lancaster to Reading (and calling on the way), we were told that the vehicle was in for maintenance (getting the rear differential fixed) and that it wasnt available to view/test drive. We spoke with Neal who was very polite and he even said he would drive it to Lancaster for us to see (Which he did within days). After that we purchased the vehicle, now a few days shy of two months since we bought the vehicle, things have already started to go wrong. We brought the car to a local mechanic that we trust, he advised us that it seems as though the work done to the rear differential was done incorrectly. My husband called Masano and they told us that we would need to contact the dealer that did the work to get it resolved, mind you that THEY were the ones who sent it to that dealer for the work to get done. They made NO attempts to help us get the situation resolved; they simply passed the buck. Then while the car was at another GM dealer to get the differential fixed, they noticed that the Motor Mount was broken as well, they even mentioned that there was no way that it should have passed inspection (which was ALSO done at Masano). After calling Masano and speaking with Joe about getting the motor mount situation resolved, he advised me that the warranty that they provided did NOT cover things like that. I mentioned that the GM dealer didnt think that it was an issue that just happened, but was actually an issue at the time of purchase. Joe rudely told me that it wouldnt have passed inspection with that issue, I asked who does their inspections (obviously they are done in-house) and maybe that it was missed. He didnt like the suggestion that maybe it was overlooked to avoid having to replace it and instead leaving it for the buyer to replace knowing that it wasnt covered under their warranty once it was sold. He even made mention that it couldnt be a very expensive part as if he was insulted I would even call over such a minor detail. Needless to say, I am disgusted by the fact that after buy a $20,000 car less than two months ago, it already needs more money dumped into it! This dealership seems as though they are happy to take your money and RUN! Leaving the customer to pick up the pieces and do all the work to get issues resolved.

My family and I traveled from CT to possibly purchase a used car. We were pleasantly surprised to find the car as Joe described. It was a beautiful car! Joe answered all our questions about transfering insurance and the registration to CT. After making sure the kids had something to drink and the TV remote, Terry took my wife and I for a test drive. Terry was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. When it was time for financing Rob searched to get us the best rate for our loan. He was very personable as well as knowledgeable. We purchased the car and were very pleased with our experience at Tom Masano Mercedes Benz.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! BAIT & SWITCH! Started with poor customer service through the email, continued with a salesmen who quite simply lied to me about the price of the used vehicles, and then never returned my calls. When I reported it to the Sales Manager, he confirmed that salesmen lied about the price of the vehicle and simply offered an I'm sorry. A complete waste of time. I would reccomend you contact Mercedes Bens of West Chestser.

I drove 150 miles from Maryland and it was worth the drive. Great price gotmy attention on the internet. Very friendly, no pressure, great overall experience.

Absolutely the BEST car buying experience as a 34 y/o would ever want! They are very courteous, friendly and respectfull. As a new mom, my car was actually delivered to my home by my sales consultant, Neal. Will definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends! Sent my wife to look for a CPO MB for herself. Kerry treated her very Professional and fair.Phil (sales manager) assisted with any questions she had.Both did an outstanding job. All of the sales staff has been very friendly towards us since we walked in the door. Even with after purchase questions, Kerry and Phil have stood behind the product.We have used the Tom Masano MB service department in the past and have also been very pleased with their work.I plan to purchase my next MB from Kerry soon; I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a new or CPO MB

This is the second Mercedes i have bought from Masano and the reason i did was because of my salesman Neal Fleischood. He made my car buying experience truly enjoyable and stressfree! Neal is honest, knowledgeble and always willing to go the extra mile to help a customer. I love my car and i would have never been able to get her if it wasn't for Neal!

This was a shopping experience wherenI had no pressure to secured a car with any urgency. I drove many vehicles, both foreign and domestic and was exposed to many salespeople. Nothing else came close to my experience with Mr. Fleischood. He was knowledgeable, helpful without being imposing, and extremely accommodating during my shopping experience. The car is nothing short of awesome.

I had a bad experience with the super center on lanc. ave, i had posted about my experience, the salesman called and wanted to resolve the issues i had ans apologized for the mishaps. so i let go as just a bad experience on both sides. so i re wrote my review to satisfy the manager who called me. he promised he would do everything they can to help me and make right on there foul ups. whenever i called to check on anything since that day, i had nothing but grief and headaches. i wouldnt recommend the entire masano dealerships to anyone. oh and not to mention, my sister had bought an 05' grand cherokee from the dealership on 09' with only 41,000 miles. currently has 55,000 miles. to date she has replaced the trans($4,000)rear($1,500) front hub assemblies($700 combined). E Brake cable and rear brakes. she also had the car in for one of there free inspections, they came to her with a $1,000 estimate to fix, took it to two other garages for second opinions, one being $250, and the other $300.. save yourself the trouble of dealing with this dealershipthey also told me the finance company requires gap insurance and extended warranties on all vehicles. i was gonna put half down on the car, so i didnt undrestand why gap would have been needed, after calling the finance company directly i was told its not required and they will try to push them on you so they make money off of it. after telling the finance manager this, all my problems started at the dealership

On the recommendation of a friend, I traveled out of my immediate home area to meet with Neal Fleischood at Tom Masano Mercedes Benz. My experience from start to finish was first rate, and both Neal and his colleagues made the process reassuring and easy. They clearly focus on the quality of the fleet, without any pressure, hype or gimicky sales talk. After making the initial decision to purchase, the entire staff from the financing people to the maintenance/service staff were completely attentive and very eager to answer my questions.This was my first Mercedes purchase, but the experience at Masano will bring me back again, I'm certain.

This was by far the most pleasurable car buying experience I have had. The salesperson was friendly,knowledgable, and responsive. The sales process was fair and without pressure. I've been to other Mercedes dealers who treat you like your inferior. They have a great product that sells itself. I would definitely do business with Masano again!!!

We would highly recommend Tom Massano to anyone looking to purchase a Mercedes. Customer service is excellent. Our salesperson was very thorough when showing us the features on the car and how to use them, and he followed up afterward to make sure we didn't have any questions.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! I brought my S600 there just for an estimate of repair work to be done. Well, when they backed my car up to bring it into the shop, they crashed it into a concrete lamp post. Then a few days later when they were done looking at the car they gave me a bill of $709.00 just for looking at my car! They did not do any work to the car & the estimate said I needed $11,000 worth of work done, but when I brought it somewhere else for a 2nd opinion (a very reputable Mercedes Benz specialist), here I didn't need anything that Tom Masano's said I did. Everything was fixable by reseting some codes in the computer! Then they said they would call when the parts came in to fix the back end of my car, of which they crashed,and never did. I called back 4 weeks later and they said the part has been in for weeks! Now I'm going to be without my car for who know how long with no compensation. I will NEVER go back there!!!!!

Awesome dealership experience. Been dealing with Neal Fleischood for years and he hasalways done a terrific job. Neal is knowledgable and takes the time to fully explain the vehicle. Price was right and everything promised was handled. Highly recommend Neal and Tom Masano's.

I have been doing business with Masano group for over 15 years. I started looking in October for a new Mercedes, and was not sure for several weeks whether to go with the S class or the E class. The dealership was patient, never pressured me and allowed me to keep going back to keep testing the various models and ask all my questions. I ended up ordering a new S550 in December for March delivery. I dealt with Dottie and Phil primarily for the purchase, and Dottie and Neil both helped me with the delivery, and Rob walked me through all the final paperwork. I found all four very knowledgeable and professional in dealing with me. NO BS, down to earth, straight shooters so to speak.The car is absolutely better than I could have imagined. I have no regrets that I didn't go with the E class. Dottie and Phil and Neil all hinted that the S class would satisfy the objectives of what I was looking for and they were absolutely right! I am so glad I listened to them.

My wife and I went in to look at a couple vehicles that i had seen on their website. The sales person was actually very nice and everything was fine until the preowned vehicle manager Phil showed up. He practically marched my wife and I out and would not even allow us to make a offer on the vehicle we liked....this was the worst experience i ever had especially considering it was a manager not to mention the auto market in general. Neither my wife nor i insulted anyone in anyway and i would be willing to call on the original sales person to testify to that....Phil if u read this im not sure what your angle is by taking the vehicles to auction especially since a week later i was at the auction and you only got a high bid of $3,600.00 you did not sell the car and it went to the auction the next week and it was less then the first time eventually you got the $3,600.00 after 2 weeks i was willing to offer $4,000.00 when i was on your lot for that same car 3 weeks prior...i seriously think it might be time for retirement Phil!!!!!!!!!!! I would still recommend the dealership as a whole.

Neal did an excellent job of explaining all aspects of my new E550 Mercedes sedan. He want over all features of the navigation system, radio. After that he programed my cell phone to work with the blue tooth system. He also programed my garage door opener before I departed the dealership. This is a very good and professional salesman.

This was the third vehicle we acquired through Neal, so there is obviously a reason we continue to ask for him. He is attentive and responsive, and does whatever it takes to get the answers we need in order to make an educated decision. In addition, Neal is extremely knowledgeable about all Mercedes products.

I have dealt w/ this dealership for 31 years. I have purchased most of my Mercedes Benz vehicles new from this dealer as well as had them all serviced there. I am extemely particular & all of the people that I deal with at Tom Masano are pleasant & helpful. If it were not for this dealership I would not probably drive Mercedes cars. I hope they enjoy me as much as I enjoy them.

The reason I have given the rating I have given is because of the over-all positive experience of purchasing a new car. That experience can be stressful, but Neil was very helpful explaining the procedure.Additionally, the car arrived in a timely fashion which is very important in planning.

Competent, competitive, fast and friendly - How much better can it get? I have bought four cars from Tom Masano Mercedes Benz in the past, 3 S-Class and 1 Cl-Class, and have always had the best experience with Neal Fleischood. I have one new S-Class on order and intend to order the new Cl-Class with him as soon as it is available this summer.

I have worked with this dealership for three decades. My first visit was an emergency occasioned by the manual shift stem breaking away from the gear box. Masano welded the piece and I was on my way within 30 minutes. Since that first encounter, I have found this dealership to be honest, accurate with information, and readily available. JPB

Neal & Phil have helped us with the purchase of 2 Mercedes Benzes so far, and probably a few more in the future. They are good honest guys. We visited the dealership last night and test drove a "Certified Used" Mercedes E350. The interior of the car was filthy and obviously hadn't been cleaned prior to being put on the lot. The car had a light colored interior and the seat belts were stained and black on the edges, there were big black and brown scuffs all over each of the doors, the back seats were dirty, and the leather on the back of the driver's seat was torn, etc. When we asked about it, they said that they don't detail the cars until they're sold. My understanding of Mercedes certified pre-owned designation left me to believe that the cars should be pristine when shown. We were uncomfortable with their level of professionalsm, and although the salesperson we worked with (Kerry Stone) did a good job of explaining features, etc. the sales manager (Phil Hart)insulted us. When we got down to pricing, they weren't willing to offer us the price we wanted for our trade-in vehicle, so we decided to mull things over for a few days. Meanwhile today, while I was looking at Mercedes' Certified Pre-owned site, I noticed Tom Massano had this vehicle listed for the exact price they offered us AFTER they deducted our trade-in value! They marked the car up in the amount they were going to offer us for our trade-in... basically, we would have been paying them for their car AND OURS!Watch out, there's a reason they might be cheaper than the other dealers - because they pull stuff like this to make up the difference!

This dealer is a total scammer. The service dept will rip you off and they will try and wiggle out of EVERY warranty issue.They will even lie about what is wrong with your car and try and charge HUGE repair bill.Whatch out for the "BAD Gas" scam...this stealer is known for this and will try and blame engine problems on bad gas so they don't have to pay for the repair.Do not EVER!! do business with this stealership they will rip you off on both the sales side and the service side.
