Could not ask for a better car buying experience. From start to finish there was no pressure or apprehension. Me and my husband had been carpooling for 8 months after his car died and have visited multiple dealerships in that time trying to find a replacement vehicle. I hated these outings because there was always pressure, haggling, and incessant follow up from the cars salesmen when we decided not to go with the vehicle, not to mention the shift in personalities when we told them that this is a big decision we just needed to speak about it together alone before committing. At Tomilson we drove up , looked around, saw the vehicle we wanted to drive, went and got the keys, test drove it alone , came back sat down went over the paperwork, went to the bank, came back and had our new ride in less than two hours - need I mention it was a bout a 30 minute test drive. The no dealership fees is an added plus, but the best thing about this experience was the staff. A special thank you to Jon Valentine who took care of all our paperwork, it was truly a pleasure doing business with Tomilson Motors!

I recently took my wife 2007 Toyota Solara for service and the Service Department did an excellent job. The service was done in excellent time and the price was great in comparison with the Toyota Dealership. The staff is very knowledgeable in all parts and work. Also, the staff are very professional, friendly and candid. I will recommend Tomlinson Motor Company for any service to be done on any car. Thanks for the service well done.

From start to finish Tomlinson made the car buying process so easy!! I saw a few cars online I was interested in so I came to test drive and they made me feel "at home." I called the next day to inform them of my interest in a very well priced used Honda and they were more than willing to answer ALL my questions (and might I add, I called at least 5 times). I was nervous because a few months prior a friend of mine had a used car sold right out from under her at another used car lot. Tomlinson said "No Way," they put a hold on the car immediately and for ~4 days went back and forth to help me get my loan, trade-in, and everything settled!! I have NOTHING but praise for Tomlinson, especially Bill Carter!!! I HIGHLY recommend Tomlinson to all!!

I have shopped at quite a few dealerships all over the country. Although I left more often than not having purchased a vehicle; I also walked away from each of those experiences with a bonus feeling of, "I just got so screwed." I have to say that for the first time ever shopping for a car did not feel like that so special experience given at a run of the mill dealership. When I say this I am referring to my personal visualization of being lined up in front of a firing squad (here is where you would insert your own personal horror).So having left the previous night shaking, I woke up the next morning to only expect more of the same. Walking into this dealership is akin to walking into a coffee shop on a Sunday afternoon. If a car dealership could be a spa this would be the place. If purchasing a car would be like eating a sundae, extra nuts please! Salesman were like librarians. I actually test drove a vehicle w/o the nonstop repetitive jargon of, "how do you like it?" I happily purchased my vehicle and drove it home. Still no PTSD. To avoid "trauma, drama", I will shop here in the future.

I priced cars online all over the state and found they beat most prices on cars by almost $2,000 AND without a dealer fee! The vehicles there are very clean, well maintained and without the "run around" you get from most dealerships, Tomlinson Motors is a breath of fresh air in the car buying industry. Without a doubt we will be back...even the drive from Jacksonville to Gainesville is worth it!

My first contact was with Sales Mgr. Mike Brewster via email & phone. Mike was excellent to deal with and was fully accommodating answering all my questions, etc. One trip to Gainesville and we made the deal and it was well worth the 1 hour drive. I will be doing business with these folks from now on.

Recently purchased a 2013 Mazda6 from Mike Brewser & Co. at Tomlinson Motor Company after moving into the Jacksonville area. I initially stuck to more local dealerships but ran into a mix of pushy salespeople/not being able to find what I liked - eventually came across the Tomlinson website and called to see if I could possibly come check the car out. Mike was extremely honest and helpful, especially in working with me as I had to make the 1.5-2 hour drive out there. I didn't expect to make my decision on the spot but the combination of unbelievable service (they also drove me to the local enterprise to return my car so I wouldn't have to figure out delivery - which is also readily available), honesty in pricing and lack of dealer fees made it easy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone - don't let the drive scare you off if you're not local, it's well worth it.

My hat comes off to this "Top-Notch" Company. This was the most Professional group of folks my wife and I have had the privilege of doing business with. Everything was geared toward customer satisfaction. Mr. Bill Carter was especially easy to communicate with and provided us with a complete, detailed understanding of the Buying process and made it easy for us. It was refreshing to deal with a Company with such "Down-home" friendliness and honesty. It doesn't get any better than this!!!!!

I wanted a specific car and color (Infiniti Q50) and Tomlinson was the only one in the state that had it. I inquired through Cars.com, and did my research on the dealership. I got a call back that day, filled out the online credit application, and had the deal worked up before I left. I was told what to bring and I made the 2 hour trip. Everything was as advertised, no last minute changes. Car was already priced right and with no dealer fee. It was definitely worth the drive.

Let me start by saying how I found out about this specific dealership. My sister purchased a car here years ago and said out of all the places she has ever gone she wouldn't want me to go any where else. How could I say no to that. I went to Tomlinson to check out their options and fell in love with a Dodge they had. I was still unsure and wanted to go see other dealers. This was a waste of my time because all I found their way over priced cars and sales man just trying to make a buck. I returned back to Tomlinson right away and was very pleased with my service. The Sales Associate that helped me through my experience was Mike Brewster. He was fa-nominal in every area. He got me the best deal I could have asked for and treated me as a person with respect. I never felt at any point he was just trying to make money off me but he really had me at his best interest. I am very appreciative of Mike and this company for all their help and I am happy to say I love my car!!

I had been looking for a particular Toyota Rav4 with low miles for quite a while, and I was able to find it at Tomlinson, down to the exact color! The staff were not pushy and I felt relaxed while looking at the vehicles. Bill made the buying process easy and I drove away as a very satisfied customer. We visited Tomlinson motor company after my brother purchased a truck from them and told us of the great service and fair price he received from them. After 2 visits to their lot, and no pressure from any staff member there, we traded our 2013 Ford Fusion and received a very fair trade in price on a vehicle we had only owned 11 months. We purchased a 2013 Chrysler Town and Country van with low miles for a very good price. Mike Brewster was wonderful and handled everything for us...we highly recommend you look him up and visit Tomlinson MC next time you need a vehicle. They have many makes and models to choose from. We could not be more pleased with our vehicle or the service we received.

It was a great experience - a large selection of clean used cars (including the hard-to-find one that I was looking for specifically), no salespeople hovering over me, no haggling on price. The staff was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I drove away relaxed and happy something I cannot say about previous car-buying experiences elsewhere.

I drove 75 miles to look at the car and it was exactly what I was looking for. I like the no hidden charges, the advertise price is what I paid. Tomlinson also has a repair garage and oil changes. I would recommend them to my friends.

I have purchased my last three vehicles from Tomlinson Motors and will never purchase anywhere else. The sales people are all very professional and extremely courteous. I'm able to browse their selection, ask questions, test drive multiple vehicles and I'm never pressured in any way by the sales team. The way I'm treated by the service department makes me feel like I'm at a BMW or Mercedes dealer - AND their prices are extremely fair and reasonable! I'm a huge fan and recommend to all my friends, family, coworkers to shop at Tomlinson.

Between my family, friends and myself, we have effortlessly & economically (best price) purchased over 14 cars from Tomlinson Motors. Trade-in's are great and you really receive a fair trade for what your car is worth. I have always been extremely satisfied with how they treat me before and moreover, after the purchase. Their Service Department is outstanding as well...all staff members are courteous and extremely helpful. If what you are looking for is not on the lot, JD will find it! I know no other car dealer who does this. I recommend them to everyone I know...whether they are looking for a new or used car!! These guys are the BEST!!!
