The buying process was extremely frustrating and my dealer was obviously new, inexperienced, and needed to work on his professionalism and communication. Having said that, after speaking with a manager, everything was set right by me and handled to my satisfaction.

It is Saturday morning. I made an appointment to have my free 10K service performed on my Toyota. I sat in the car for ten minutes before I handed it over. The car sat in the Service Drive for 34 minutes with the blinkers on. It is now 75 since I arrived and I am still sitting here. For an oil change. I see staff talking amongst themselves, cellphones out, etc. I would recommend you never come here for service.

I bought my first Toyota at Tony Divino a few years ago and came back for an upgrade. We were greeted by Tyler Peterson and immediately felt at ease and not pressured. I test drove a couple cars and thought I found what I wanted although needed to think about it overnight. The next day Tyler called me and said that car was sold soon after I left. He had another similar car available although the interior was not the color I would be happy with and so Tyler located the same car I wanted at a different dealership and drove there to pick it up. He delivered it to me that same day and it was perfect. Tyler kept me up to date in each step of purchasing a new car and was delightful to work with. When sitting in the lobby at Tony Divino, I noticed the employees working with customers were happy and helpful - even the Finance Office was very pleasant. If anyone is out looking for a car, start at Tony Divino and ask for Tyler Peterson.

After a previous car-buying experience at a Toyota Dealership in Salt Lake City, I was a little wary of buying my next Toyota. Through the Costco Auto Program, I was referred to Tony Divino in Riverdale. Tony Divino and James Guthrie (my sales person) changed my opinion about the car-buying experience. Right off, Jessica Kroll - POC for the Costco Auto Program - showed me the price they paid for the vehicle and then the Costco price. There wasn't any need to haggle or negotiate or play any kind of games. All the information was offered and disclosed right up front (I didn't even have to ask). I had previously been to a Toyota Dealership in Draper and found Tony Divino's prices to be thousands of dollars less than theirs. James was wonderful and answered all my questions. He had a calm, relaxing tone that took away the stress and edge of buying a new vehicle. He was courteous and even brought my daughter and son coloring books and crayons. He patiently answered all my questions and walked me through the new computer options in my new vehicle - even helping me synch my voice to the vehicle's voice recognition program. My car-buying experience was excellent, and I highly recommend Tony Divino and working with James Guthrie. I was also very pleased with their association with the Costco Auto Program. Tony Divino's partnership with Costco and having transparency in costs was very refreshing.

I loved the service they gave me! Traded in my old dodge dakota that has given me trouble over the years and they understand my problems, especially with my credit not being so good, but their willingness to help me out with that and go the extra mile and put me in a very nice and beautiful Camry with an amazing Toyota Certified used car warranty thats good nationwide especially since I'll be moving to So. Cal! I definitely recommend everyone to go to them and check out the awesome cars and trucks! Thank you guys so much!

We had the most wonderful experience with Tony Divino Toyota for the fourth time in a row!!! Jessica, our online expert went above and beyond to help us with finding our perfect RAV4 and also worked her magic to obtain our ideal price (all before we even set foot on the dealership grounds), Lee, our sales agent was extremely knowledgeable, honest and friendly, and of course, Chris, who helped us with the final financing paperwork - always somehow turns that portion of the car buying process into a fun one! We hope to keep our RAV4 for a long time, but will always return to Tony Divino Toyota for future service and purchases. Thank you so much! If I can give you 20 stars, I would!

We bought a 2015 Tacoma from Tony Divino In January, we has a clear bra installed at that time. It began to yellow I called and go an appointment to bring it in. They also saw the yellowing on the bra. They took it off and gave us a full refund, which did not surprise me, because Tony Divino is the most honest dealership in this area. He has greatest employees in the business. Each one of them treat you with respect and truly care about their customers. In our eyes they are the best you can get !

I got to the dealership at 12:30 pm . I took two cars for a test drive . I liked the second one. So I ask to take to my mechanic. He checked it out said looked good. Got back to the place by 2 then it took tell 7:30 pm to get it all done .it just drug out to long and was a night mare. The sells person ( to remain nameless)threw a fit twice so we had to be held by a manager. Please not something I would ever want to repeat.

We take my Toyota FRS to this dealer to change lube and they break my rearview mirror and don't want to fix it we complain in toyota corporation and will see what happen but check your car take picture and then give tem for repair

Tom Crappe was patient, knowledgeable about the merchandise we were interested in and, overall, a great salesperson. We didn't buy the truck we liked due to financial reasons at this time but if we do decide to purchase any vehicle, we would most certainly ask that Tom assist us. We had never been to Tony Divino but saw many traveling automobiles with his name on them. My husband and I were very impressed with the dealership as well as the personnel and car/truck inventory. Thanks for this experience.

Had Outstanding service from Fred Jensen at Tony Divino in Riverdale.. Ordered a 2015 Highlander which took a quick few weeks for delivery and Fred kept us updated at every move in the process. We were so impressed we went back and bought a 2015 Tundra from Fred too. He was awesome, dedicated to provide the best customer service, and truly had our wants and needs exceeded. We drove from Idaho to buy a car from this dealer. The ad price was excellent so we had some apprehension on what to expect from the car and the dealer, seemed to good to be true. We was totally surprised by the first class service and all was as advertised with the car. This was the best buying experience we have ever had! Felt like royalty. Saved a bundle of money and was very worth the time and effort to travel three hours to buy from this dealer. I like that they are willing to give a free car fax on their vehicles. Immaculate facility and a great staff. There was absolutely no pressure and we were free to test drive, inspect and discuss if this was the right car for us before the sales person even asked was if this was something we would like to purchase. Thanks Art!! All of you were great. Bought a pre-owned 2013 Subaru Legacy with some factory warranty left on it. Could not be happier with the car or the buying experience.

I highly recomend Tony Divino from buying a car all the way through service..My sales proffesional was Ron Vargas Even though I could only buy used. I was never talked down to as a matter of fact I felt as if I was buying a top of the line new car.Since Im handycapted Don made sure the car was right for me.I got top dollar for my trade in. Now the financing part. Don Rollins got me financed through a Credit Union in Colorado were he is from and a payment that I can live with. Even the reseptionest don't let you stand around long. I'm speaking of Alex and Serinity. And thank you Tony for having top shelf people working for you. I'll be back!

I bought a car from Tony Divino in Riverdale. The process was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I felt they were being up front and honest through the entire process. They gave us a great price and were very fair with our trade-in. All the employees we met were friendly and helpful. When we need another car I will definitely go back.

It looks like they spent a lot of money to show you how big and awesome they are, but didn't care about providing information. We called prior to coming to the Dealership so they would know exactly what vehicle we were interested in. When we arrived they didn't have any of the information on the vehicle and acted like it was a big problem to look it up. This is the second time I have looked for a vehicle there since purchasing a Corolla in 2001. I will not be going back. Toyota may make good vehicles, but Tony Divino does not make a good buying experience.

Great experience at Tony Divino! Shawn helped us out, no pressure, he was up front and honest. We went there a bit cynical, but we felt like we got the deal we wanted and that we were in control. Repairs were handled painlessly and flawless, no questions asked......great customer service, I will be going back when were ready to buy again.

I got a great deal from the internet sales consultant Dennis "DD" King. He beat other dealers internet prices, had the car I wanted, and put the financing together in-house so that I was able to get a great new car at a great price. I would highly recommend this dealer and the new Toyota Prius C!
