I got to know my sales rep, Corey McMillen, from his time as a student in my university program. He approached his academics like it was his profession and his work ethic was already impressive. I knew Corey was planning to work for Toothman Ford Sales upon his graduation, so when I thought about looking for a new (to me) automobile, he was my first call. I wanted to go with an American auto and stay in budget but still get my criteria checked off. I was able to do all that I wanted to do with a 2013 Escape. But the real deal was working with all the people at Toothman Ford. Everyone there treated me like I was already a customer for many years. And, while I have only had the Escape for two weeks, I expect my time as a customer for many years will come to pass. The Escape is all I expected and the follow up with Ford Motors on my extended warranty has been terrific. In my opinion, Toothman Ford made the right decision with Corey and I made the right decision with Toothman Sales and Ford Motors!Thanks to Corey and Toothman Ford!

This dealership did such an amazing job at helping me finance my first car. We came in with a few issues since the car I had an appointment for was actually gone and I wasn't told over the phone that morning by their customer service rep. But that was the only negative! I found the perfect car I was looking for. It went so easy and smooth that I honestly had nothing to cringe or worry about. It was a great experience for coming straight out of college and buying a car!

Found a used car online at Toothman. Dealer offered the car at a great price with only a $175 doc fee (state minimum). Other dealers charged as much as $700 in title/doc fees. Put down a deposit via credit card over the phone. Drove 6 hours each way. Dealer had installed new battery, changed the oil/filters and done a 4 wheel alignment. Tyler gave my son a hand setting up the bluetooth and got us in and out the door in less than an hour. Can't speak for others, but we had a great experience at Toothman.

Beyond being professional, courteous and knowledgeable, the entire staff is "personable", something you don't see much of these days. Never once did I hear "Here's what WE can do". It was all "what do YOU want to do? No haggling, no pressure, no hesitation to resolve any issue. One of the main reasons I went to Toothman Ford was their radio commercial. I recently bought a 2014 Dodge Charger SXT from Toothman. I got an excellent deal. It was certified and a new WV inspection sticker. When I went to get it inspected it failed because of no license plate light. Not a big deal but it wasn't the bulb. I had to purchase a new wiring bulb socket and install it. Other than that, I felt like we got a great deal. It drives great.

This was right before they were having their "hail sale", so they were very busy working on all of that and having people coming in to ask questions and get information on the sale, as well as buying undamaged vehicles that weren't part of that sale. They were prompt to get us in our truck to test drive and were very helpful and thorough with the buying process. Not only did they provide excellent customer service to us but we noticed that everyone else who where in and out of the dealership while we were there were helped out as equally well. We definitely plan to continue using Toothman for service, and I recommend Danny Leach to work with! He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle we were interested in and was very helpful with the buying process and working with the payment range we were hoping to stay in! Bob Insani was very helpful and answered all questions we had about financing, extended warranties, gap insurance, and more!

I was pleased with the no-hassle sales tactics and the quality of their vehicles. Danny was honest and down-to-earth. We didn't feel pressured at all. For several weeks I had been speaking with Courtney about several used vehicles this dealership advertised online. I finally narrowed my search to a 2013 Ford Escape and a 2014 Ford Escape. Since the drive for me is greater than an hour I called first to let them know I was coming. Upon arrival I was told the 2013 was in their detail shop but was 2 miles away and they would run and get it for me. After a lengthy wait; I was told the 2013 had not yet arrived from the auction in which they purchased it. When I inquired about the 2014; I was told it was in detail but to dirty to even show me. BLATANT LIES. I later learned that the pictures they post online are not even of their used vehicle inventory. Rather they are stock photos that anyone can download online. While I am certain that there are some honest people working here; the dishonest ones to avoid are Courtney, Shaela and Donny. They will tell you that the recent hail damage has delayed their receipt of inventory for 10-13 days. Still no excuse for their dishonesty in leading me to believe that at least one of the vehicles I was looking at was available (for several weeks). Maybe they advertised vehicles should have a "Coming Soon" banner. This dealership screams BAIT and SWITCH to me!!!

I found several cars on the website and was able to get a good idea on what I was going to look at when I drove down to the dealership. The website has great images and gives the info on the car's ownership and crash history. All of the used cars were in great shape and they had a wide selection. The sales team (I worked with Corey) are up front and don't pressure you on a sale. We ran Corey around for about an hour looking at different cars and narrowed it down to one. We test dove it and looked it over and it was professionally detailed and in perfect condition. We are very happy with our new (used) car!

I dealt with Sam Gerkin who treated me with a great deal of respect and found exactly what I was looking for with a 2008 Taurus. I was approved for a loan through a bank that I had applied with, and decided to go in and see what all we could do about purchasing a vehicle. I went in with a somewhat hesitant and pessimistic attitude, because of my bad experiences elsewhere and re-establishing my credit. I arrived at 6 pm, and I talked to Seth Elsey. He wrote down some of my info, and went to talk to Robert Insani about financing a vehicle. With the loan I was looking at, I was going to be charged 19.9% APR and my payments were going to be $400 give or take a month! Seth and Robert made another call to a different bank, and they were able to finance me with a 9.9% APR and significantly lower my payments! I walked out of there around 7:45 pm, with my 2013 Nissan Rogue; in shock and disbelief this was actually happening. I was so excited, and incredibly happy. I seriously cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Toothman Ford.

Everyone here is so nice. You somewhat feel like family. We went to one of Toothman Ford's competitors the weekend before we came to Toothman's. They did not work with us at all. They jack up their prices so they can give you a better "deal" on your vehicle. When we came to Toothman, you can't beat their prices. They treat you like family, not just an average Joe off the street. I found a vehicle I liked, I was worried about the tires on the vehicle and they threw in new tires.Took the car back that week, they changed the oil, tires, and detailed it for me again. They definitely want to make you happy so you keep coming back. When it comes time for another vehicle, I will go to Toothman Ford first.

Salesman seemed uninterested in the sale. Luggage privacy screen was from another model of jeep. Was told to bring the car back and have it looked at, then when I had arrived (an hour's drive away) they said there was nothing they could do, so I informed them I was going to the jeep dealership down the road. Was just given a customer satisfaction survey at the end of March, when I purchased the car In mid December. Lights went out in dash of jeep already, had to have it repaired. Was pressured to get the expensive Ford used car protection plan before Jan 1, when people usually have 30 days to decide. Found a much better price for warranty from Jeep.

I was called by a lady on a thursday night from toothman ford. she told me they were having one of those push pull or tow sales. she asked if i owned a car and i said yes. i told her it was a pt cruiser with high miles and in rough shape. she asked if i wanted to come in and use my car as a trade and that they would value my car and see what they could do. i told her i had a bad experience 2 yrs ago with a salesman there. i walked in to see if i could trade a truck in and get a used vehicle to fix my credit. i told them then i had bad credit. he told me that it would take some time to check on things and to go home and he would call and he never did. she said they would do better this time....... i went in at the time they set which was 9:30am. i saw my name on a VIP list. the manager came up to me and asked if i could be helped. i told him i had a 930 am appointment. he told me i should go and look at the used cars and he would send someone to see me. i did so............ i was loking at used cars and a salesman walked up to me and asked if he could help.... he was very cold as if he didnt want to be there. it made me feel like i was a bother. he asked what did i want. i said i was called in to see about trading my car in and getting another vehicle. he replied that banks dont take cars as down payment. he then asked if i had money to put down and i said no, just my car. he asked what payments i could afford and i replied under 200.00. he shock his head. i told him my credit was bad. and he said ok. we went inside and he ran my name and saw i was there 2 yrs prior. he then disappeared to the back of the show room and in 10 minutes he came out and said" heres your credit report....we cant help you unless we have money down". he shook my hand and i left. He didnt even look at my car. Why is it that these big car dealerships call people in and then make them feel like they are lower than low as soon as they find out they have no cash down? if i walked in there with 30,000 on hand, they would have rolled out the red carpet. yes i have bad credit....i have had 3 heart attacks with no insurance.... wife has battled illness all her life.... we made some stupid choices when we were young. yes i know my credit was bad.... im trying to fix it but i hit brick walls everywhere i go. i saw several very used cars on the lot and instead of selling them at auction for pennies, they could sell one to me with low interest and help me re-establish my credit. nope! they want to charge you with 25% interest and set you up with payments you cant afford and set you up for failure. Some day i will fix my life right and i will have money to buy a car. i have bought 2 on my own with hard work. i will never ever go to toothman ford again even if i had tons of cash. if you are poor and you have had some struggles with your life.....dont go to toothmans. they want rich..well credit people only. i hate being made to look like a piece of trash and to be treated like im not worth my time. i have gone to 2 other places and was treated 100X better. i even came close to walking out with a used truck but i couldnt afford the 25% interest. shame on the big car dealerships...they forgot where they came from.

This search for a used Ford started on the Internet. Toothman Ford had the most painless search as any I looked at. Also, the prices were more than competitive. On entering the dealership, I was introduced to Seth Elsey, a most personable young man, who brought me in, asked it I needed coffee or something else to drink. I told him I was the one who had talked with him about the 2009 Escape. To my surprise, he had it parked in front of the dealership, and after a short test drive, and completing the transaction, I owned the car. He had a good sense of humor.The man doing the finance needs to learn more about the cars sold as he could really mess someone. We got a Kia at this Ford dealer and the finance guy tried to get us to buy an extended warrently not realizing or realizing and being dishonest that Kias give you 10 years 100,000 miles of warrenty on the car not the first time purchaser so if I had not had a Kia before and known this,I could have gotten jipped buying say 3 years of warranty for something already covered. The car is working well. No issues with it, the main thing!!!!

My salesman (Tyler) was a great guy, who was willing to help whenever possible. He tracked down a second key for my Ford Escape even after the sale was complete. Definitely request him when buying from Toothman. Secondly, after doing a good bit of research on the model and features I wanted, Toothman had the best prices...by far. The one downfall was the amount they gave me for my trade-in, but I did not realize my 4wd until they inspected it. However, even with the lower trade-in given, the price was significantly cheaper than others in the area. Overall, the sale was a good one.

Rob patiently explained the extended warranty options in language both informative and easy to understand. Neither of these gentlemen came across as fake or pushy.

I recently bought a jeep at Toothman in grafton. I had seen a jeep online and put a request for them to call me. The very next morning I received a call from Tyler. He was professional, nice, and easy to deal with. Over the next week we stayed in touch and I ended up buying another jeep that was on the lot. I have always been a Ford guy. After three days of searching the "net" I knew exactly what I wanted, an Eddie Bauer Explorer. After another day of searching, I found (from New York to Florida) 8 or 9 that were worth consideration. The best of the lot was at Toothman Ford. All the other dealers I contacted left me with the impression that they wanted to sell me a car, any car. When I spoke to Sam at Toothman, I got the impression that he wanted to help me find the car that I wanted and he would do everything he could to make that happen. Sam contacted me the next day and described the car he had. It was EXACTLY what I was looking for. Sight unseen, based on what Sam described, I put a deposit on the car. My neighbor drove me 2 1/2 hours to Toothman. When I saw the car, I couldn't believe it. It was pristine, mint, like it had just come off the showroom floor. It's very unethical to have employees use vehicles for sale as their own personal vehicles when that means the car purchased has several thousand miles more than shown (pictured) in posting. While the price was good, they are nothing special and not worth going out of your way.

Seth was very friendly and courteous. No pressure to test drive or purchase. I went online to view used vehicles around the area. Toothman's was the third website I viewed and found a vehicle I could live with as to reliability and price. Within seconds of inquiring about the availability of the car I received an email from JR Toothman thanking me for looking at the site and then Seth Elsey contacted me and asked me to call if I had any questions. Then he followed up with a very nice phone call. This was not my first deal with Toothman Ford sales. We traded in the 1998 Taurus we bought from Toothman in August of 1998. The sales representative was very professional and personable. He gave us space to talk, test drive, and make a decision without being pushy or hovering over us, but was also right there when we had questions. I felt like a person and not just another sale. We weren't able to get there until later in the day, but they were very accommodating by staying there well past their close time of 7pm so we had enough time to test drive a few vehicles before making a decision. We drove a total of 5 hours to this dealership and it was well worth it! I will definitely go to Toothman Ford when we need to purchase another vehicle.

We were really nervous as this was our first time experience buying a car from a dealer and you hear lots of horror stories on the web. But Danny Leach made our car buying experience something to cherish. It started with keeping the store open for more than 1 hour of their usual closing time to accommodate us as we were travelling from Morgantown. When we reached there he clearly explained the functionalities of the car and we went on a great test drive and throughout the process he did not pressure us into buying it that day itself. When we decided to buy the car the next day he made our work so easy by taking care of everything. But the best feeling came when after we have finished buying the car and leaving the dealership he spent 30 minutes explaining all the aspects of the car again and connected our smart phone to the car's bluetooth so that we could enjoy listening to music while driving back..

I live 5 states away, in Augusta, Ga. I found a car I liked online. I was able to call and talk to a salesman, Sam, who looked at the car for me, told me about it, worked out the deal and had everything ready to go for me. I appreciated the willingness of the sales staff to allow me to explore my choices more fully, and test drive multiple cars. They were also quite efficient, and made the paperwork very easy. I have tried to buy a car here three times previously, but due to one factor or another, some not within the control of the dealership (i.e. car no longer available, etc.), we hadn't completed a transaction successfully. I would offer the same advice; don't give up on Toothman Ford if you haven't been able to complete a sale in the past, or reach a deal previously.

Im very satisfied with the service I received at Toothman. This is without a doubt the best experience I have had with any dealership. Being overseas makes it difficult to plan a car purchase but Danny was able to assist me from start to finish. Had I not received the prompt communication in the beginning, I could have easily looked elsewhere but this gentleman was spot on. Furthermore, the website was excellent and the information was well listed. So many others lazily post OEM photos and specifications which is useless when buying s specific vehicle. My only regret is that I wish I would have found Toothman Ford many years ago.

We had a wonderful experience dealing with Toothman Ford in Grafton, WV. We called Toothman Ford early on a Tuesday morning to let them know we were interested in looking at a car, and by Tuesday night they had the car washed and cleaned by the time we got there, and I believe that was the deal breaker because we weren't planning on buying anything that night, just looking is all. We were greeted by our salesman and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles that we were interested in and he was very friendly. Everyone throughout the whole process was very interested in answering all of our questions and being there if we needed or wanted anything. This is the second vehicle I've purchased from here, both times they're kinda just there until you get approved then they are your best friend. Not saying it was bad just saying more could be done not to feel like just another number. The guy that we actually signed the papers for got an attitude when we declined the extended warranty after declining it several times, I don't know if it was because it was late but I almost said forget it and walked out (Granted I was getting a little bit of an attitude after saying no at least 4 times). Other than that it was decent, not the best and definitely not the worst I've been treated.(Update)I just got off the phone with Brian and he apologized several times, assured me that the problems would be remedied, and didn't make any excuses (which I appreciate the most) for the behavior. I just want to say that I will most likely be going back for my next purchases I just saw where some things might be improved or corrected.

First off, my review is going to be a little more wordy than the average review because I write for a magazine and am a little verbose. My apologies in advance to non-readers lol...I had been looking for a newer truck for quite a while, and found myself at Toothman Ford after I located a Ram in my price range utilizing the website. I greatly appreciated that the dealership was very forthcoming with ALL of the stats for every car they are offering, rather than play games with potential buyers by putting things like "Call for Price" or "Call for Mileage". Quite honestly, I likely would not have come to Toothman had they not provided this information simply because its just slightly "out of sight, out of mind" for me as I live in Fairmont.When I arrived on the lot, I was greeted by Seth Elsey, who kindly answered all questions I had about the Ram I ended up buying and another truck that I had also been considering from online. He offered a test drive, and I accepted. He rode with us, answering additional questions we had along the way. I didn't end up buying that day (a Saturday), but ultimately "slept on it" a couple of days before calling back on the following Tuesday to schedule another appointment to test drive it one more time before committing to purchase. Apparently, the truck I ultimately bought was being loaded on a tractor trailer for travel to an auto auction in Virginia. Thanks to Seth, he was able to get the truck back off of the auto carrier in the nick of time, or I wouldn't be writing this review. Ultimately, I ended up buying the Ram, but not before there was some general red tape that had to be dealt through before the purchase could be completed. Seth admitted to me that he was a newer employee (kudos for honesty to him...I greatly appreciate someone who is forthcoming about their experience rather than "faking it to make it" and just telling me what he thought I wanted to hear!), so he introduced me to Donnie McMillen who helped with negotiating the transaction. I was on the fence about trading in my 2003 Dodge Durango V8/4x4, but had it appraised anyway. First off, to be fair, the Durango did have a minor amount of damage to the bumper, but not to the point that it should have reduced the trade in price more than a couple of hundred dollars. Here is the first thing that caused me to choose only "four stars" instead of "five" in the rating... They gave me a lowball offer of $1000 for the Durango to begin. I had already discussed with family that if the trade in offer wasn't of a certain price, I would keep the Durango as a stand by vehicle for other family members who did not own a four wheel drive for use during the winter. Donnie saw my struggling to decide, then went up to $1500, for which I still didn't bite. He then offered $2000, which put me more on the fence, and finally $2200. I took it, only because I did want to reduce my payment. However, after it was all said and done, I did have some regret on letting it go, and here's why: I work for a financial institution, but because I really never dreamed I'd be making a deal soon, I didn't do the complete research on the value of the Durango. The NADA minimum trade in value for a Durango in less than perfect but still operating condition is $3000! My boss informed me of this the day after I made the purchase. This made me feel a little slighted after the fact (by about $800 to be exact ;) ). After the negotiation for the Durango was complete, I had noticed a small crack in the Ram's windshield on the test drive, and requested that the windshield be replaced as a condition of the purchase. An agreement was reached on this, so we moved forward. More on this in a moment...After the negotiation was complete, I was introduced to Robert Insani, who would take care of the financial paper work to complete the purchase. He fully explained everything that needed signed, and offered a 36,000 extended warranty agreement, which I accepted. The only complaint I have on this part is that I was told that they had checked for loan rates at multiple financial institutions, and the lowest interest rate I was offered was 5.3 percent from a larger bank that I had dealt with before (also, note that my credit score is above 800). I had assumed that they had checked all of the interest rates in the area, but unfortunately that was not the case. As I mentioned earlier, I work for a local financial institution which I told them when I was negotiating. I went into work the following morning, and a supervisor inquired about my new truck, and then asked which bank I went through and the interest rate, and after reviewing the rate tables based on credit score (btw, I do not receive a lower rate for being an employee...this is the rate for everyone!), discovered that our rate was 2.5%...less than half that of the other bank. Why wasn't I offered this? Why didn't they check? I ended up driving back that afternoon to re-sign everything. It was a minor inconvenience really, but still one that wouldn't have been necessary if it had been negotiated right to begin with. Lesson learned...research interest rates before going to the bargaining table. I take some blame for this since I didn't do this, but really, I shouldn't have to. Also, it wasn't an obscure thing where the dealership wasn't aware of my financial institution...they are very familiar with each other and work together often, per my supervisors who stated they are on a first name basis with the dealership. Almost done...! After the initial purchase was complete, a couple of weeks passed before I went back to get the windshield replaced. Unfortunately, another misunderstanding happened here: I had been under the impression that the windshield would be replaced by a "like-kind" piece of glass, which included a Ram logo near the rearview mirror. Even though this might seem like a frivolous extravagance to many, I assumed it would be inclusive of the Ram logo since that is standard on ALL Ram trucks...not a custom decoration. As it turned out, I had to pay $85 extra to get the logo, or otherwise have a generic replacement for free per the agreement. I chose to pay, as I wanted the truck to have its factory appearance in the event that I would decide to re-sell at a later date. While I guess I shouldn't have assumed the logo was included, it felt like a "bait and switch" maneuver, although it was likely just a misunderstanding on my behalf. With all that said...the bottom line is, I was still greatly satisfied with the service I received at Toothman Ford. The issues I had are really just a part of the bargaining business and are the expected norm in the auto-dealing business. I don't hold a grudge against them, I'd gladly buy from them again, and will recommend them to friends and family who are in the market for a vehicle. Seth...the new salesman...seemed very at ease and well studied for his customer service role. In dealing with the windshield/detailing, he corresponded with me via email (per my request rather than phone) and got the ball rolling, making things very simple and easy for me, including the arrangement for a rental car for the one night I had to leave the truck for the cleaning/windshield repair. He also was quick on offering details about the vehicles I was initially interested in...a memorization process which probably takes some time to grasp...but he got it! Regarding the issues that I had with Donnie, I realize he was only doing his job on the trade in and windshield. I realize fully that he had to try to give me the best deal that I would be satisfied with, and also try to do his job for the dealership to try to make them a few bucks. Again, I don't hold any blame on him for this...I'll just do my homework better next time before making a deal ;) . And Robert also was very helpful on everything. Again, I don't blame him regarding the bank interest discrepancy that occurred. He was following procedure in finding the rates, but the procedure needs to be updated to look at rates for every local bank rather than just the three or four that are most commonly used. I would assume that there was no "kickback incentive" to use the bank that they initially offered me, and if thats the case there is nothing for them to lose in finding the customers the best rate possible! It will make for far more satisfied customers! Again...to those of you who are still with me at this point...I DO highly recommend Toothman! Cars do seem to cost less there...the ads really aren't a lie!

All of the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. We got to test drive the vehicle, a 2014 Honda Pilot, without any hassle and our salesman was not constantly trying to persuade us to buy it. We got an excellent deal on the vehicle - $6,000 below market value. The prices here are very competitive and the best we'd seen on the market. The negotiating process did not take long, and the deal we received was very fair. I was able to trade in my 2006 Honda Civic the same day, and all of the paperwork was taken care of efficiently. Firstly, they won my business just for welcoming my phone call!I scheduled the appointment for tires, and possibly brakes. The service staff I worked with were amazing, explained issues with my car, insured i had best prices possible, and was aware of all rebates I was entitled too...not to mention they fixed issues that the place that had changed my oil (10 days prior) had caused...Added to their great service, my daughter who is Autistic was with me, and she was not happy about being in one place for so long, and no one was (noticeably) agitated by her tantrum and their waiting area was spacious and conducive to inpatient children. I will continue to drive past one dealership to go to Toothman for service on my car, because not only do I feel confident in the price and the work on my car, but I felt welcomed!

After purchasing my vehicle, I noticed that they had placed a dealer sticker over top of paint chips on the trunk. Their customer service department contacted me and ordered paint and is going to do a touch up of the paint chip now. I am very happy with their customer service but it should never have come to this. They should have fixed the paint blemish prior to the sale instead of putting a sticker over top if it. Their service department is excellent though, I'd like to state.

Our family took a drive to Grafton to look at Toothman Ford's selection of SUV's. We was in the market to add another SUV to our family. We was on the lot for a long time looking at their large selection. We was about ready to leave when a shiny red convertible Chevy Camaro caught my husbands eyes. Of course, he had to take it for a test drive. After a week of fighting, my husband won and is now the owner of the car he always wanted. Morale of the story.........leave your husband at home when you go to the dealership! Toothman Ford salesman Danny was a good sport and I think rather surprised that he landed this unusual sale. Car wouldn't start so towed to Toothman and asked Jim Magill (service manager) to check it out, get an oil change and go over car because it is for my son to drive. He called me and explained starter, ball joint leaking differential plate (diff fluid needed changed anyway) allignment, air filter fuel filter etc. But he had done a great check over and said it was worth the effort. Jim was great and responsive and they even offered to sign me up for a no interst for 6 months Ford credit card to pay the bill. We have 3 Fords and a few months ago traded a Yukon in for a 2013 Expediton. So, sales and service are excellent. But have used Toothman for exclusive service and will continue. Toothman is a hidden gem in North Central WV. Will continue using this great service department and will purchase next Ford from them.

Recently had a "check coolant" light come on for my 2011 Ford F250 diesel so called and made an appointment. The service manager (Jim Magill) is terrific. Jim remebered me from previous service and they also did a 21 point check of the vehicle and the mechanic showed me the air filter and said it needed replaced. Done quickly and improved my mileage by at least 10%. That pays for the filter in short order. I think this is the best sales/service dealer in the area. They only do what needs to be done. They are honest and a pleasure to work with. Chad in sales got us into a beautiful 2013 Expediton XL awhile back and it was a great experience. Great customer service both during the sale and service after.

Prices on their used lot are well below fair market values,most vehicles have very low mileage. I was not trading so the process went quick. Did not want to use the pre-approved financing I had. Finance dept got an approval at a higher rate than my pre-approved financing. I was advised by sales manager he would check with another bank, advised he got me a better rate. The salesman had provided all the info to my insurance company for lien purposes. When I went to sign the paperwork, the finance dept was still using the bank with a higher rate, I questioned this and he said the bank he was using was lower. Then when it was not at the payment I wanted he started adjusting the rate on the loan and said don't worry about the rate the bank owes him a favor, REALLY!!!. I would recommend making the deal and then go to your own bank..Over all though I would recommend this dealer, It was a good experience with the exception of the financing..

The quality of service and professionalism here is top notch from the customer relations point of view. (I was in for an oil change and a tire rotation on a new vehicle.) Scheduling was easy several days prior to my appointment, they took my car at the exact time of appointment, they had me out in the hour they said it would take, and I received a detailed "report card" of the 99 point inspection my car was given. The first oil change was free (purchased the vehicle there in January) and the tire rotation was $15. Apart from being efficient, the waiting area w/ huge widow is large and clean with a nice with a mix of tables, sofa and has coffee, WIFI, and TV. The BEST part about having given my business to this dealership is just how friendly everyone here is. Danny (sales) came over and spoke with me, Kathleen (I think that's the right name) had spoken with me on the phone before so came over to introduce herself and chat, and after booking the appointment I had told my fiance that it was such a nice change to get a service department that seemed to actually want my business. If you care about no hassle, friendly service and a great relationship with a dealer, then you will like doing business with Toothman Ford. They are definitely worth the trip to Grafton. Everyone was very friendly and down to earth, and no one made me feel bad about not having good credit. I was in and out in about an hour, and most of that wait was due to my insurance company taking forever. Highly recommend Toothman Ford to anyone looking for a no pressure car buying experience and great deals.

I like the sales person because he was not pushy and very knowledgeable. And the dealership was very clean. The finance person was very nice and fast. I purchase a lot of cars never has gone that smooth. I went there to not purchase that day because I had my own financing set up and Donnie talk us into using there one of there lender.

The buying experience was next to none. With Donnie McMillen my salesperson and Rob Insani the Finance Manager (dynamicduo) the deal that I received on my 2011 Ford F150 couldn't be beat in the 250 radius that I checked. I have to say that I drove all the way down from Pittsburgh, Pa and it was sure WORTH it. Adam and the crew at Toothman are friendly and exemplify a low-pressure sales approach. These guys aren't going to try to fast talk you into a vehicle you don't need or can't afford. They remember previous customers well, and present documentation of what work they have done to their vehicles as well as AutoCheck reports (same thing as Carfax). I recommend this dealership.

We were greeted within a couple of minutes after arriving at the dealership. We already knew which car we were going to look at (from the website) and we found it quickly on the lot. The sales person that greeted us was working with someone else and let us know that someone would help us shortly. We were looking at the car that we came to see when Sean approached us to assist. He was very friendly and quickly determined that we wanted to test drive the car. He retrieved the keys and we were on the test drive within 15 minutes of arrival. My husband is very straight forward and requested no BS :-). After the test drive, we were immediately negotiating the purchase. Sean was very understanding of the "no BS" that my husband requested and within approximately 1 1/2 hours we were driving home in our new (well new to me) car!!! When I was in West Virginia I stopped at Toothman Ford in Grafton to look over used cars. I did not find what I was looking for but my Sales Person, Sean Maier took down the criteria for my dream car. I left feeling confident that he would search for the right car. A month later he called and said he had located a used Mini Cooper Convertable. I was really excited and when he told me it was a 2012 with only 2500 miles on it I was ready to get in the car and drive up immediately. It was worth my driving 450 miles one way to buy from Toothman Ford and their salesman Sean Maier. They had all the background papers related to previous service records and the buying process went without a hitch. I would recommend Toothman Ford and Sean Maier to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used car. They went above and beyond what I expected to get me my car and make the buying process a wonderful experience. They found me my DREAM CAR!

I came to Toothman to test drive a Honda CRV but ended up finding an awesome, gently used Subaru Outback. There was no hassle, no game playing, and the purchase of the car went seamlessly. Toothman Ford's motto is "Cars Cost Less in Grafton." I found that to be true when I purchased a Mercury Sable from them last month at a price considerably below book and what dealers in adjacent states were asking for the same car. This car passed both WV and MD inspections with flying colors and I am very happy with it. Sales Consultant Sam Gerkin was very pleasant and helpful. The paper work for MD registration reached me in half the time allowed for. Buying at Toothman was a pleasure. P.S. They low-ball your trade-in, so don't bother to pretty it up.

The most honest dealer I've ever dealt with. The price advertised for our 2012 Toyota Corolla was so low, I thought it was a misprint. Cars do cost less in Grafton! Sam was great. This was the first time I've ever actually enjoyed buying a car. I'm sold.

Called several times and spoke to Adam the salesman. He was extremely difficult to work with. I then spoke to the sales manager and he was just as bad. I really would not buy a car or truck from them. Its 100 percent there way or the highway. I really tried and found them too difficult to work with.

I bought a hyundai sonata 2009 from this dealer and I must say they were excellent in every way.. the staff were friendly and the owner was kind enough to knock a few hundred dollars from the price. and after a month Sam the salesman is calling me to make sure everything is OK with the car.
