First time doing business with Frank and his staff and it won’t be the last. They made the transaction smooth. We got to look at the vehicle and by the next day we drove it off their lot. The car was greatly priced and it was in great condition. Their site offers free CARFAX reports so doing your own research on the car’s quality is easy and you can’t blame them for making an incorrect purchase as you should do your homework anyway. They answer the questions you may have in a very timely manner.

Buying a used car is always a scary thing. My family and I went to this location to buy a used vehicle from "Tom" after seeing it on cars.com. I am pretty mechanically savvy, and this vehicle looked solid. No reason to think anything was wrong with it. We took it on a short test drive in the neighborhood and decided to buy. We signed the papers, paid for the vehicle, and headed out. When I got out on the interstate we got about 10 miles and i felt a shimmy in the front end, then the check engine light came on and it overheated and died. I coasted into a nearby parking lot and called Tom. He asked for a location and HE HIMSELF came out along with his mechanic. He immediately assured me that he would have the vehicle towed to his mechanic and they would go through the vehicle immediately. I do not live in the Dallas area and was staying at a hotel. I was traveling from about 6 hrs away and was leaving the next day. Tom and I were both puzzled at the breakdown and figured it was the rotor warped from sitting on the brakes and probably just a thermostat issue. Tom called me on his day off to keep in touch while my family and i went to the zoo and his mechanic worked on the vehicle. His mechanic called to let me know he had the overheating issue fixed and was going to take it on a long test drive. I received a call about an hour later and Tom said the vehicle did not overheat, but it did just shut down for some reason unknown. I decided it was not in the cards for this vehicle and Tom told me NO PROBLEM, I will have a check printed out tomorrow and overnight it to your home. I have never dealt with a more professional car dealer in my life. I have bought many vehicles. Knowing someone has integrity and will stand by their vehicle is truly the best anyone could ever ask for in a car sale. While I didn't purchase a car from Tom, I can absolutely tell you- he is no used car salesman. He is a gentlemen and I wish I lived in Dallas, because I would literally count this man as a friend and would do business with him for any used car I ever bought in the future. True Class Act. Every person in this place was courteous, even though extremely busy. We never felt like a number or just another sale. I absolutely would recommend this dealership if you are looking for a good used vehicle, at a fair price, from people who stand by their vehicles.
