I stopped in late Saturday afternoon looking to have a flat tire fixed, and walked out Monday morning with amazing pricing on a new set of tires. Bill and Laurie were able to squeeze in a repair appointment for the initial flat tire on a very busy Saturday, which was a huge customer service win. After receiving the bad news the tire was unrepairable, Laurie offered excellent consultation on new tires. They were able to price match with the model I wanted, and able to install them first thing Monday morning. The service from Bill and Laurie and Dan was dedicated, informative, and sincere--truly everything one could hope for when having to unexpectedly spend a pretty penny. They are strong contributors to making Ashland a great place to live and work!

I looked and looked for vehicles and drove a lot, my first one was at Top Quality Motors and after driving 6 other comparable vehicles at local Big Dealers I couldn't help but have my heart at the little dealership that could. I chose the Original CRV I drove from Top Quality, Wayne was great, Tami was super helpful with the sale and Chris was very helpful with repairs needed on the vehicle, beating the repair rate of other area auto repair shops in half. My husband wanted me to buy a newer car but I love my Honda CRV that I got at Top Quality Motor's in Ashland, MO.

Great buying experience. I found a Toyota Prius online at Top Quality which provided the best in terms of mileage for the specific price point for which I was looking. Purchased the vehicle and found with only minor repairs. Top Quality fixed the repairs I requested in a timely and efficient manner. I will recommend to family and friends.

Went in looking for reasonable mileage and price on a used Toyota, and found the selection to be good. We were encouraged to test drive as many vehicles as many times as we needed to make our decision, and no one pressured us to buy. We applied online for our loan; received very quick response and lots of assistance. There were some issues with the vehicle during the 30-day warranty period, but every single one was addressed and repaired with no cost to us. They really do mean it when they say, "we don't allow unhappy customers!" Have bought 3 cars from this dealership. All have been in excellent condition. Non-smokers, reliable and with many safety options standard equipment. Especially like our, mine and my wifes, 2010 Honda Odyssey van with back up camera and front sensors. Recommend Top Quality Motors to whoever is looking at for a reliable, cheap used vehicle.

I had the best car buying experience of my life yesterday at Top Quality Motors. Briefly, I found a 2012 Honda Accord for sale via the internet. TQM had posted the car for sale, with lots of very clear, easy to see photos of the car, along with a detailed description. I called and spoke with Chris, who was quite polite, patient, and very knowledgeable about the car. We discussed the pricing, agreed to the price over the phone, and then I drove 125 miles to their location. I bought the car, sighed the paperwork, and out the door in less than 30 minutes. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT EXPERIENCE! I just wish they were a little closer, I'd buy all my cars from them.

I bought my second vehicle from them and will continue to go back for all my automotive needs. Wayne is a very professional salesman and gets to know you and your needs before he shows you vehicles you may be interested in. There are several low mileage, low priced vehicles on their lot and he goes over all the details, good and bad while he listens to and answers your questions. He will help with financing if you need it and get the lowest percentage rate possible. All the other people are just as knowledgeable and helpful as Wayne and they all make you feel right at home and welcome. They also have a service department with skilled mechanics to take care of service needs, inspections, and repair and warranty issues. I can honestly say it is a great experience working with Top Quality Motors. As a female looking for a good vehicle, I can tell you that there is no pestering, or pressure, Great Experience!

If you are buying a car there, it probably has been wrecked. You had better get a CarFax report. I bought 2 cars there, and found out when I went to trade them, that they had both been wrecked, one extensively, and the other 3 different times. I was never told of this. BEWARE!

Everyone at Top Quality Motors were friendly and helpful. No one was pushy. I was able to test drive several cars. I felt comfortable asking questions and never, once, felt pressured into anything. I appreciate the small, but quality selection, and will definitely go back in the future despite living so far from the dealership.

I had a very favorable experience with Top Qualtiy Motors. I did quite a bit of pre-purchase research and they had a deal on a Rav4 that was too good to pass up. Wayne was my salesman and he was very helpful, low pressure and made the experience very comfortable. Bought a Lexus RX330 from them several years ago at a very good price. I have had excellent service from this car ever since. Would not trade it in for any other car at any price. There are not many options on the lot, but their available cars are all great with comparable prices. I worked with Wayne Smith and he made the whole process absolutely easy! I highly recommend working with them. Between their knowledge of cars (we discussed other manufacturers outside of their lot), their organized paperwork, friendliness and patience, and their desire to provide a quality vehicle, I was most impressed!

Just purchased my second Honda CR-V from Top Quality Motors in Ashland, Missouri. This 2002 CR-V had only 98000 miles and was in excellent shape. However, after we had the car about a week, the battery seemed weak when starting. I called the owner, Chris, and he had us return the car for a look. With no questions asked, he replaced the battery with a new one and even recharged the ac because he did not think it was quite cold enough. All at no charge. This is an excellent car dealership. I will definitely buy from this dealership again and will recommend to anyone looking for good used cars at Excellent prices and with Outstanding service!

Top Quality made the purchase of my 03 Tundra extremely easy. They helped me get financing through a local credit union and answered all of my questions and concerns. Wayne Smith was very friendly and professional. Shortly after the purchase the heck Enginelight came on. It was quickly diagnosed and a new cat was ordered and installed at no charge. When they say no unhappy customers they mean it. Small town hospitality at it best. Thanks guys.

The truck looked good and ran good until driven approx 80 miles. A problem with the thermostat developed. The plastic thermostat housing unit had cracked in half. It was one of those unfortunate things no one could have seen or predicted. Top Quality Motors stood behind their sales and assisted with the repair bill. After driving 2 hours to dealership and being approved for financing, I test drive the vehicle, and it has a rattle in the door panal, and pulls really hard to the right to the point you run off the road. Take the vehicle back to the dealership and tell them about the rattle and pulling, they tell me they will check it out, tell them im going to get a bite to eat, they say ok we will pull the door panal off and do a fast alignment on vechicle, as im coming back to dealership 40 mins later to see what they found out, one guy tells me they pulled door panel off and and a bar was loose, then the other guy tells me they pulled the panel off and he found his flashlight in the door panel and said they had hooked it up to the alignment machine and it wasnt outa line, in the mean time, they had let 2 other customers drive the car, and when they brought it back they said it pulled really bad to the left.....hmmm dont you think this is a sign.....so i test drive again and the car pulls really bad to right....take it back and say there is something wrong here, if it not a alignment issue why is this car pulling so bad....the dealer then tells me well if you want it we can do a alignment on it, i say didnt you hook it up and say it was not a alignment issue.....the dealer replys oh we just had one of our men drive it didnt think anything was wrong.....really buddy cause you just missed out on a sale, and they also kept showing us the wrong car fax for the vehicle and the car was FILTHY DIRTY inside and out!

Found the car we wanted for my mom. Took a test drive. Dealer let mom take car home for a couple of days. When back on Monday and closed the deal, but not before requesting a new battery which was promptly installed! Will go back when in the market for a used car. Great guy to deal with.

After leaving a deposit being approved for financing, and dealing with being put off due to repairs multiple times, we were told when we went to pick it up that their company would not finance the vehicle for that much. No communication with buyer or within company! Found a better deal elsewhere!
