I would recommend this company cor buying a used car. The sales rep Mark was extremely nice and competent. The financial manager Joe went above and beyond to help.

Tower Auto Sales came highly recommended from a friend who has purchased 2 BMW's in the past. I was not looking forward to visiting another car dealership and the associates involved. I am writing to tell you that working with Mark Biggerstaff was a breath of fresh air! He was very professional and honest in his dealings with me. I also found him to be kind, considerate and he went above and beyond to make my experience pleasant. I have not purchased a car yet but hope to before months end. I will definitely return to Tower Auto Sales. This is one dealership that does not come with an attitude. Overall, an excellent experience!

I go in looking for a car that I saw on here and their website. I was out the door in two minutes. The sales representative had a bad attitude and pretty much pushed me out. I will never recommend them to anyone. Not even my worst enemy.

I have to admit I was dreading going car shopping for fear of pushy salespeople, negotiating etc but my experience at Tower Auto Sales changed that. I was looking for a specific car that led me to their dealership. Prior to the test drive I read the positive reviews and looked forward to meeting Richard Plummer in sales. When I decided on the car, he gave me the best price, a very fair trade in value, and with the help of Joe in Finance, I got a surprisingly great loan rate with my otherwise not-so-perfect credit. He has personal connections with great lenders so you dont have to do this on your own. I recommend them for to anyone looking for a used car, they have tons of great makes/models and the excellent customer service and support made car shopping a pleasure.

I had been to many dealerships over the last 4 months in search for a car for my mother. She test drove many vehicles to find the one that best suited her needs and I was pleasantly surprised that she found her car a Tower. I had not seen my mother that excited about a car until she test drove the car she purchased at Tower. Richard Plummer said to her, "I believe the person dosen't find the car, the car finds the person". Well I think Richard was right, it was great to have that kind of encouragement in making an important financial decision. My mother was very impressed by her experience when she picked up her car, she said Richard was very patient with her and explained the many new features this car had to offer. He also invited her back if she had any additional questions or concerns. Thank you for making this a purchase an enjoyable experience for us.

I left a previous review giving 5 stars - celebrating the process before, during and after the sale. 6 months down the road - I bring my car into a repair shop for a fix on a regular maintenance visit. The shop lets me know that my engine mount is broken and not properly supporting the engine, which is causing a "clunking" while operating the vehicle. Since I've only had the car for a short period of time, and I've always noticed the clunking - it most likely came with those issues. I called the dealership to discuss this - and was referred to the service manager. The service manager told me to call who he uses for service to get a better price on fixing it - but he gave me a higher price then the first shop. I would never accuse a dealer of purposely selling a bad car. I would think any dear would properly inspect cars before they are sold. I would think a dealer would make good on any mistakes that they have made. At this point - I don't think I would buy from Tower again due to a lack of trust - although I am still holding out hope they contact me and make good on the repairs that I paid for.

I came in to Tower in a bind, with probably the worst credit in the world. Joe, the finance manager not only got me approved, but sat with me for about an hour telling me how to fix my credit overall to make my life better. As a salesman of 8 years, I can honestly say this is the BEST customer service experience I've ever had. From the salesperson, Melanie McAloney, all the way down to the mechanics. This is an amazing place to do business with!!! Putting how well I was treated, is literally impossible to be able to put into words!!!!! I came back a couple days later and had a couple questions and they were so accommodating, even after they already made the sale!!! They gave me 2 new tires, to have for after the ones on the car wore down, an extra keyless remote, a free full car detail. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get a car. I will personally vouch that you will not get a better experience ANYWHERE else!!!!! 2 thumbs up, in all aspects. Thank you so much to the ENTIRE STAFF at Tower Auto. AMAZING ESTABLISHMENT!!!!! It's really warming to know that there are still great people, that actually care about their customers this day and age, it's so hard to find. TOWER AUTO SALES IS THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!

Richie Plummer is one of the most up front and honest car salesman around. My deal was, no haggle....to the point.....quick and easy. I went in at night, was financed on my first car loan (not car) ever by 10 am the next morning. I went in, signed the papers and was out within 45 mins. This guy is fantastic. Dealing mostly with new car dealerships, on vehicles I've had, was a headache. I would definitely recommend this lot as well as the helpful and friendly staff, to anyone who is on the market. I will be back when the timing is right. Thank you Richie!

One of the best experiences I've had buying a car. No pushy or high pressure sales associates. Quick and easy process. Within 5 minutes of talking with me Rich was able to show me the perfect vehicle that fit my needs, wants, and budget. I'm very pleased and satisfied. We have bought two vehicles from Tower auto now. Very friendly and honest sales group. Prices were great cars were in excellent condition. Had one small issue with the truck I bought but as soon as I let them know they took care of it promptly. We will be buying for tower again in the future.

I've been wanting to refinance or trade in my nice 2005 luxury gas guzzler for a while now....over the past year, i have been to several other 'big name' lots...to be totally disrespected, conned and offered almost double my current monthly loan payment. yeah, okay, i thought, as i drove off in my lovely gas eater. Now, to be honest, my credit is mid range. When i bought my last car almost 3 years ago, credit was 100 points less than now....but i managed to get a new used car loan, albeit with a relatively high APR (almost 15%). I've paid that loan diligently and timely, which of course lead to my improved credit score. Being somewhat pessimisstic about dealers in general--especially because of the way women are treated by them--I went for a 'ride-a-long' to Tower with a good friend of mine who was purchasing her used car there. While sitting with her and Joe, even though he was busy finishing up her deal, he took time to talk about my situation, to look at my car, and basically tell me they most definitely/probably could help me. Hope restored!! I went in for my own appointment with Joe, and he assured me that he'd work hard to get me proper financing so I could upgrade my car's gas usage, model year, and a better loan option. Joe then introduced me to Johnny, in sales, so I could actually pick out a car!! which i did...a nice 2011 Sonata...just the type of car i needed--high safety rating, low mileage, great gas usage, very dependable, and not crazy expensive to fund repairs. sorta cute, too...hey! a girl's gotta look good in her drive! :) After a few days, I was back in Joe's office, getting details on my new loan approval!!! Of course, Joe inquired into several loan providers....and came up with a great deal for me. I could now buy the upgraded car i chose, including a nice 2 year warranty, and with a much better APR than my prior loan. All for little more than $40/month than i was already paying. I was ready to trade in my old car, give a relatively small down payment and drive away. But alas, fate played me again.... Two nights before i was to go sign my loan agreement, some dingleheimer drives into me into me on a foggy night, and crash!!! i thought, great, now they'll never process the deal! How disappointing was that?? But come Monday morning, Joe, once again, came to my rescue! He helped me figure out a solution...and voila! here I am a week or so later, setting up the radio presets and hitting the road in my 'new' 2011 Sonata! Tower Autos gave me my very first happy trip through the car buying process! Joe Sallese is the man! I love him...he really is not only a great businessman, and friend to the consumer, but he's actually a really good guy! Loved working with him. Johnny was also great, as was Melanie, the young guy with the hat, and of course, Pat, who helped finalize the deal and hand me the keys! Forget about those big dealers (who do you think pays their advertising)?? If you need a good car, reputable business people, and the best deal you can get, head over to Tower Auto. ....they didn't pay me to say this, I just wanted to spread the good news!! I would highly recommend Tower Auto Sales to anyone looking for a used car!!! I recently purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion from Tower Auto Sales. The car was very clean and priced appropriately, the dealership had a comfortable atmosphere and the staff was extremely friendly, helpful and honest. Tower Auto Sales was a REFRESHING car buying experience!! I had visited another local dealership two weeks prior and left very disgruntled due the extremely pushy salesman and his greedy manager. Exactly one week prior, I had driven 3 hours to look at a similar vehicle at another dealership and was appalled by the establishment I had walked into with the lack of professionalism by the staff and to top it off, no one was not allowed to drive the cars!. Tower Auto Sales professional service and staff far exceed any manufacturer's establishment I have ever been to and after my last two experiences at other dealerships, it was finally nice to deal with honest and friendly people. One of many positive experiences I had with Tower Auto Sales was the opportunity to test drive the vehicle on my own, allowing me to focus on all aspects of the car to allow me to make the best decision. This is the second vehicle that our family has purchased at Tower Auto Sales. Richard Plummer made the entire process seemless. I have excellent credit and challenged Richard to beat my credit union rate for a vehicle loan. Richard exceeded all of our expectations from selection to financing. As of this review our family is in the market for a vehicle for our daughter. I expect to make the purchase at Tower. i am very happy I chose Tower Auto to buy my car. Richard Plummer was my salesman and he was fantastic. In the past, I haven't liked going to look for cars because of the "sleazy" type salesmen you encounter. Richard is the total opposite of that. He was so personable and helpful and found the perfect car for me. The other people I worked with were also wonderful. The financial guy (sorry I can't remember his name) was beyond helpful. he went beyond what he needed to do in helping me. I would recommend Tower Auto Sales to anyone looking to buy a car and having a great experience.

Richard Plummer sold me the care and was very much a delight to work with. Although i had excellent credit and did not need any special financing needs they still took care of me very well. Its very hard to find a dealership that is low priced on used vehicles in New York state and I was very surprised to come across a dealership that was down to earth and did not give you the high pressure sales pitch and try to just get you in the first thing that you mentioned. They also trust you to take the car off the lot with out riding with you and that itself is very unusual these days. That probably is what sold me more than anything. I hate dealers that do not trust you to go for a test drive. I highly recommend giving these guys a chance before you go make a mistake somewhere else. Good honest people and more than likely me and the rest of my family will be back to buy some more in the future. Thanks Richard and if you keep up doing deals like you did with me. Buying a used car can be a stressful and difficult experience. However I can honestly say that my wife and I had a great experience at Tower Auto Sales from beginning to end ,when we drove away in a great car. Richard, the sales manager, has a laid back, no pressure approach that made the entire buying experience pleasant. When every other bank refused to give us credit, he fought for us and won! I wholeheartedly recommend Tower Auto Sales to anyone who needs a car, has less than perfect credit and wants a pleasant car buying experience.

Wow! What a great experience! Just purchased a BMW from Tower Auto Sales. The service I received from Saleman Richard Plummer was wonderful from start to finish. He was very informative about car, willing to address any issues I had with it and went out of his way to find me snow tires. Me and my husband searched many large and small dealerships up and down State St. Either they didnt have a car that caught my eye or the dealers were rude! We were on our way home and ran across Tower Auto Sales and decided to give it a shot. As soon as we pulled up a salesman named Rich came out, identified himself, and was ready to help. I almost immediatly came across the car I wanted. Rich brought the key out and we were on our test drive. Having not so great credit, I was worried that I would not be able to get the car. Rich worked for four days to get us into that car and thats exactly what he did! He never gave up, he was extremely patient. He worked with our down payment and request for our max monthly payment. After five days I was driving away in my new Cadillac CTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Which I love to death. Tower has great cars and the prices are extremely resonable. Pat was a joy to work with while signing all of the documents and Joe was always there and ready to help. This dealership has some of the most friendly down to earth people I have ever dealt with, but Rich went above and beyond for us before and after the sale. He was available to us day or night, working and on vacation (Sorry Rich!) We will be looking to make another purchase with a trade in, within 2 years and Tower is the only place we will be going. I would say if your looking for a nice car with low miles and you want a dealership you can trust, go here. We will never shop elsewhere!!!

Being close to impossible to get financed due to my career, they were so helpful and honest to get me in a car that will work for me, for the right price. I will recommend to anyone with zero experience with buying cars. They educate you on whats right and whats wrong and genuinely steer you in the right direction!!!!!

My mom and I were driving all up and down Central Ave/ State Street looking for a used car dealership that wasn't trash. Ultimately our search lead up to Tower Auto. And what a wonderful find it was! Despite the heat a young salesman named Richard, who was very informative about all the cars and extremely friendly. After taking my chosen car for a test drive, I was in love. Unfortunately due to some credit cards and student loans, my bank refused to give me a loan. But Richard went ahead and found a respected bank that did accept me with a relatively low interest rate. I'll be the first person to admit I don't know much about cars but Richard was more than helpful in his knowledge. He explained all the minor repairs and upkeep that they would do before I took the car home. I am very happy with my first car and will recommend this dealer to anyone that asks.

I found Eric,my sales rep to be courteous and helpful.I really liked how the manager looked me in the eye when talking to me. I found him to be very pleasant ,personable and he seemed to be genuine. They wanted my business and treated me accordingly. I would definately look at TOWER the next time im shopping for a vehicle.
