These people are sensational. Called from Woodinville to inquire about a used car on the website and talked to Raul Cuevas. He described the car and quoted me a price which was about $2000 less than anything comparable on the west side of the mountains. I drove over the next day and within 30 minutes I owned the car, fast and easy. Raul wanted to have the car detailed for me at no extra cost. Today he drove the car over the mountains to deliver it to my door! My new "go to" guy for terrific deals on autos.

Good service and helpful. Due to limited use of my car the Battery does not last. Replaced it last year and again it failed due to low use. Town Toyota stood by their warranty and replaced battery and recommended the use of battery tender.

I had to take my car in, just for a recall check. (Something in the driver's side window - it was OK, by the way) My wait was less than estimated, they were very kind and nice to me, as well as efficient. The tech did notice that my cabin filter was very dirty, so I OK'd the change on that. They also washed my car for me, for free. I was very pleased and will go back.

From the day Bought my Prius there in June of 2004 until this past week when they serviced it (also our Rav 4) we have loved the personnel and service we have received at town Toyota. Both my husband and I can recommend them whole heartedly and without any reservations! Everyone is friendly, caring, and they do excellent work. I prefer to stay there when my car is serviced even though they have a shuttle to downtown and Costco is right across the street. It's comfortable, has coffee and everyone is friendly. Its a chance for me to be quiet and still for a change.

I came in one day to test drive a 2013 Toyota Corolla and Noah and Mark tried their hardest to find me a car that night, even though I just wanted to test drive. They tried to get me into a lease, though it wasn't for me. About a week and half later I decided to call Noah, whom had worked with me before, on a whim to see if he had what I was looking for on the lot. He found a car even better than what I had expected with everything that I had wanted (remembered all of my specifics). I was onsite hours later and Mark remembered me from a week before. The car was in good condition. The financing options were great. Overall, my experience was so easy, simple and wonderful. Much happier with this dealership then the other Seattle area dealerships I had visited the day before. I could not be happier with my experience.

My son has a friend Troy that works there. Explained what I was looking for. Showed me several options. While still in showroom, saw a new car. I wanted a used. Ended up the deal was better than a used. Bought it. Easy to work with. Several drive tests. Everyone was pleasant from front door to service and final papers. Felt they cared about me as an older woman and not an easy mark. Have several family members who own Toyota vehicles. I did not shop around from dealer to dealer. I feel I got a great deal and had no reason to compare. I did intranet shop the night before for same car. Best deal right here in my home town. WILL NOT LET ME MARK EXCELLENCE IN BUYING PROCESS IN ABOVE BOX. BUT WAS EASY IN THE BUYING PROCESSM OUT THE DOOR IN LITTLE TIME.

We are so thankful to your wonderful manager, George...... He is an example of how you want your company run and the kindness to his customers. In our opinion we have never experienced such professional service in all our lives... And we are in our 60's. Jeremy, the head of the service department, kept us informed on all aspects of repair and when our car would be ready. We felt like we were the only customers he was dealing with. Generally do most of my own mechanical work, but didn't really have time to do the labor intensive replacement of the serpentine tensioner on my Tundra. Spoke with Jeremy Watson, one of the service managers at Town Toyota. He got me in and out of there, also dealt with a safety recall issue while it was there, saving me additional time. Excellent service, and nice clean facility! Great job guys!
