Juan was very professional and helped us through the whole process. He was considerate to us that we had our very small children in tow with us as well. I would however suggest that the finance portion of the experience be improved. We had to wait more than one hour to close the deal )sign all paperwork - as there were several customers that night closing deals (Saturday night) and only one finance person working. They did do their best to get us out of there quickly as possible, and all representatives were very courteous.

Trying to make an appointment was very time consuming. NO one answers a phone. After several tries I reached Sales who helped effect a return call later that day. It is very annoying to play telephone tag. My first uses of Towne Ford were hassle-free. Just called your service advisor and made an appt. Then something changed to navigating a phone directory which always resulted in "leave a message." I don't want to have to play telephone tag all day. This has happened to me each time I have tried to make an appt.

I appreciated the shuttle service and the driver was very professional and considerate. I had to wait almost a week to get an appointment for an oil change on my 2014 C Max hybrid. I also had a recall on the battery so at the last minute Towne added that battery-check service. I brought in my car at 7:15am and got a call that it was ready about 3:00. My only suggestion for an improved experience would be not to charge an additional $40 just to clean the battery terminals. That would be a nice service to include when you were testing the battery. Overall, I had a satisfactory service experience. I felt everyone I met was competent and wanted to satisfy the customer.

We visited Serramonte Ford, Veracom Ford, and Towne Ford when shopping for our 2015 Mustang GT. Towne Ford salesperson was far and away the most knowledgeable. We got exactly the test drive we wanted (town and freeway) in the car that we wanted (GT convertible). When we came back to purchase the car, I suggested a price which I thought fair and they sold to us for just $200 more. My only complaint is that paperwork took a couple of hours even though we had a check in hand.

All the staff, sales associates and manager are great people that I enjoyed, however 2014 certified Ford Focus that I purchased is not in great condition of transmission that I discovered on the next day of purchase. When I did test driving on the road in Redwood city, I did not feel particular transmission issue but I have strong feeling that it needs repair. When I drive this 2014 Focus, it often gives me knocking as accelerating and acceleration operation is not smooth. In any case, if this is normal acceleration operation of 2014 Focus, I would not recommend this vehicle to others. Please feel free to contact me back.

My car was brought in for body work as a result of the collision I needed to use the other person's insurance. Frank helped me right away to take care of all my needs and explain to me everything that needed to be done . He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about my car and especially how to deal with the insurance company to make this an easy situation. Throughout the time my car was in the shop I was contacted by Frank , at Town Ford to be reassured that work was getting done properly and all the parts were ordered, and I was told when the car would be fixed which was a very accurate assessment because the work was done within the timeframe I was told. While my car was in the shop waiting for the parts, I was referred to the service department, at my request, with the contact of Scott who is in charge of the service department and I had my car tuned up new filter oil and windshield wipers installed. Scott also was very personable and called me regarding the work that I needed and asked me for my authorization to get the work done, which was done perfectly, while the car was in the shop waiting for the parts to come. During this one-week span of my car being in the shop I had a rental car and Frank asked me if I was taking care of appropriately for the rental car company. When I picked up my car the car looked beautiful it was washed and ready to go for me ! I was a happy customer when I left Town Ford when I picked up my car. It looked beautiful it was washed and ready to go for me. Just before I left I went to the parts department and met David who explained what I needed for my key fob, so I purchased a little cover to put over my key he told me if I needed help doing it he would be happy to help me and to just bring it in. I thought that was a very kind gesture on his part for such a small item. The office staff was great, and I paid my bill quickly -it was explained to me at the end so I knew what I was signing. Yes , you could say that I was a very happy customer when I left Town Ford. I would highly recommend this dealership, service department and body shop! thank you!

They also have a shuttle service for all the customers who drop their cars off for the service which is great. The only negative remark would be they do NOT have a water recycling plant, so none of the cars get washed.

2012 Fusion- service and staff were great. I was disappointed my pre-approved loan could not be found in the CUTL system. It was a warm day, not hot, but inside at the sales person desk felt really warm and uncomfortable. A fan would have been great. I wish the car could have been cleaned and prepped a little better. It would have improved my overall impression. However, overall we were satisfied with our buying experience.

The dealership in Flagstaff Arizona is terrible and had all but ruined my faith in Ford. They do not get the bad credit that is do to their service.My daughter returned from college and we asked Redwood City Ford to help us and they have gone a long way to restoring my faith in Ford products. The check engine light did come back on when driving away but it has since gone off and stayed off. If the problem continues I will come back to have it looked at and have full confidence that I will be in good hands with Redwood City Ford.

the service took a bit longer than promised. When it was done the guy who took in my car was not there and the rest of the staff could not tell me if my chief complaint (warning light sporadically flashing "engine coolant low") was taken cared of or not. I trust it was. I had taken the care for servicing last March and less than a month after the warning was flashing even though the car was barely used as I was abroad immediately after that for over 4 months. The car was just moved from one street parking spot to another.

I purchased a used Ford Flex from another dealership outside of the Bay Area based on the availability and my timing needs for a vehicle. I have had two wonderful experience with service department at Towne Ford in Redwood City. The staff is efficient and the waiting room is clean with plenty of space for those waiting for the vehicle. I like that there is shuttles or people to take home rather than waiting. The shuttle driver was a great driver and knowledgeable of the most efficient routes to take given morning traffic. Jim my service agent was helpful determining what service fit my financial needs and the timing of recommendations for future. I had a great experience.

My car failed a smog test at a STAR station due to the computer. Towne Ford did a smog test, said the computer was OK, and the car passed the test. In and out quickly. I returned to the STAR station with Towne's results. They retested the car and it passed. So I was able to license the car. Very satisfactory.

I leased a 2016 Fusion Energi; the staff was very helpful in describing the features of the car and the benefits of the PHEV. They went above and beyond in getting my paperwork completed given that the finance manager had a family emergency come up while we were doing the forms but, even though I told him he could go and someone else could take over, he insisted in finishing before dashing out of the dealership. My car broke down on the freeway and I managed to drive the last 3 miles, knowing that I could park in front of the service dept and drop off the key in the early bird box. Thankfully just as I parked, the car shut down and I was able to leave it there over night by completing the form. First, what a a great service to begin with! at 7 am the net morning, I received a call from Jose who was very empathetic to my ordeal. He understood that I as a working mom, my car was the important plus that day I had my mom flying in. He reassured me that it would be no problem to check it ou. In a few hours, Ford assessed the problem, ordered the parts and returned my car by 4pm. Amazing! First, this Ford service department will always be my one and only stop to maintain my car. #2 Jose's calm and cheer ful demeanor plus follow-up deserves a gold star #3 Please don't do away with the early service - it is time saving and in my case a huge blessing! We brought in our 2014 Ford C-Max hybrid for it's first oil change and to followup on a recent recall letter for a possible issue with the battery. We made the appointment online (very easy), but since it was the weekend, we could not get the confirmation for it until Monday and the appointment was for that Monday. But we received an early call on Monday and they were able to take us. The work was going to take 6 hours but they were able to get in done in 4 hours (nice to pickup before the commute time). Overall it was an very easy process. And better yet, it cost nothing as we have the prepaid maintenance plan. Thanks FORD.

Our Lincoln 2011 Town Car had two console buttons fall off...the cost to replace them was ridiculous, and as we drove home, a third button fell off. I have a 2014CMAX Hybrid. My front bumper was in a minor altercation with an unseen cement curb.The resulting scrapes needed the expert attention of the Towne Ford Body Shop. Went in for maintenance service on 2012 Focus. Service rep available on time, service completed when promised, and there was no pushing unnecessary add-ons -- whole process professional and easy. At my request, even got a recommendation for the coffee shop serving the best coffee in Redwood City!

I wasn't happy that my (new to me)car already had a major problem. When I called for an appointment I was told you couldn't fit me in for another week. After waiting almost a week I called Hank and he said I could bring my car in a day early and use a rental. That satisfied the problem. If I actually had to pay for the rental I wouldn't have been happy with the amount of time it took to fix the car. I was Happy that they washed my car before returning it to me.

We recently purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer from Towne Ford and had the best customer service experience. We visited 2 other car dealerships before Towne and they were so pushy and not knowledgable of their cars. The minute we walked into Towne Ford we felt so much more comfortable and the staff especially John C, our salesman, knew everything and anything about the cars. He let us test drive whichever vehicle we wanted to and was wicked patient w us when we couldn't decide which model to choose. I was even more impressed w his patience when we couldn't decide if buying the Explorer was the right decision for us. Another team member we worked w was their finance guy Bass. He's a class act for sure! Both Bass and John felt like long time friends by the end of the buying experience and we're so happy we decided to buy from them.

I ordered a 2015 Mustang GT at Towne Ford. It arrived 2.5 months later. I am very happy and in love with my car. Kevin, my salesman, was awesome in showing me all the features and going through them with me including setting me up with blue tooth since I've never had a car with so many bells and whistles. I'd definitely recommend him and Towne Ford to anyone who is looking to buy a new car.

My personal experience was good and the car was serviced and was available to pick on time. The only complain or change I would request is the car wash. The machine wash is kind of waste and most of the areas on the car don't look cleaned at all. The car might look as if it was NOT properly serviced.The rest of the servicing experience is very good

Service: Not only was the Escape ready a day early, it also came in under the estimate quote. But this was the third time of taking it in, I would not expect any thing else. I brought my 2008 Escape Hybrid in for a recall. The service itself was great. Scheduling was a little difficult; I felt that the scheduler was trying to convince me not to make an appointment, even though I had received a letter from Ford that parts were available for my recall. Dropping off was seamless, but pick up could have been faster.

We were interested in a 2014 Ford Expedition EL. The salesman, Kevin Ibarra, was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the suv. He explained everything and took us for a test drive. We went back a few days later and also looked at a Ford Flex. At that time we were going to buy either car but had to leave as we got a call that our daughter was very sick and needed to be picked up in San Francisco. Kevin was very gracious and understanding. He called back to see if we needed anything. We had been to other dealers to see cars but were not impressed with the sales people. Kevin impressed us quite a bit. My husband told him we would buy from him and we did. Kevin also set up an appointment to go over everything in the suv with us. He goes the extra mile for his customers. We love the suv and are very satisfied with the quality of service we received.

Our car shopping experience was made painless with an attentive, non-pressuring, sales rep. I told him what I wanted, was shown and taken for a test drive in a new car. He found what I was looking for (pricing, equipment, etc.). gave me OTD price which was within my price range, picked up my car on a dealer exchange, and had it ready for me in the afternoon. Paperwork was quickly completed, a concise training session got me on my way in my new Ford Mustang. Best experience buying a car yet.

We contacted your dealership in search of a new truck for our business. Chip took my call and immediately had several vehicles to choose from. The very next day we were approved for a loan through Ford Credit and our vehicle was ready for pick up. Chip made himself available to meet on a saturday, although this was his day off, and had the prefect vehicle waiting for me. I brought my car in for the 3th time now because the tire pressure always got really low after a very short time. They always checked it and pumped sir in the tires. Today I had an "official appointment" for the same reason and they finally found the reason for loosing air pressure. Hiwever, they knew I was waiting for my car (outside). After 2 hoursevI checked in how much longer till I could go to work. Unfortunately, they all went on a "break", eating lunch and didn't bother to let me know my car was ready to go. That was quiet disappointing - especially because they knew I was waiting for my car. What took them sooo long to put a $ 30 patch on my tire?

I am normally a BMW owner/buyer. I currently have 5. I am very used to not only the performance of their vehicles but the customer service which goes along side. The service advisor sees me on time, tells me specifically what needs to be done and the cost, and the approximate time frame. I can wait in the comfortable lounge while the work is done. I had made the original appointment with Jim because Scott was out on lunch break. Jim gave me a quote for the changing of the spark-plugs on my 2005 F-150. Upon my actual appointment date Scott met me and inquired to the reason that I was there. I explained the appt. and also advised that the message center indicated "engine in fail-safe mode". That was checked and the service people were unable to duplicate the message or show any fault codes. All service was completed and I was advised that my truck was ready for pick up. Thank you for a great product. I have owned many Ford models and have had good luck.

Overall our experience was good. It took several days to receive an appointment. The repairs were extensive but necessary since we wanted to keep the car. Our rep, Jim Ruth, is always helpful by describing what is necessary and the "what ifs" we decide not to accept all repairs.

I would NEVER recommend buying a Certified car here. They define the "used car salesman" category. They wouldn't truly negotiate until I was ready to walk out. After we finally agreed to a price, they dragged their feet so long on the paperwork I DID walk out. All this despite the fact it was exactly the car I wanted and I had a check in hand. Don't waste your time.

Bait and switch. Got quoted on a 2013 Fiesta with a $3,000 rebate. It was much lower than my local dealership, so I double checked and was assured it was the correct price. I called and specifically talked to the agent quoting, telling her than it was a fairly substantial drive for me and I wanted to be double sure. Again, I was told it was absolutely the correct price and to just talk to Wilson when I got there. Well, when I got there Wilson was always busy, so I got a salesman. After a quick test drive, despite having told him the price I was expecting within the first 5mins, I was told it was a mistake and that the best they could do was adding multiple maintenance agreements onto the price as well as financing the car through them being required. The two maintenance agreements that had to be added were exactly the cost of the $3,000 that rebate I was told I should receive. Despite the fact that I had a detailed email on the car price, and a detailed "out the door" price, neither of those were honored and I received nothing other than, "The price was a mistake."

I went to Towne at the recommendation of my friend who also bought a car from them. I was definitely not disappointed. From the beginning I was treated with respect and felt like a member of the family. The car I wanted was not in their inventory but they were able to get the exact one I wanted within a day. Brian was a great sales person - very knowledgable - and Bass (paperwork guy) was extremely helpful and funny. Visited this dealership twice to test a Mustang GT. On the first visit, the salesman was more interested in telling me how the car could be modified than he was in giving us a drive - he let us go three blocks down a busy city street, and then back.On the second visit, I specifically called ahead to request a test drive on the highway as well as the city. I was told that traffic was bad on the highway, but if I wanted it, that it could certainly be done. After driving nearly a half hour out of my way to get to the dealership, the salesmen said I could take the car "down three lights and back" - when I pointed out the phone conversation, I was told that he didn't want to deal with the traffic. Overall impression I got was that the salesmen didn't care at all about customer service, and only cared if you wrote them a check.
